The map will only be shared once someone makes a map, charteography check, or once you buy one. The present map would be rather vacant. Now if you asked Jacen and Dom where the villages and town was they might be able to describe it better.
Your treasury is currently 32 million of very unique coins with the Yggrasil mark upon them. Your statement about the coins above is very accurate.
Max caster level: 20
Max price for each magical item:
Each of you get to pick 4 items, 1 with the 25,000 Max, 1 with a 10,000 Max, and 2 that have 5,000 Max. Roll a d20 and whoever gets the highest also finds a base magical item worth 50,000 gp or a artifact of your choice.

Lady Ekaterina |

GREED: 1d20 ⇒ 13
Will think of items later.
As well, creative thinks to cause a massive inflationary crisis resulting in us moving in and yoinking the realms.

I am trying to be inventive and not just go for big 8 items.
Chest
Unfettered Shirt 10 K
Need to think of the 20K item.

Domayoku |

GM Wolf! You're a Mad Man! I love you!
25K - rod of splendor
10k - ki mat
5k - ring of sustenance
5k - slippers of spider climbing
Lucky Roll: 1d20 ⇒ 10

Amadea |

These are for items that don't presently work, but are easily repairable, right? I will have to think about it, as I don't think I've even entirely finished my initial equipment.

Ginza |

Greed in Bones 1d20 ⇒ 20
Does the max value includes items that can be placed with secondary abilities?

GM Wolf |

These are the few magical items that persevered through the downgrading of magic within the keep. So they are all fully functional. Though they are in the vaults likely accessible by your character and his/her minions.
There will be no secondary abilities. The magical items have been stripped down to the most basic of that item. So if you pick a Ring of Deflection +2 it will become a ring of Deflection +1. As most people have figured out some of these items don't have a lesser version and thus that is how they can be used. Though limitations may be applied to items like 1/day, just letting you know, I don't plan on changing them but if needed I will.
It looks like Ginza is our winner, now if someone else rolls a 20 I will let you both have a choice item!

Amadea |

1d20 ⇒ 20
Ah crap. I don't want to have to research more items, and I feel overpowered enough... anyone have an idea for an artifact with awesome team potential? A Startrek style teleportation pad, for instance? A Forge of the Maker is the only one I'm familiar with, but might be a good group one.

Ginza |

Oh i won the draw along with Amadea. Now I need to do research lol.
Artifact... Minor/Major/etc?

Amadea |

[Ooc]I'm reading a few at random. Some are mildly useful, situational, and some are so powerful you might as well just declare victory and send everyone else home.[/ooc₩

Just call me Bob |

I suggest an artifact that can do teleportation circle once per day. We'll need that as we have enough people in the group that it would take a 21st level caster to take all the PC's. Without any servants or companions. But a teleportation circle will allow any number of people to teleport from the origin for 3 hours.
These are the few magical items that persevered through the downgrading of magic within the keep. So they are all fully functional. Though they are in the vaults likely accessible by your character and his/her minions.
Do we just add them, or do we need to do quests?

GM Wolf |

Minor artifact! You know I will veto any 'I win' artifacts.
You may collect the items from the vaults at any time. These are the items you found while taking inventory for the week.
Now at the end of the week the guildhall rings with the summoning gong. To the hall of members most if not all of you transport at your leisure. There is a two hundred seating table. The guildmaster Jacen resides in his throne of power. Many of you filter in and find your seats. Any minions that you invited to join this meeting will stay 20 feet behind you standing as your main supporter and any others a total of 30 feet behind your chair.

Dominique Silverstone |

He was the one who rung the gong for the assembly and continued to prepare goblets for the guild members that will soon arrive leaving them at your seat chilled. Once all are seated he takes a seat as well and opens the meeting, he tings a metal triangle on a string to gather the groups attention, "We are here to report any findings that you think is pertinent for the guild to know and to plan our next moves going forward."

