Amazing, thanks for proposing. I'll be putting up my character sheet online shortly.

I will be updating character shortly, first time for PFS in 2ed, though I have done 1ed frequently.

Radiant Oath

Orc paladin of Sarenrae will main a broadspear.

Envoy's Alliance

I have a 3rd level ranger/acrobat that can go.

Envoy's Alliance

For some reason I cannot add my picture. When I go to copy I get a, not signed in message?

I've added a copy of your character image to the slides, so you just need to put it in the marching order.

To add myself to slides, I right-click my profile icon, choose "copy image" and then move to the slides and used Ctrl-V to place it. Your system may vary, but this works for me.

Yay, Chainmail and Aeshuura in the same game, like the games of yore! Looking forward to this!

Nice Cyril. Gotta break out of my rut and try an orc (we all know dwarves are so awesome)

Aeshuura, nice to be back in PFS!!

I have a high CHA—I’ll say my kids think tattoos and body piercing add to my attractiveness as a hold scarred orc!!

Envoy's Alliance

Haha, by the way, love the nod to Dragonlance, Studley!

Sturm would be proud indeed. He's an amazing inspiration for a champion.

Best RPed characters ever in Dragonlance!!! Tass, Sturm, Raistlin!!! I met Tracy Hickman and TSR cut was huge, he should have been wealthier.

Belgariad was great too!

I have met Lawrence Watt Evans — Misenchanted Sword is a must read.

Now not to die at the top of a tower to a dragon !!

Envoy's Alliance

So cool! A few years back I ran a 5e one-shot for Kawaii Kon on Oahu where I did a DL conversion. The players were all present at the High Clerist Tower, defending the walls against the assault, which culminated in a cut scene of Sturm's death... Only two players showed up, one it was her first time playing any TTRPG and the other was a friend of the family who was supposed to run another 5e table, but no one showed up for his table.

It was pretty epic and they both seemed to have a lot of fun!

Envoy's Alliance

Love the World of Krynn. That is my preferred world. Love the new novel.Hate what 5e did to it.

Envoy's Alliance

I have the new book, and using it mostly for baddies and putting them in my old region (closer to Blode). I was running this very same idea back in 3.5e, but after the kender died, we kind of lost steam. (The only time that I have seen a kender played true to the intent.)

So when I got this one, I changed things to use my old village and NPCs, then am trying to run it via PF2e, but Proficiency w/o Level variant. My second session is on Saturday!

Nice Aeshuura.

I remember converting the dragon lance stories to Iron Crown Enterprises Spell Law, Claw Law, Arms Law, Character Law system and adding a kender. Our kender was so true to intent, when he came upon a group of evil torturers as the early scout, he was so curious about how torturing went, that the party found him being stretched on a rack.

The dialogue went something like "What are you doing to those prisoners?" "Hey don't knock it until you tried it" Being curious, he helped them strap him to a rack.

After his friends got him down, he admitted he never wanted to do that again.

The D&D dragon lance early modules were horrible, and they tried to introduce mass combat using a very poor system.

The hardest I ever laughed reading a fantasy book is when Tass started calling the dwarf shipmate after his near drowning and boat ride and kept asking him about the price of fish. When he killed a goblin they asked him if he wanted the dagger back "no thanks, you can never get the smell off, and besides, that dagger was Flint's!

Envoy's Alliance

Yeah, Tas was so fun! Him and Fizban always had me giggling!

Envoy's Alliance

The new. ovel is very good!

2e newbie here (coming from an extensive 1e background) hoping to get into the system. I know this is a PFS game, but what are quests exactly?

Envoy's Alliance

I am pretty new to 2e as well, but they are short adventures for PFS. Single XP, but pretty quick to get through.

Scarab Sages

Pathfinder Rulebook, Starfinder Society Subscriber

Aeshuura, it has been a while. Is there room for another person? I can play a level 3 or a new level 1. Whichever ya'll prefer. The 3 is a fighter.

Radiant Oath

I signed up for this game as well. I will be playing this character, a level 3 angel summoner. I have available level 1 characters to adjust into lower Challenge Points of the game for those new to PFS, unless they want a more challenging game, iykwim.

A scenario is the standard unit of adventure for Pathfinder Society. They usually take 4-5 hours live or 1.5-2 months in PBP and likely have about 4 encounters. Quests and bounties are shorter adventures that usually only have one encounter (1-1.5 hours/2 weeks) and grant 1/4 the rewards of a scenario.

Looks like we are full, so I will close recruitment and post the briefing shortly. We have three 1s and three 3s signed up now (18 challenge points); if you want to change, please do so in the next 24 hours.

Envoy's Alliance

as it stands withbthisbparty make up, would the lvl 1s get xtra hp and other benefits?

No, 18 CP with 6 players is still low subtier. If someone went up a level, that would bump it to high, and the 1s would get level bumps.

Envoy's Alliance

I do have 2 DM glyps to share.

Sczarni

Would you be willing to take a seventh? Specifically a level one? Or maybe even split into a table of ones in a table of threes?
