GM, it is possible to swift action before falling, right? Between attacking and dropping again? If yes, fox will 10ft away, 10ft back running start, jump 5ft up, swift vanish trick after biting, then move away invisible. If not, then just move away.

I think at that point we're probably getting a bit too involved - move action jump, standard action attack during which point you are then falling (involuntary movement) and the AoO occurs as you move out of the square (the triggering action)

"I hate it when they do that. I was at the best part of my dream too." Orst remains ready to atk the thing should it appear. "Invisibility spells last a few minutes, right? Perhaps we should stand back to back for a while until we know she is really gone. But sooner or later we need to check the barge and its crew."
Orst stays ready to attack. Looking around, he tries to see anything in the fire light.
"I don't want to have to walk the rest of the way."

Lissa nods, "I agree. The crew should be our first priority."

"Let's give it a few minutes, make sure the ghosty is truly gone. Then let's check the crew and barge. We don't want to endanger them by leading her to them."
Orst will keep ready to attack should the ghost reappear or attack.
the crew is with us at camp, at least most of them except a few guarding the barge, right? If not, is the barge close enough for us to hear or see trouble there? Just want to know the situation. Probably need to go as a group and check if it is far. A runner might work if it is close.

No sure, but I think Walla and Lissa just need to explain how they will be using this pause.
"Captain, do you need us to check on your crew? We will wait slightly longer to make sure the thing is gone. Then, if you would like, I could escort you to the barge to check the crew."
Orst remains ready to strike at the spirit should it return for a few minutes. Then he will pick up his shield and help the captain should she want to check.

“I would rather sleep those unprotected. Or do we endanger the crew if we go there? Where did the ghost come from?“

The ghost simply appeared out of thin air next to Lissa.
The boatman looks aghast at the whole proceeding and gestures towards the barge and his crew, the crew themselves have all taken a dive into the treeline and trying to stay clear of any trouble.
Looks like Toral and Orst staying put then?

Walla keeps her rapier out as she scans the area. Looking at Toral, "she just appeared over Lissa. I hate apparitions."

Orst will pull out his ioun torch and start it revolving. He will then move to get out of the fog.
"Toral, do you have any counter for this fog." "The hag ghost must still be around somewhere."

The mist is rather thick obscuring the boat and the end of the pathway, and is well beyond Detect Evil range (60') per map, you could always move closer - you are all still at the campfire site