Lady Ekaterina |

Looking for something fun and flavorfull for 25K. Still searching. Ideally soemthing that boost Skald, but that seems to be super rare.

Dominique Silverstone |

"I begin this guild meeting the 18th of April, 3255. For the betterment and growth of Deniable Plausibility!
With a wave of his hand a replication of the keep can be seen, with the sheer cliffs, magma moat, and the sea below it is impressive if not stellar. [B]"From our initial travels there is nothing but grasslands and a fresh water lake for miles around us."
The replication zooms out showing the keep the sea of grass on one side and the sea of water on the other. Then it zooms out even further, the keep is a red dot now but has a glowing title above it, Guild Keep.
He then moves the focus to the Northwest and zooms in, "Here there are fishing villages in coves and other naturally occurring land forms that protects them. Then we get to the quaint town of Amberville. There was no library and only a few large buildings, nothing that rivals the keep. They are about medieval level of technology with some infusions of magic. They are apart of a small kingdom called _____ which is apart of a coalition of city states which buffers for us as the Sun Empire is beyond that, though we don't know how far away, they are made mostly of humans.
To the east of amberville is the Dark Forest that is said to hold elves. Further east is a range of mountains. Ending in massive waterfall which feeds into the Great Lake. It has fishing villages, though they are said to be protected by a Dwarven kingdom. On the North side of the take are monster villages with aquatic affinity. The Dwarven kingdom of Ulfgar the Wise watches over the simple fisherfolk. They control the range of mountains to the North of the lake and have established towns along the Eastern side of the lake.
There are likely nomadic tribes that hunt in the sea of grass, centaurs, halflings, catfolk, humans and such.
To the North East past the Dwarven Kingdom is the darklands. A place of magic and darkness. All sorts of monsters live there. Further east over the sea is a large elven kingdom that spreads over the many isles there, Elvainthia.
Then there is Alexandria the Goddess to help. I hope we can help her control her powers but, just be cautious with her. I think she would be a massive threat should she become our enemy.
I for one would like to make a motion to take control and rule over this world."

Domayoku |

Domayoku takes a sip from his goblet, listening to Dominique present his finding.
"I think the South will be easiest to bend to our will. Amadea and i found mostly grasslands, ending with a cliff face leading down to water. Very little settlements. We just need to take it for it to be ours."

Amadea |

"I think it might be premature to start planning a takeover of the world. I for one did not start playing this game because I wasn't getting enough administration and politics in my life. Taking over the world is a great fantasy, but I think we should consider what the reality would be before we commit ourselves to it. We have other options as well. We have the potential to sit an act as an extra-national force, like a casino ship outside of national waters. We can act as we wish, interacting with all these peoples and communities, without taking on the organizational overhead, unless we want to, retreating back to a nigh impregnable Stronghold should things get too hot. On this vein, I think k we may also want to consider keeping the location of our keep a secret, at least for now."
"At the end of the conversation, we need to get our feet wet, at least those of us that still have feet," she smiles at Bob, "And feel out what this world is like before we rush in headlong and destroy whatever government we find in place. We can always chose to destroy it later; but undestroying anything would be tricky."

Just call me Bob |

::We don't even know anything beyond a small fragment of the world. Heck, it would take a months to circumnavigate the world and that barely covers a fraction of it. We know nothing of the nations or power structures of the rest of the world. While we are powerful, there may be other native elements as strong, or other refugees from Yggdrasil who will give us a challenge. After that, we need to develop a structure and bureaucrazy to run the world and recruit hundreds of thousands of troops to handle things. After that we need to go through the process of formalizing the government. It doesn't hold much interest for me.::

