The satyr was a little taken aback by her strong response to the removal of the curse. "Well, Mia. If that's how you really feel, I won't bring it up again." This left Zaidel in a more somber mood. "Once we're done with the mite hunt, we need to have a serious talk. Privately."

GM Wolf:
Hypothetically, could Zaidel use the Wishstone to become a sublime creature? He's reasoning would be his added access to the positive energy plane would both benefit the group, but better protect Mia from undead assailants.

She hesitantly says in response to him saying serious talk, "Okay..."


Zaidel:
Yes you could use the wish to add a template to you. It would be easier if you have the template present when you make the wish. To be direct, yes you can easily make that wish to add a sublime template to yourself.

The guards look at Jon and shake their heads. "Your best bet would be Roland making something in New Beginnings or travel all the way to New Faces. We barely have a proper blacksmith let alone armor smith."

Walking out around the inn, already fed and had a few laughs with the group, he finds the mists disconcerting. He could only see 10 feet away at most. He questions, "How is this going to work, just wandering around in the mist?

"Okay then..." He says and steps into the mist before he begins his transformation, you can hear the snpping of flesh and the breaking of bones. From the mists he growls out, "Follow Jean, I will make sure nobody is lost."


With Jean in the lead, Mia and Zaidel follow, then Angelica and Jon. Locke stays in the rear. Following the river north it takes a few hours of slow movement to get near the lumberyard.

Jean smells them before seeing the lumberyard. What does everyone have in their hands? Next you see piles of lumber. It is deathly silent until you hear the scream of a mite as it charges Jean.

This squat humanoid seems to be nearly all head—an unfortunate circumstance, considering how ugly its puffy blue face is.

Jon takes down one of the two mites attacking him, it literally pops leaving blue blood over his shoes. Jean hits two of them and they die too. Locke's post never got edited, He took down one with his readied action and cleaved the other two though the two cleaved don't drop as easily as the others.

Not many mites remain... then after most of your actions another wave of mites come at you.

Four large figures emerge from the darkness with a wave of mites... no the mites are fleeing from the large humanoids. The ogres sweep their hands close to the ground and pick up a mite to have a snack. You see the mites first, you can also take AoO if your readied attack would trigger. There is a five foot gap between Jean and two of the ogres. As there is a 5 foot gap between Locke and the other two ogres.
