He sustains the aura of entropy, which intensifies, as he reaches out for Tyr with a bony hand, scoring two critical hits!

The lich commands Tandri to repair some of the damage, after which the cleric finally breaks free of his control. Snarling, he sustains the entropy field, intensifying it even more. He reaches out to try to grasp Sariana by the head but the monk manages to block with her shield!

The horror of defilement rips through the small pink dwarf. A feeling that most would want to curl up into a ball to scream and cry and hope it went way even though you knew it never would.
But Tandri instead was blind burning in rage. She wanted to run at HIM, wrap herself around him and rip into his bony throat over and over until she gnawed his head off.

Sariana gives Vordakai a parting shot to the eye as you start to retreat! The lich growls in anger as he lumbers after you. "Get back here! I'm not finished with you yet!" he declares as he catches up to Sariana, but the monk blocks him from getting to the rest of her companions.
Vordakai ends his turn adjacent to Sariana, but that's all he can do. If you all spend all of your actions running away, you'll be able to outpace him and get away.

Deregar Rogarvia |

Deregar coughs up some bloody phlegm, "You were rightm of course, Nightsong. No hope of negotiating with that. We have to be better prepared and destroy it..." He trails off, evidently exhausted by the brief statement.
Deregar looks haggard, with deep circles under his eyes and a sallow pallor shrouding the rest of his face.

Tandri is humming with anger, the only thing keeping the sick feeling of defilement at bay. She stays silent as she heals their only living companion again.

"For now we retreat." Sariana says, sounding as though every word is being dragged from her. "We know what it is now. So we prepare and destroy."
For all her calm words it is obvious that just beneath the surface are brewing a violent whirl of emotions. It won't take much for Sari to lash out at this point and everyone around her knows the results are likely to be explosive...

Deregar moans as he rolls over from his uneasy rest, lurching to his feet.
"Ugh, maybe I picked up something in that tomb..." he groans. "I can't seem to keep warm."
"I'll check in with Tyr and see if he knows anything about it."
You've seen Deregar summon his eidolon many times, but something is clearly off today. A cold wind blasts out from the summoner as he gathers energy around him, and Tyr arrives wreathed in crackling black energy! The dragon's once-noble features are tarnished and his scales are blacked. His proud wings are spectral tatters.
Deregar screams as Tyrkaxian appears, though the sound is cut short as his body is consumed in dark flames. Before anyone can react, his flesh has melted away, seemingly burned up from within. A skeletal corpse is left in his armor.
A heartbeat later (if anyone witnessing this still had a beating heart), the armor and bones stir, rising from the ground once more.
"I feel...different," the skeleton rasps. He flexes his bony hands and draws his sword. A malevolent light shimmers from the blade. "Different, but good."
"Tyr, shall we go get revenge?"
The remains of the dragon merely screech in assent!

Tandri is filled with a deep well of rage for many events that just happened, but a dear friend rising without flesh, just bones only brings out a simple question "Are you okay to do so, or do you need time to adjust?" her pallid pink hand stroking Try's blackened scales.

"I feel surprisingly hearty," Deregar replies. "And I have a renewed feeling of...resolution about destroying that lich. He has existed for far too long."

"Quite right." Sariana says, looking Deregar's new form up and down with approval. "Now rushing in didn't help us. The liches mind-control is dangerous for all of us, especially you Sweetling. Could you stay around the corner and just peek around to throw a spell and retreat again? Or can either of you counter those magics?"
She reaches out and strokes the curve of Flori's neck, a largely unconscious gesture that started when her Little One was still human and the gesture helped to stimulate blood flow.

Tyr Strides with his quickened action, carrying himself and Deregar into the battle. Deregar boosts the eidolon's attacks, then they both throw themselves on the lich.

He's also in my Aura of Despair: Your presence as an avatar of evil makes your foes more susceptible to terror and makes it almost impossible for them to shake off fear when you are near. Enemies in your champion's aura take a –1 circumstance penalty to saving throws against fear. In addition, an enemy that ends its turn in your champion's aura can't reduce the value of its frightened condition below 1.

Tandri feels a crawling in her mind, but her mistress is there suddenly taking the brunt of it. In retribution, she prays to her goddess to split the heavens and send a ball of horrible holy light to burn the lich to ash.

Even though she knows that there's no rational reason for such a thing, Floare still feels the tension as Sariana pushes back against the controlling magic Vordakai uses in an attempt to snare her mistress.
She calms herself and begins with what will most likely be the least effective of her spells, summoning a cascade of vines that endeavors to constrict the lich.

Floare's vine wraps around Vordakai, grabbing him tightly. Tandri blasts him with holy light, but neither Deregar, Sariana, nor Tyr are able to get a good hit in past his defenses.

Vordakai quickly bursts free of the vine. His eye flashes red with anger as he casts a defensive spell, surrounding himself with a swirling cloak of colors.

Deregar and Tyr are dazzled by the swirling colors. The dragon snaps out, trying to grab on to the lich while Deregar provides guidance on the attack.