Ginza |

Ginza in his combined form takes his seat and listens as Dominique begins and ends his speech.
Taking over the world has a nice ring on it but it's too much responsibility.
Amadea's counter though mostly appealed to him. He who had to keep his own movements secret to avoid being ganked in the wildlands.
"I'm not keen on taking over the world. I am keen in exploring it as I would like to know how much has changed during our transition to this world and also if there are any others like us. It would also be nice to step out and see the other areas."
Doing that RP here instead of discussion.
Ginza tries to grin at his guild mate at his question upon seeing the brace of fish brought in but he was already in a state of a permanent grin.
"I see you have brought fish. I could grill this and garnish it with lemon, shallots and a dash of red wine..." HIs body splits his component of him takes up a role of preparing the fish for consumption.
Before long a sweet waft fills the kitchen, and the fishes are ready.
"I"m not sure how it feels like being an undead, it seems that all emotions and sensations have being dampened or removed entirely. Pros and Cons there but it does seem strange. I don't seem to have much problems with it there. It's easier to focus."

Amadea |

Dominique Silverstone |

"How about a motion to send the guild members to Amberville on a reconasince mission. There we can talk with the locals and find the next larger town. We could even learn where a city is located. With power comes responsibility, shall we act upon our whims or have a goal in mind to focus our actions and intentions?" He offers.

Domayoku |

"Seconded." Domayoku responds.

Just call me Bob |

::I think that we shouldn't just follow our whims. I think we should keep on the polite side and attempt to forge a good reputation. That gives us the most options later. It's easier to go from the silk glove to the metal fist then vice versa.::

Lady Ekaterina |

Indeed, also, several of us are quite highly diplomatic.
Ekaterina voices her assent to Bob.

Domayoku |

"Yes. If done correctly, the peoples of this world will give us the keys of rulership with smiles on their faces." Domayoku nods.

Dominique Silverstone |

"An excellent amendment to make it our goal to be as diplomatic as possible, Bob." He says and looks to Jacen, who in the past would be the one call for a vote. Nudge, nudge.

Ginza |

"I count four in favor of revealing ourselves in a diplomatic way, none in favor of the iron glove and one abstain." Ginza tallies the count so far.

Dominique Silverstone |

"It sounds like the motion to diplomaticly investigate and explore Amberville and the surrounding cities has passed. So with being diplomatc in mind Ginza's action of the Black Calamity should be handled with care. Perhaps one of the closest villages would do or we save it for a problem to arise?" He offers with his honeyed words.

Amadea |

I'm getting traumatic flashbacks of the last time I was in a job with board meetings. I am at once reminded of how much I hated them, and simultaneously grateful they are no longer part of my life...
"All in favour of proceedings in a benign and diplomatic fashion?"
"All opposed?"
Presumably there are no objections...
"Motion carried."
"Next would be the issue of keeping our guild and or keep secret for now, or allowing nourishment presence to become public knowledge."
"I would propose keeping our keep itself secret, and taking measured to conceal the location from outsiders. We are that much harder to Attack or besiege if enemies do not know where we are based. Secrets are like our reputation, easy to lose, but very hard to regain. I propose we use our Guild name, but leave our keep out of the descriptions. We appeared in the realm from another, all true, but no on me need know we have a nigh impregnable fortress a d base of operations to fall back to."

Amadea |

"Next would be the issue of keeping our guild and or keep secret for now, or allowing nourishment presence to become public knowledge."
was just rereading this, and there is an obvious auto-corrent issue. I think I meant to say, "Knowledge of our", so the quote should read as:
"Next would be the issue of keeping our guild and or keep secret for now, or allowing knowledge of our presence to become public knowledge."

Kazko hangs out in the back and avoids voting as he is not sure what to think or what the group should do.
Sorry, finishing up finals. I should become more active moving forward.

Ginza |

I was trying to guess what's the check for nourishment presence with my profession (Chef) and Lore(Recipes) lol
"I would like to explore the surroundings but keeping in mind my current appearance, it would be best if I find someway to secure a disguise for myself."

