So stride for one action and heal for two actions, without drawing the potion? Or some other set of actions after your stride. I just want to be clear.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12

if rocky drops the one above her she will move to the below one for the second hit
GM TK-421
Jumping is an Athletics check, not an Acrobatics check. I see your bonus for Athletics is 1 higher so we'll take your total as a 13. The DC for long jumps is equal to the distance you are trying to travel. In this case that would be 15 ft, which is insufficient to make the jump. Also, for long jumps if you don't stride at least 10 ft before your jump its an automatic fail. Unless you have the correct skill feat which it doesn't appear that you have. You can find those rules here . Im feeling generous this new years day so instead of flopping you down right in the center of the trap I'll let you reconsider your actions for this turn.

This next bit is going to be a bit more cinematic for the purposes of moving forward and not chalking this up as a TPK or a big L.
Once the agents are disarmed a couple of the kobolds disarm pressure plates in the center of the room and then move forward to bind the agent's hands and feet while the rest cover them with ranged weapons.
Once the agent's are secured, with wicked grins the kobolds beat them unconscious.
Non-lethal damage.
The agents begin to become aware of their surroundings again about the same time. They become aware of a woman of minkaian decent caring for their wounds.
Everyone is back to full health and no wounded conditions.
They become aware of several other people, likely fellow hostages, tied up around the room. There are a few kobolds in the room as well, looking through the agent's equipment, which has been stripped from them.
Quickly assessing her patients the healer whispers, "Theres not much time for detail so ill be brief. Try to talk to Skerix," and she indicates the kobold with gold scales. "She was in charge until Rekarek showed up. She also seemed pretty agitated when Rekarek brought you all in here. I get the feeling she thinks this has gotten out of control." then she slips a small sharp object into the bound hand of Aeric with a wink.
"Hey! Whatchu whisper about over dere?" , the gold one snaps sharply.
"Just asking about their injuries Skerix." the minkaian woman says and steps away from the agents.
"Oh they awake! OK good. Go back with the others!" Skerix orders and has the kobold watchers secure the Tien woman again and sets her with the other hostages.
The agents recognize their location from the building drawings they studied before they entered the shrine as the kami shrine on the second floor.
At the western end of this large, unfinished room, a statue resembling the upper half of an armored warrior seems to float above a stone pillar carved with dozens of tiny creatures. Three mirrors positioned around the statue are angled so as to create an endless line of reflected stone warriors stretching into infinity.
Map updated. White triangles are hostages. Pink cloud is all your equipment minus armor which they didn't bother undressing you if you had it. Feel free to start taking actions.

