"Best place I ever worked!" Gremvest reassures her. "But I can understand if ya wanna take it slow before a new commitment. I resemble that. Anyhow, you at least gotta spend some time checking out Absalom Station. Ya ever been there before? Lots goin' on."

Patrick nods People keep telling me I need to take time off and relax between assignments. Maybe you could do the same. Although my idea of relaxing is curling up at my flat with the cat and a good book

"Every considered drinking your troubles away, Professor? That's what we dwarves do. It seems to work well for us."

Tried that once .... just made me physically ill and even more morbid than usual. Besides, it is not much good to drink alone. Someone once suggested I should go to Flaxseed Station

It takes a few days to get back to Absalom Station. When the you
return to Absalom Station, Radaszam is ecstatic about the signal you found and immediately sets a team to work decoding the beacon’s signal. First Seeker Ehu Hadif recommends you bring Khendai to Respite, a therapy and support center on the grounds of the Lorespire Complex, so Khendai can receive the support and care they need to overcome their trauma and move on with their life.

The PCs complete their primary objective if they discover Rasheen’s
next beacon and catalog the contents of the mausoleum. Doing so
earns each PC 1 Reputation for their selected faction.

If the PCs complete at least four of the following tasks, they complete their secondary objective and they earn 1 additional Reputation for their current faction:
catalogue at least 6 resources from the mausoleum,
catalogue at least 10 resources from the mausoleum, escort
Khendai to Absalom Station,
repair the mausoleum’s network,
destroy Dortay ven Corbosi,
relay the fate of Khendai and Keystone to Corbosi Inc.,
and discover Rasheen’s next beacon before the adventure’s conclusion.


Acquisitives: This mission furthers the goals of the Acquisitives
faction. If the PCs discover Rasheen’s next beacon before the
adventure’s conclusion and destroy Dortay ven Corbosi, each PC
earns 1 additional Reputation with the Acquisitives.


Second Seekers (Ehu Hadif): This mission furthers the goals
of the Second Seekers (Ehu Hadif) faction. If the PCs catalog the
contents of the mausoleum, each PC earns 1 additional Reputation
with the Second Seekers (Ehu Hadif) faction.

Gremvest laughs happily. "I avoid the sauce these days, but curling up with a book? Snoozerific. You guys need more music in your lives! So many great clubs and venues on Absalom Station, I'll give ya a tour. Khendai and Grump too. Alcohol optional."

You know .. I might take you up on that. And yes ... I am of the opinion that drinking while storing destructive spells in one's head is a bad idea

Mm. Naiaj has been on my back about getting out. She even assigned me a counselor. Rather pretty aasamer actually. Then I found out she also works in a nightclub and as a photographic model. Sooooooooo ....... yeah. Had to ditch that one. Didn't want to come across as one of those creepy jerks - even by accident.

"Ya can't handle a pretty shrink, huh? I've gone through a lot of therapists, I can make some recommendations if ya like. This one Skittermander life coach I got to know really helped me on my journey, helped me get some focus, learn interspection. She wasn't particularly pretty, so you should be okay."

Not really no. The truth is, I'm rather scared of them ... not just pretty shrinks ... more like pretty anythings. They make me really nervous. .... I keep thinking they won't like me and won't trust me not to be a jerk. Sorry. I have a tendency to overthink things. Maybe I should talk to this life coach of yours.
