This time, Dennis manages to cover his ears to avoid most of Fasiel's frightening cursing. The youngster has had enough. "You're a bad man, Mister. Oohh ... but can I have your antlers as a souvenir?" After waiting for more of Penny's glorious singing, and with Mimi still flanking, Dennis stabs.

There is no boiling rain--Dennis's crit AoO necessitates a slight retcon. The mephitic was never able to make its attack.
No. He's certainly not up after that. Keep your Hero Point, though--Safa dispersed the smoke so there's currently no concealment.
With a CRACK Dennis drives the man to the floor, an antler broken.
The fumes dispersed, he can see the rat clearly. Obviously used to being able to hide in the smoke it generates, the rat is caught by surprise and narrowly avoids a worse wound.
Sunshine of Happiness, Pennypockets, and Mimi's turns.

Penny is now just full of his own Goblin courage as he shakes off the rattling of Mr Antler man, largely because his song came true and antler-man is now a busted heap.
Penny dances with glee as he sings.
"Fasiels busted
Fasiels dead
Smashed the antlers on his head!"
He then flicks his wrist and a piece of the broken antler spears towards the cinder rat

Not quite a crit, no. It does bloody it.

"Good riddance!" Sunshine exclaims, as if victorious of the man's defeat. "And maybe you practice your angry roaring, you are like in pain rather than intimidating." she adds before she heads for the other enemy they must eliminate. She kicks Upuan to bring her close to the Rat concealed in whatever aura it has. She then conjures water from the ground to blast the cinder rat up on it!

There is no boiling rain--Dennis's crit AoO necessitates a slight retcon. The mephitic was never able to make its attack.... Safa dispersed the smoke so there's currently no concealment.
Okay, great! Mimi does not lose those 8 hp to the boiling rain. She's back up to 48 hp. Neither she nor the rat are concealed and she doesn't need to make a Fort save vs smoke.
Mimi is happy that the burning rat's acrid smoke was cleared away, but suspects that it might well return if they don't put the creature down as soon as possible.
She takes one mighty lunging attack with her rapier before stepping back and preparing herself for a counter-attack.

It's a crit, so double the damage and add the following Deadly d8.

Mimi loses her Panache due to the finisher.

The rat mostly evades the blast of water, but steam issues where it touches. Then Mimi punctures it badly.
And then a light, warm breeze carrying a pleasant smell washes over the Pathfinders as all of their terrible wounds are healed.
Fasiel’s wound is fatal. That much is clear even as he clings to it, dragging himself along the ground. “Safa! Heal me! Return me to my lair, so I may plot my revenge!”
Safa appears out of nowhere, descending through the air without bothering to hide their glee. “Of course.” They snap their fingers, summoning a flash of white-hot flames that cauterize Fasiel’s wound. He howls with pain, rolling in the dirt and cursing Safa’s name. The genie pins him to the ground with one foot and casts a hasty glance around the courtyard.
“His w6ounds will heal... with time.” Safa flashes a wicked grin, but it lasts only a moment. “Fasiel has encountered the Society before, in the home of Corvius Vayn. He believes your agents prevented him from becoming a genie binder. A cruel genie twisted his wish for confidence and power by transforming him into the creature he is today. The wretched skelm is hateful and cruel, but also shortsighted—he could never match the Pathfinders. Your true foe, the one who gave him my seal, is far more powerful. They hold deep hatred in their heart and have long dreamt of the Society’s downfall. They would trade anything, even me, to further their goals. They’re angry, sinister, loathsome—your newest nemesis. Please don’t ask for a name. Just know that they’re out there, and this... man... is hardly their only puppet.”
Safa stoops, hoists the mewling Fasiel over their shoulder, and salutes. “Good game, Pathfinders. I hope we meet again.” With a snap of Safa’s fingers, they both vanish.
In the next blink, the Pathfinders find themselves back in the real Sedeq Lodge courtyard. The crowd presses on them.
"Pathfinders!"
"Tell us about the genie!"
"Excellent party!"
"Can't wait for the feast!"
Khayrat turns up to express his thanks and offer a personal gift of a bottle of fine elven wine, which he gives to Pennypockets.
Casira doesn't notice the group's presence, but she's amid the crowd talking up their performance in the library. "And there was this dashing lady, leaping around like she does this all day!"
It isn't long before the chef, Danya Ben-Abn, calls the assembled to dinner, a feast which should serve as quite the pleasant reward for a job well done. ...if one doesn't mind their roast a little rare and carved up in a fairly unconventional manner.

Penny accepts the wine graciously, looking a bit surprised about the fine turn of events noting that the 'songs of his people' were not all wildly popular in this more refined audience.
"It has been an adventure" he says whilst helping himself to plenty of roast "You've all been very good company and I admire your skills"
He clears his throat
"It's the end, there is no more
We showed Fasiel the door
Now it's time to part our ways
might catch up another day
Pathfinders all, we might well be
but just between us, you and me
You're now all Goblins, honorary"
With that he stuffs his mouth full of roast.

Achurious smiles, barely, just the corners of his mouth lifting with amusement. Mostly he feels pride. A job well done, and, perhaps, a little notoriety. Though he himself did not do much, he was part of a spectacular team and, perhaps, some of that would rub off and his love, Silversheen, or even better her parents, would hear of it and give him a chance.

When the group appears back in the courtyard of the Sedeq lodge, Dennis soaks in all the admiration. "It's always a great day to be a Pathfinder!"
When the guests ask about the genie, Dennis beams, "Oh, Safa and I go wayyyyy back." Not that far back, as Dennis is a teenager. "On our last important Pathfinder society mission in Sedeq, we met Safa. Safa's blue. Blue is my favorite color." He quickly gets distracted, forgets what his point was, and joins Penny for some roast. And some non-alcoholic punch.

Once all the hullabaloo is taken care of and the lodge returns to its normal state, albeit with a full-on party in progress, Mimi rejoins the festivities. She doesn't see Casira bint Meji in the courtyard, so guesses correctly that she's probably back in the library where she feels most comfortable. As she enters the room, she catches the librarian talking about the dashing lady and immediately assumes that the halfling is referring to her. Putting on her winningest smile she approaches Casira and makes a more formal bow. "Ah, madame. I am so pleezed to see dat you 'ave recovered from your ordeal vithout any lingereeng effects. Vonce ve are don 'ere, perhaps you vill permeet me de 'onneur of escorteeng you 'ome. De streets are full of rascals who vill take advantage of a beautiful voman such as yourself." She finishes by raising an eyebrow in a way that suggests that perhaps not all the rascals were to be found on the streets.
