Hello! I'll be playing Dhruva, the young human ranger born and raised in Otari, along with her faithful hound, whose name I'm still going back and forth on but I think might be Diana (Dia for short?).
I’m reading up on the 2nd and 3rd AP book then i will start the first post in the gameplay thread. I’m also inputting info in onenote so everyone will have access to game information.
No need for action symbols.
When speaking in character use bold font [b] [/ b]
Do your three actions in separate lines. Obviously if it’s a double action it’ll be on a single line. But add in ( ) 2A or 3A stating it’s a double or triple action.
Use italic font to explain what your character is doing like, Dhruva runs up to the closest enemy and attacks with her dagger.
Use ooc to let me know what you’re doing outside of combat and communicating with PCs and NPCs. Ex. Does Snag get any information using his goblin lore skill.
I’ll roll random passive stuff.
I have the critical deck on the way as i post this, so on a confirmed critical attack once per day (in game) per character I will pull a card from the deck at the players’ discretion meaning you have the choice when the card is used. There is no critical fail cards being used. These foes will be tough enough.
I’m hoping to get at a minimum 1 response a day. If you fail to respond your turn will pasted by. I’ll have to replace your character after 3 missed responses. I would like to complete this AP since I spent the money on it.
I should be done reading through the 3rd book no later than Sunday, so we should be able to start Monday.
Any other questions please feel free to post them in here. Thanks

I just remembered something. I will also roll initiative to set the stage as well as keep the momentum of the campaign.
I was reading up on the paragon rules and it would probably be a good addition, as this seams to be a deadly campaign. I finished reading the last book last night and I also completed a couple things on Onenote. If I could get each of you to get to your character sheets there and input information I would very much appreciate it. Also your equipment page.
You may add the paragon rule to your character sheets

I do not know how to use Onenote - my Character Sheet (including full Equipment Records) is hosted in it's entirety in it's Alias - let me know if this is a dealbreaker GM.
Sorcerer 2: AC 18 [19 w/Shield]: HP 26/26: Fort +6, Ref +7, Will +6: Hero Points: 2; Spells +8; DC 18: 1st: 4/4; Perception (Darkvision) +4:
OneNote is just a Microsoft online note taking app. You should be able to just copy and paste your character in for the most part once you get access to the sheet.
I have not seen the email for access though in case you sent it to the rest of us.
I am picking up the Bouncy Goblin feat as my Ancestry Paragon feat.
Look in you trash. I sent an invite to an alt account and thats where it was. I will send another message. I have been inputing info that i can comprehend in your posts. It would be nice if Paizo created something better for pbp games.
It’s not a deal breaker, but it gives me important info to keep track of your PCs on my end. In case you miss a post. Also if you drop the game for any reason I can use your character as an NPC.
That’s why i want y'all to look at your sheets so you can make corrections i ma have missed.
I started working on the opening post for gameplay. It will be quite long, but it tells the story of how ended up in Otari, who you’ve met , and what you’ve been doing up until the opening scene of the campaign. Please bare with me while I write this up. It should be done this evening at the latest.
you can post your actions, but they wo't affect the battle until your turn.
Also Hammid, you are 3 rounds out headed toward Otari. You will be able to attack on the third round, but you will have to spend an action to dismount. you may have your weapon out and ready
Huh, is it normal for a PBP for you to RP our characters for us? I wasn't expecting that, I was looking forward to doing my own introductions... it seems like we skipped over a lot of roleplaying opportunities, what's the rush?
I didn't even get to address my character's motivation for joining the caravan, I'm just along for the ride I guess... I'll make a post tomorrow, I'm just very frustrated by this loss of agency and would like some assurance it won't be the norm going forward, assuming we can't get a redo. Kind of sucks the fun out of the whole thing.
Wrin is the key npc to this campaign, so in order to get to the start of the campaign, I pushed it to that point. As the GM it is up to my discretion as to where the story starts. As for your race iI apologize for that. This is the point where you start interacting with one another and begin the campaign.