may I request to speak to who is in charge of our keep. I only wish to talk and see how best we can resolve this. As seen from us surrendering I mean to harm or wish no violence to continue only to talk about resolution
Roscoe Talbot
Yes we want to talk to see if this can still be handled civilly. We just want to talk with no violence to try to come to a peaceful resolution.
Agent Ken Mason
in Tien to our healer
"Thank you very much for the assistance and the tip. I shall try to make good use of it."
Turning towards his allies and then looking to Skerix. "More like, we'd love to talk to someone that is actually interested in getting this situation resolved. Violence only ends up being met by greater violence. I don't think any of the builders here, especially the kobolds actually wants that. Our goal here was to resolve this matter peaceably for everyone, but it seems that the one called Rekarek doesn't much like to negotiate. How about you Skerix? Is there a chance we could have an actual conversation?"
Diplomacy, Make an Impression: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 5 + 1 = 25
also, out of curiosity, would like to recall knowledge on the statue. not sure what it would be for it. Arcana +7, Religion +4, Art Lore +7?
Aeric Hiderous
Aeric will clutch the piece of equipment and try to remain inconspicuous while the others are talking.
GM TK-421
Skerix narrows her eyes at the use of her name and then looks at the other gathered kobolds. She speaks in a language none of you understand. They bob their heads and head out of the room.
" Is true... things have gotten put of claw. We made Kobold Trade Union when we find out stonesclaes get paid less than human workers. We sieze job site and go on strike for equal pay. Then Rekarek come and start killing. We only want fair treatment. Rekarek want murder. Other stonescales not bright and follow Rekarek out of fear. Most of us just as much prisoner as you. If we go against Rekarek we as good as dead."
I got nothing for the kami statue. Its just a generic kami.
Roscoe Talbot
So if Rekarek was not in the picture anymore then we could actually sit down and have a talk about things so that it is fair for both parties?
Rocky_
we can help get equal things here. You help get us to Rekarek and we will take him into custody. Then we will speak to the people here and make then understand what happened work to make things equal. We can try to make this better for everyone if you help us
Agent Ken Mason
no worries about the kami. sometimes the room details are a thing, sometimes they're just decoration. figured i'd at least give it a shot. :)
"To be clear, I don't think my little partner means to kill Rekarek, but we could at least bring him to justice. Like I said, our goal here was to resolve this matter to the satisfaction of both sides. If we can accomplish that peacefully, so much the better. Might you be willing to untie us?"
GM TK-421
"More detail before untie, but what you say makes me like your plan. What happen to stonesclaes once Rekarek gone? They only attack you because if not Rekarek kill them. Will other stonescales go free? If so, I can convince other stonescales to stand down. We only take prisoners to save their lives. Rekarek want kill them. I convince Rekarek they good for bargains so she no kill them. We treat them well and keep them safe all things considered. We want stay and keep working just for equal pay. You put in good word for us with Ama? I only want what best for my people."
Roscoe Talbot
Yes the other stonescales can go free since they are basically prisoners also. I will definitely put in a good word for you personally. We also do not want to kill Rekarek, only to stop Rekarek from harming others, to get you all fair treatment and to get these prisoners free.
Agent Ken Mason
"Indeed, Rekarek sounds like the one that needs to be dealt with. The others, while perhaps not innocent entirely, are also victims here. Honestly, if we could turn some of the other stonescales against Rekarek, that would make things a lot easier for everyone too. As for Ama, she was concerned about all of you as well. We were working with her before, no reason not to continue that."
GM TK-421
"Is not victim forced to do bad things for fear of life innocent? Or should victim die for YOUR convictions? If given choice to beat up guards or die dropped on you, I think you make same choice. It easy to be outside looking in and judge."
Rocky_
we understand your actions me especially. You do what you have to do to survive. You have my word that if you help us bring him to justice I will do whatever it is that's in my power to clear your name and establish order here again
Roscoe Talbot
We understand you and your people had to do things to survive. It sounds like alot of crazy things happened and alot of things got out of hand at no fault of your own. We just want to be able to get you and us and Ama to sit down and have a reasonable chat and get things fair for your people and have everyone happy in the end.
Agent Ken Mason
”Oh I agree, weighing the options, sometimes it makes more sense for self preservation to do what must be done. But, my statement holds. Seizing the site is illegal in itself, but Rekarek came along and made the situation go from one that could be simply resolved, to one with dire consequences for those trapped inside, yourselves included. She needs to be stopped before anyone gets hurt or worse. The rest is just a trifling.”
GM TK-421
"Siezing site illegal? We stop work and let nobody new come work in our place. Block them from coming in with line of Stonescales chanting 'Merk mep, mep merk—equal pay or we won’t work!'. Is not illegal when humans do this. Why it illegal for Stonescales?"
Roscoe Talbot
This all just seems like a big misunderstanding. All of that stuff is trivial at this point and can be worked out in greater detail later. The most important thing is to get the prisoners which include yourselves to safety before Rekarek starts hurting more people. I don't want to see anyone hurt or even killed because of Rekarek anger.
GM TK-421
"Yes trivial. Rekarek is problem, not Stonescales. If you promise Stonescales they go free then we will stand down and let you stop Rekarek."
Roscoe Talbot
As long as after Rekarek is dealt with the prisoners go free and we can all sit down with Ama and talk things out then I do not see a probl with that.
GM TK-421
"No, no ifs or afters. You promise now. If can't promise then you aren't here to negotiate as said. Either you power to make deal or you aren't who Stonescales need be talking to. Then what good you be to us?"
If it's a matter of not thinking you have the authority, you do in fact have the authority to make the deal to grant the Stonescales clemency. If you're just being cagey and not wanting to settle into a deal it seems like she's leveled an ultimatum at your feet.
"If you want Stonescales to turn on Rekarek they need know they not going to prison or death. Otherwise why take chance. We may not speak your common good but we not dumb. If you take Rekarek alive she still going to die, just after trial. If Stonescales no get promise of freedom from you now, we join her in death after trial. What choice that be for us to make? Maybe live if fight with Rekarek or go to death if surrender?"
Roscoe Talbot
Ok I will agree that you or you Stonescales (minus Rekarek) will not be held responsible or anyone to take action against you for this incident. As long as you can agree to the fact that after this the Stonescales will make a deal with Ama to get the construction back under way. Sound good?
GM TK-421
With that said her shoulders lose their tension and she heaves a sigh of relief. "Good. So long all yous friends agree then it be settled. Will spread word among Stonescales and get them stand down. Will take little time. Then cut you free and you go get Rekarek. She keep guards with her and may not be able to tell them of deal without her knowing... So maybe there be two or three Stoneacales still fight for her. But please let them be part of deal too, ok? They just not able to know."
Agent Ken Mason
”I see no reason to kill any of the stonescales. So, of course I agree. Our target is Rekarek, since she’s causing this problem. The rest of you, well, you got caught up in it, but your help shows you have no ill intentions. That speaks volumes in my book. So, you all can go about your business. Which hopefully includes finishing this work project. Would love to come visit once it is completed. Bits of it remind me of home.”
Aeric Hiderous
So far, it is just some lost construction time and bruises. Everyone is not responsible for the bad choice that one wants to make. I am fine with a bit more mercy in the world.
GM TK-421
Skerix calls out in a language none of you understand and the other Stonescales return. She seems to issue them instructions, to which they bob their heads and leave. Some minutes pass and they return. More words are exchanged in that same unknown language. Skerix bobs her head and the Stonescales move to untie the agents. Once the agents' are loose the Stonescales step back and look at each other apprehensively.
"It as I fear. We not able tell three Stonescales who with Rekarek. All others on board. Traps been removed. Unless there be traps in room with Rekarek we no know about." Skerix says.
"And some Minkaian run 'n hide in office. Then Stonescales hear screams then quiet. We no look in after. But Stonescales not do whatever make them scream." Skerix adds. She then shows the agents a copy if the build plan and indicates one room orange X as where the office is and another blue X as where Rekarek is.
"We keep other workers safe here until yous work done."