Just call me Bob |

::That's a problem for many people. I suggest we invest heavily in hats of disguise. I believe that our crafting crew can create one in a day.::/[b] He'll look over tot hat for confirmation. [b]::They aren't perfect, but they can at least start the process until we can get something better.::

Amadea |

"As long as they have the materials, they could make four hats in a day."
Each has features that allow them to craft in half the regular time. Then on top of that, they have Cooperative Crafting, halving the time again if they are both working on the same thing.

Ginza |

"Hmm I do believe I may have just the thing I left in storage here. Having obtained it via the cash shop, it has proven useful while I had to escape the infamy my actions unwittingly bought. I remember it being useful despite the price....." Ginza offers.

![]() |

"The hats will not remain useful for long. Eventually, anything around here will know what we look like. I am not sure the ruse will make them look at us more favorably after they find out." Kazko says.

Lady Ekaterina |

I find my own shape quite pleaseing to the eye, and so do quite many. It may be more prudent to simply save someone and use this as an in.

Domayoku |

"I share Lady Ekaterina's estimation of herself and others. Let's 'save' this world. For ourselves", Domayoku grinned with mischievous intent.

Domayoku |

"I share Lady Ekaterina's estimation of herself and others. Let's 'save' this world. For ourselves", Domayoku grinned with mischievous intent.

Amadea |

Is it possible to have had my mount do some scouting this past week? Malum Malus (Bad Apple) is a half-fiendish Bicorn. He has an Intelligence of 13 and a fly speed of 120ft. Over the course of a week, he would be able to do a lot of scouting, and relay his observations to Jacosta, who is an expert in all things written, including Cartography.
Jacosta's Cartography: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26
I am presuming there is no settlement larger than the one Jacen and Dominique visited before?
"Let us set out and meet the neighbours then. I think Ekaterina and myself make good envoys to start, and whomever we think might make the best escort for two noble ladies; while Dominique has a fine tongue, but as master of facilities it might be prudent to have him here. Domayoku might be a bit imposing, unless he's willing to accept an illusion for now. Bob can be quite charming, and while rather alien, is not necessarily threatening in appearance. In the end, Jacen is probably the best choice; particularly as he has already made contact there once.
And a celestial might make a better impression when introducing two somewhat fiendish ladies, though I think I will take on a human guise for now."

Domayoku |

The Demon King crosses his arms in a sulk. "Fine. I will stay here and help man the defenses. Hmm. Maybe I'll do more recon South."

Ginza |

This time Soul Husk comes running in having obtained some of the Items Ginza had left in the Vault. With a swift combination, Ginza is now adorned with those items.
A faint shimmer comes over him and an elven male in full armor stands before everybody. The rest of his 'Husk' accounts disengaged from their combination since a burly bulked up elf doesn't seem right. Ginza 'slims' down to look like the High Elf he originally was before his accident.
"The Husk brothers will help man the defenses. Meanwhile perhaps we shall scout and explore the south?" He taps the Helm, he wears now.
"This comes with several functions from when I Obtained it. I also found that the old cloak I bought once has somehow merged with me and granted me invisibility powers."

Dominique Silverstone |

"My battlemaids perform excellent without me. As will the defenders act well without a grand master at the helm. Ekaterina, Amadea, Bob, and Jacen go north to Amberville and beyond. Domayoku go south with Kazko, Ginza and myself. I will stay with the keep if you think it necessary. Though my skills would be better used in a scouting or diplomatic mission." He offers.

Amadea |

"Alright then, it appeara we have a planned action. A diplomatic envoy to the north, and a scouting expedition to the south. I suggest we leave a bit before sunrise, in order to maximize our time in the city. If there is no other business, I move we adjourn."
True to her word, Amadea will be ready, with her dark steed saddled and ready, some 90 minutes before dawn. She is in her human form, dressed for riding.

Just call me Bob |

Bob, Sprout and Vayuvata are also ready early. Then again, they aren't among the poor unfortunate souls that need to go unconscious for hours at a time. ::Mornin':: they offer cheerfully.
