Valeros raises his shield and runs out the Northern door. As the door opens, the smell of rotten fish and mold wafts out. On the west side of this vast room is a large table with benches on either side. Old food scraps, dirty knives, and broken plates cover the table. Off to the east side, burrows have been dug into the wall to make small sleeping chambers filled with straw mats. This must be the kobolds’ warren!

When Isolde announced that, I went into Initiative. It wasn't her turn yet when Valeros went solo so she hasn't moved yet. Fun fact - this actually happened during a workplace game. Needless to say, the results weren't pretty...

Water attack: 1d10 ⇒ 5
Isolde successfully shuts down the corner mechanism. The mermaid statue swivels to the NW and NE corners and sprays water at it. Fortunately, nobody is standing there. 2 corners left
From the northern corner of the room, a kobold (Fishy) runs to the chest, opens it and pulls out a bottle of something. Yawning joins Fishy at the chest and also pulls out something. Sleepy, on the other hand runs to the table and picks up some of the food they were eating (not enough to do anything else with it).

Valeros, you fell on the first Acrobatics check. So you would need 1 action to stand. For your 3rd action, you can either raise your shield or stride, but not both.
Kyra - you fell on the 2nd Acrobatics check, so you're prone and can't raise your shield. So you'd need to spend your 3rd action getting back up (or something else you want to do)
Ezren and Isolde - You can declare your actions but they won't take effect until Lonely and Sunshine act (unless your actions are in the fountain room)

so the acrobatics checks take an action? I thought they were just results of attempting to move through the square. So move (and fall which requires no actions), stand which requires an action, and raise shield which requires her third action. Why the extra action? Is she not able to do a full stride through both squares and it is an extra stride to move from the first greased area to the next?

There are two patches of slipperiness to get past. It may not be obvious since Kyra is standing in one of them. In any case to get to your current position you need to make TWO acrobatics rolls. If you fail the second one you will plop down in the square Kyra is in, or perhaps the earlier one since PF does not like folks sharing squares in combat.
