Nal's bullet flies through the air, en route towards a suit of rusted, discarded weapons. Certainly this would make a loud racket. Unfortunately it beans an undead raven. The horde doesn't even look.
Topias makes his way quietly, using the hill's shadow to protect him for just a bit longer.
Ranzak wonders if her team can make more noise as Gregor is making plenty of it.
Challenge 2: Undead Horde
Nal - Failure
Ranzak - Success
Topias - Success
Gregor - Failure
Harsk
Naple
Remember, Harsk and Naple can choose to Hustle past this obstacle instead of making a Stealth check. But Hustling may have consequences later on.

Naple chooses to Hustle ahead of the group, hoping the undead wouldn't notice her or something.

Fortitude Save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Naple trusts herself and simply dashes across the hills, hoping the undead confuse her for an errant tree branch. They don't seem to notice her. She's winded, but she's ready to go at it again if she needs to.
Just waiting on Harsk.

Harsk and Naple catch a breath near a stream of water, hoping the sloshing waters hide their breath. The rest of the team catches up and waits. The undead horde surges over the hill they just passed, scraping every blade of grass that offers meager resistance. One zombie ogre pauses and gazes in your direction before a corrupted hill giant pushes it back into the pack.
Challenge 3: Undergrowth
Heavy, prickly undergrowth and tall grasses have grown over the road. You'll need to be agile or strong to clear the road without taking too long and making more noise.
Optional: Exactly one of you can make a Nature or Survival check to identify areas where the undergrowth isn’t as thick. This will grant your teammates a circumstance bonus to their attack rolls and Acrobatics checks.
If you didn't make the optional check, you have two more options:
you can make an attack roll with a slashing weapon to hack your way through. Alternatively you can try a slightly easier Acrobatics check to maneuver through the prickly bushes.
You can also hustle around the roadblock. Make a DC 19 Fortitude Save afterwards to determine if you are Fatigued. For Naple and Harsk, the DC is 21.

Maybe you could hero point that. It is a critical failure. It could have dire consequences for us.
Naple draws her dagger after she stows her warhammer behind her. She then slices her way through the undergrowth.

I second the hero point suggestions, Topais.

Boo. No hero point left to fix it.

Witnessing Topias attempt to scout a path, he quietly says, "Perhaps Brother Topias was absent or not paying attention during his training when the sermon was given on the topic of Temperance. It does not only pertain to the imbibing of spirits. It refers to all things in life. The self-restraint, self-control or discipline to hold oneself back and allow a being who is better trained or suited to perform a task to do so. In order to survive this mission, we must work together as a team rather than as individuals seeking glory. If we have a Ranger among us who would be best suited to scout a path, then let them perform the task and try to learn tips from them for when they are no longer around and you are the one best suited. It would be good if all of us remember this going forward. The Dawnflower's grace be with us."

Botting Harsk to keep the game moving.
Battleaxe: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
Harsk's axe gets stuck in a particularly nasty log and he loses precious time freeing it.
The horde turns unexpectedly towards you, and Topias looks for an alternate route around the weeds. It eludes him for some time before everyone chips in to find a clearing.
3 successes, 3 failures.
The undead do not give chase, even as the gates of Goldenflame come into view. As you look back, the undead army seems to turn in a different direction; they found another way to waste their time.
If you critically succeeded, read the spoiler below.
You estimate the trip to town took 20 minutes longer than anticipated.

About to respond to Topias, Gregor looks in the direction Ranzak indicates.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28

"Oh dear, we must reach the town before the scout reaches the army."

Established and sponsored by the church of Iomedae, Goldenflame was a place where students could study how to best do good in the world while staying far away from the infamously dangerous parts of Lastwall. This town had a chapel for worship and an armory for weapons, as well as an apothecary and general store.
The buildings stand intact and have 10 foot high ceilings, with the exception of Goldenflame College which stands above the rest. A crumbling fountain stands in the middle of the plaza, dry as a bone. Written in blood on the rim reads, Rathliss welcomes you!
You notice a horse hobbling about. It turns towards you and neighs. The sound is hollow as you notice its exposed ribs and lack of skin around its face or front legs. Humanoid bodies given unlife stagger out of the bloodied alleyways and turn towards you, their eyes full of hunger.

Gregor is relieved when he realizes these are basic zombies. Flesh given unlife, these abominations wander mindlessly seeking more flesh to consume. These things are permanently slow and only act twice when most people can act thrice.
He knows any type of death effects, disease, mental, paralyzed, poison, unconscious abilities are useless against them.
He knows positive energy and slashing attacks injure zombies harder than expected.
I assume you're trying to identify the horse. You can roll separately to ID the humanoids.
The horse has an especially repulsive aura. Anyone with an open wound will begin to rot and take more damage as long as they are close to it.

Assessing the battlefield, Nal notes that the only truly easy foe to get to is the horse--and her widdle light mace just isn't going to do much against something like that. I could kneecap it if it'd hold still. Fat chance. Sighing with exasperation, she casts Guidance on herself, tosses hope into the wind as she dashes in to try to do battle with a whole undead horse. A distant part of her mind snarks: If I die this way, people will think I'm stupid.

Ranzak has no trouble hitting the horse with her dagger, it makes no effort to dodge. Nal takes advantage of the situation and bashes the horse's knee, almost knocking the leg loose. It snorts in her direction. Its fetid breath challenges her gag reflex.
The odor is absolutely revolting. Harsk notices the bruise the zombie gave him begin to fester.
