Perception: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 18 vs DC 26
---
If anyone goes down from the final explosion, Nina will use the stabilize cantrip.
If people want to take some time, Nina can bring everyone back up to full without using spells. CR+WM gives 2 people on average 19 per 10 minute block, so ...
Ukh 82/109 (-27 plus -27 basic Reflex): 2-4 blocks
Karando 63/125 (-62 plus -27 basic Reflex): 3-5 blocks
Jiki 80/96 (-16 plus -27 basic Reflex): 1-3 blocks
Bastian 79/92 (-13 plus -27 basic Reflex): 1-3 blocks
Nina (-24): 1-2 blocks
It'd take an hour or so, maybe 40 min if Karando cycles through focus healing (focusing on himself and Ukh).
If we're in a hurry, Nina can also bring everyone back up to full magically, burning staff spell slots and her 1st level heal spells. I think most efficient is to do 3-actions until only 2 people are hurt, so it'd be roughly 6d8 to get Jiki/Bastian/Nina to full and then 1d8+8+2+2 for Ukh and 3d8+24+6+2 for Karando. That's the equivalent of 10 spell ranks, which would be all of Nina's staff, one 2nd level heal, and 3-4 of her 1st levels.

Karando glances up from picking shards of glass out of his skin and gives himself a fright--"Did any of you see that? I seemed to see my reflection in the soul siphon, but I had the gaunt looks and fangs of a night hag."

If we're in a hurry...
Nina and others in the party know that that the dream council spell that has brought the party here lasts only one hour.
The black sapphire is a siphoning stone, which has soul consuming properties and has likely drained Zarta. Aslynn has used such an item in the past within the Hao Jin Tapestry.
At Uhk's mention of the siphoning stone, the walls of the Pathfinder lodge in the dreamscape momentarily seem to take on a more substantial, rugged appearance and if the lodge's walls and decor itself was collectively trying to assert its presence. Yet, as the boiling brew within Aslynn's cauldron continues to churn, it releases clouds of mist that stream quickly throughout the lodge, choking the walls and causing them to return to their faded, near transparent state.
Karando glances up from picking shards of glass out of his skin and gives himself a fright--"Did any of you see that? I seemed to see my reflection in the soul siphon, but I had the gaunt looks and fangs of a night hag.".
Following Karando's words, the lodge of the dreamscape flashes whole once more, seeking to lay claim to the whole of the demiplane. Yet, again, the vapors from the cauldro choke out its effort.
Zarta fails to stir and the form of Aslynn cackles.
If the party hopes to wake Zarta, they must first put an end to the boiling brew that is churning streams of altering mist into the room, reshaping the dreamscape and interfering with Zarta’s sense of self. To free Zarta, the Pathfinders must first destroy the cauldron!
This requires a successful DC 26 Absalom Lore, Arcana, Cheliax Lore, Pathfinder Society Lore, Performance, or Occultism check to reinforce Zarta’s sense of identity or a DC 28 Crafting, Hag Lore, or Thievery check to staunch the flow of the cauldron’s magical energies. A PC who spends 2 Dream Points to activate the Destroy dream power automatically succeeds at the check.

Occultism: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (11) + 18 = 29
Let’s destroy the cauldron to save Zarta!
And the goblin uses his occult knowledge for the task knowing that the hag is adept of this kind of magic.

The goblin easily dodges the shards from the last enemy.
Jiki has a pearly white spindle, so if we take 10 minutes he'll be close enough to fully healed without any other assistance. He should have no issues getting back to full.
He then begins singing a tale he remembers about the old Dark Archive to help Zarta recall who she is.
Performance: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (15) + 19 = 34

The arrival of familiar magic and song sparks a sense of recognition within the walls of the surrounding lodge, which immediately swell and take on a solidly rugged and comfortingly realistic form.
The transformation is so profound and sudden that it seems to send a shockwave through throughout the lodge, which shatters the bubbling cauldron!
A momentary look of concern flashes in Aslynn's form, but the hag takes no action.
Zarta gasps for a moment, but does not wake. She stirs no further as the siphoning stone continues to drain away fragments of her soul trap them within the stone. To release the taken fragments of Zarta’s soul,he siphoning stone must be shattered!
To shatter the siphoning stone requires a successful Arcana, Crafting, Hag Lore, Occultism, Perception, or Religion check to identify and exploit flaws within the gemstone. A PC who spends 2 Dream Points to activate the Shatter dream power automatically succeeds at the check.

Umm ... if we're on a clock, we're not hand-waving healing, are we? Nina needs to know exactly how many hit points everyone was down, so that she can account for all her spell slots. To that end, I'm going to bot a save for Ukh, since he might be the tipping point for switching from 3-action to 2-action heals.

Healing can also be done in the dreamscape by expending Dream Points.
Nina calls on Andoletta's aid to shatter the evil gem.
The request is answered! The gem shatters!
The countenance of Aslynn's face twists from that of a sneer to one of urgent concern.
As the siphoning stone breaks apart, fragments of Zarta's soul are released. Some are instantly drawn to gaps in the walls, which form back whole upon contact. Others solidify in parts of the room, resuming the forms of familiar momentos and cherished relics within the lodge.
Others, however, swirl around aimlessly. These fragments, having been separated remain jumbled and unable to knit themselves back into the whole of Zarta's self.
Before Zarta can wake, these loose fragments of Zarta’s soul must rejoin with one another and be guided back together.
Reuniting the disparate soul fragments, requires a successful Absalom Lore, Cheliax Lore, Pathfinder Society Lore, Performance, or Occultism check to remind the fragments of the patterns they previously occupied or a successful Diplomacy, Intimidation, Religion, or Thievery check to coax and cajole the fragments back together. A PC who spends 2 Dream Points to activate the Restore dream power automatically succeeds at the check.

Jiki draws himself up to his full dream-height (which may be four entire feet) and tells the bits of Zarta flying around that they had better get back into one piece, young lady, or you-know-who is going to hear about it.
