The paladin will grab his polearm and then run up 20 ft and then ready if one of the birds gets close enough to slash at them.
Kidron, I just noticed. Ready uses two actions. You have an action left. Unless you grab your polearm (specifically a fauchard) for 1 action, and then interact to change to two-handed for 1 action, then you move for 1 action, you are good already then. I just want to clear this part before we proceed, because you used the word ready.
Jiggo, they are just 10 ft above the ground.
Jiggo attacks Blue with a small ball of flame but misses it. He then raises his magical shield. Red makes a circling attack against Kidron.

Radim's face expresses a simple thought - "I told you, I told you, I told you." He more conveniently intercepts his hammer and throws it at the hawk, but misses badly, and even when the hammer returns to him as a boomerang, it does not hit the enemy as usual - the hawk is on a completely different trajectory.

The fallen zephyr hawks disintegrate like dust and a familiar hateful voice roars over an angry wind.
“How dare you defy me, servant?! You are nothing, and I will make you regret your insubordination. I’ll carve a reminder of your disobedience on your soul, Safa! Return at once!”
The elegant fortress is replaced by the decrepit walls of the lodge. Safa bows, the clinking of her thin golden chains clearly audible in the silent lodge. “You have done everything and so much more, Pathfinders. I must do his bidding. I have only one gift that is mine to give.”
A whirlwind forms in the genie’s hands before being released across the building, lifting dust and causing heavy, moth-eaten curtains to flap wildly. The wind subsides as abruptly as it arose, but there’s no trace of the djinni. The surrounding lodge appears transformed, gleaming as if untouched by the ravages of time. A small pile of riches lies a few feet away, containing tiny gems, jewels, and semiprecious stones, among the riches, a small figurine made of silver stands out: a finely dressed Qadiran aristocrat with a reddened, angry face and small antlers.
The sleeping figures of the original group of Pathfinders lie nearby, and they start to move as they stir from their torpor. They open their eyes, looking around in confusion. A middle-aged Pathfinder with long gray hair stands up, ordering his colleagues around as they awaken one by one.
“Get up! We have to prepare the lodge for the opening ceremony! Vishka, did you...” he stops abruptly, realizing they are not alone in the room. “Wait, who are you? What’s going on?”

Zazu looks at Safa departure and his ears lower. "Don't go..."
He looks at the valuables and at the pathfinders.
"The lodge seems ready, but you were captured and held in status by someone powerful. But we were able to rescue you." He takes off his topper hat and brings his furry paw through his hair touching the horns that stick from his head.
"I think that figure is a clue who that one could be." He moves closer, checks it for magic and assuming that it is safe, raises it.

Hey, the owner of Safa. I know you can hear us. First, you're a weakling. The second is that Society has been kicking ass like you for decades. You're just destined to add to the dreary list of forgotten little tyrants with a huge ego who lost to us. Third, remember this hammer. One day your face will meet it.
Probably this causes surprised glances of the newly awakened pathfinders, but Radim was not confused by this.

The middle-aged Pathfinder raises an eyebrow to Zazu. ”Huh? Captured? What are you talking about? And rescued from what?” he says, shrugging his shoulders. His raised eyebrow even get higher, seeing that Radim's words seem to fall into deaf ears. He looks around to see who Radim is talking to but sees no one that could answer. ”If you will excuse us because we gonna get moving,” he says flatly. But his mood quickly changes into something anticipating. ”We must prepare the lodge for a grand opening ceremony with several prominent Qadiran citizens! Exciting, isn't it?” he shares enthusiastically before he leaves with his fellow rescued Pathfinders who seem to recall nothing of what happened to them.

Jiggo bends down to look at the statue. "Thank you, Safa. We will find you again. No matter how long it takes."
"Can we help you with preparation?" Jiggo changes tune and turns to the other Pathfinders. "We were sent here to help you."

"I know you don't like me, Radim. But I like your style. Just remember my claws have first dibs on Stuffy's face." She grins and flexes her claws.
Ah sweet sweet revenge. The currency of her homeland. Too many good and empty memories.
Her memories end when she feels the tug. Where did Jiggo go? He knows she can't stay close. "Jiggs, wait!" She runs after him.
Thanks for the game, GM.
