When Stavarg discovered his powers it caused a lot of trouble within his dwarven clan, so he didn't last long there. Further, the electrical blasts seemed to singe of his beard, and he barely passes for a dwarf now (if at all). In fact he's happy to let folk mistake him for a short human, as he doesn't really feel he "belongs" to the dwarves.

The main feature of my character is that he is a cleric of a deity who... was my former character too. There is a way to achieve divinity by a character in the PFS and then to make 'legal priests' of this new deity.

So his goddess, Chandrabha, is a chaotic neutral deity with domains of Chaos, Destruction and War. She loves snakes, insects, martial skills and victory through grappling and choking.

My character himself is an extremely difficult and grumpy dwarf, but that's his way of life. I hope you like him and his grouchiness won't bother you.

A very gloomy dwarf next enters the cafeteria. His skin has a strange gray tint, and he does not wear a beard, only a long blond mustache (which would obviously be considered insanity among other dwarves). On his face, as well as on his hands, there are several strange tattoos of an obviously mystical kind. He approaches the ad, utters some profanity under his breath and goes to the Venture Capitan.

Lol, we have two dwarves with non-standard facial hair.

GM Diaz - How would I do knowledge checks here in this forum? Do I do them as an OOC section at the bottom of the post or do I ask here?

For example, Molg is trying to remember if he knows the name of Ulisha or what the Silverhex actually is.

I'm guessing Ulisha would be Knowledge Local. Not sure what Silverhex would be. Sounds like it might be Knowledge Arcana.

You can do any check in your post on the Gameplay tab after declaring the action. For example:

"We didn't come here with aggressive intentions. We are Pathfinders, scholars first of all, and our association has been intrigued by your visits to this cave."

The half-elf waits for a moment, then starts talking again, "We found this cloak here in the cave, we'll be happy to give it back." Everon gives Orla a little push, to get her to give the cape to the gillman.

If you want you can explain your action more precisely by using a brief OOC description:

Everon quickly moves toward the small tunnel, readying an arrow to hit the first target he sees.

Everon prepares an action to shot at the first target he gets clear line of sight with.

Shortbow: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2

You can install Paizo Campaign Tools on your web browser, I think it gives you the ability to set a default alias for each campaign.

Happy Holidays to those who celebrate them. Since we just got past our 50th in-character post I want to take a moment to ask you guys for some feedback about the adventure. Are you liking it? Is it living up to your expectations? Am I doing a good job as a GM?
Please let me know if there's anything I should do/shouldn't do/should do differently, any advice and suggestion is welcome.

Thank you. About the game speed, I just wait for everyone to say something about the situation you are in, so to avoid that anyone would feel left out of the action.

In my opinion, there should be a reasonable time to wait. Do you have a rule for at least 1 post per day?

+ Personally, I don't mind that something will be done or decided in the game without me, if I have an IRL working drama for example. And on the contrary, I will be upset if, in addition to the other difficulties, I also find out that everyone has been waiting for me for several days.

Show must go on (imo).

Yeah, the risk opposite of not getting someone's say is, if the game's speed gets low enough and too many days pass without a post at all, some people will forget it exists and disappear from the game (deepening the problem). It's just the nature of PbP engagement.

I have stated in the recruitment thread that I wanted at least one post a day during weekdays, but I agree with you guys. today I'll wait to give @mrkrrtft his chance to interact before leaving for the mausoleum, but from tomorrow I will push forward even if not everyone has posted for the day. If the expectation is 1 post per day then I'll meet that. I just don't like to do one line post such as:

If that's okay with you if the situation allows I'm good with that. I can make sure I check every day. I just wish this site worked better on my phone. I would check all the time and type there.

Sorry to hear that you were sick. I'm ill right now, got a very bad tummy ache, and the antibiotics are really make me feel like garbage. Thanks for your effort anyway, it's much appreciated.

I'll push on with the story tomorrow, right now I need some rest. Thanks again to everyone for playing with me and being so good and patient.

When folks are sick and communicating that's another matter altogether :) A game shouldn't apply artificial stress on top of life situations.

Hey all, I'm a bit late to the conversation. My wife and son got sick so I had to take care of them and on top of that I have some s*ht storm at work that is assigned to me to handle it.

As for the feedback, I think GM Diaz is doing great, the adventure seems good and to be honest, I am excited to visit all of these locations Ulisha could be in. And regarding the pacing and everything, I think it's ok to continue if someone does not respond within 24 hours.
