Nightkit isn't looking too healthy as she dodges the undead but is determined not to show it as she sidesteps (5ft step) away from Red and attacks Yellow.
Your orcs attacked me so I defended myself. As for your 'pets' they're supposed to be resting in peace - and you, lady, are an evil, foul mouthed, individual who I would NOT want to date
Surprisingly quick, the henchthing (yellow) dodges the rogue's blade!
"There are more of them! Protect me!" cries the woman.
On command, one of the henchthings (red) swings its fists at the Pathfinder closest to its mistress in rapid succession!

At Speed of 30 ft., a double move gets Theron adjacent to yellow (or both yellow and red if you don't mind provoking an AoO) as steps are difficult terrain.

Command Undead: As a standard action, you can use one of your uses of channel negative energy to enslave undead within 30 feet. Undead receive a Will save to negate the effect. The DC for this Will save is equal to 10 + 1/2 your cleric level + your Charisma modifier. Undead that fail their saves fall under your control, obeying your commands to the best of their ability, as if under the effects of control undead. Intelligent undead receive a new saving throw each day to resist your command. You can control any number of undead, so long as their total Hit Dice do not exceed your cleric level. If an undead creature is under the control of another creature, you must make an opposed Charisma check whenever your orders conflict.

COMBAT OVER
"Look." The woman (red) tries to explain, "We were just hired for a night's work." The thuggish woman glances at the zombies and then spies beaten form of the woman in black. "Now, getting paid for that work appears unlikely."
If you succeed at a DC 15 Intimidation check, you may open the spoiler below:
"Yes, myself and the others," she glances down at the surrounding bodies littering the deck, "We were all loyal to the cult--the circle of Nature's Cataclysm--though, we were more loyal to the money the cult has been paying us. The others and I were trained in a Vudrani fighting style that eschews metal armor and weapons and instead fight defensively and strike when their opponents are weak. That is--if, we can get a strike in."
She can provide no further information.
You have the map that provides directions to a cooper’s warehouse on the south side of the Imperial Naval Shipyards. Inked notes in the margin state there is an office with a trap door at the warehouse that leads to a hidden basement where the “Cult of Nature’s Cataclysm” meets and gathers supplies.
You also have the love note accompanying the directions that is signed by one Dalirio Teppish.
