"Yes, well, that was terribly unpleasant." Skip observes as he replaces his pistol at his side. He continues to search around the area with Kiikarah when the group has recovered.

You find no additional relics or items of interest but there are a few features of the room you take note of.
The crack is 100 feet deep, and its rough walls could be climbed.
To the south, a lower offshoot of the cavern features a pool of water that drips in from above and slowly drains away into smaller chambers below. A tight tunnel just above the pool, a little more than a foot in diameter, eventually leads out.

The quorlu slowly goes toward the crack, and seeing how it is deeps, slowly says “Before even going here, I’d rather start with this part” and he points toward the pool of water.
They go toward the south where the chambers are and looks over, trying to find anything of interest.

It is. The crack is the large irregular black space on the map. It is almost 100 feet deep. There is rubble and some broken machinery at the bottom.

Similar to the main section of the Adus den, this section is more cave like. The damage to the structure makes it seem like this was not originally intended to be accessible and it is not on the map the party found previously. It may have opened up due to damage from a seismic event.

The quorlu moves a bit, trying to still have sight to both of his comrades.
Having three eyes, I think they can actually look in both direction, that would justify the unflankable race trait.
As he’s worried of more predators thinking of him as lunch or trouble, he keeps his gun in two of his hands.

The door seems untraped and while it is old you are able to coax it open.
A circular counter, approximately three feet tall, occupies the center of this similarly round chamber. A gap allows access to the space behind the counter, and empty rusted racks are spaced around the counter surface. Two defunct datapads are mounted to the counter. Doors exit in all directions, and part of the southern wall is missing due to a massive crevice in the floor leading into darkness.

Skip enters and studies the central room. As he checks the desk and datapads, he quietly reaches out with his mind again to detect magic.
"I'm at a loss for what this place could have been. I've been studying the map we located. There appears to be more rooms to the southwest. Shall we investigate?"

T'Krunch enters through the newly-opened door, keeping any eye out for anything of interest.

The back wall of this chamber is completely gone, revealing a large cavern of rough stone. Clusters of sickly fungus grow in the cracks and corners of the cave, near patches of loose rubble. Metal cabinets hang on the eastern constructed walls, though some of their doors are gone, revealing the shelves within. Bits of ceramic frames poke out from piles of other debris. A door exits to the northeast and a hole in the wall leads northwest.

As T'krunch looks around the room he gets the sense that this was some sort of infirmary or first aid station. There are what look like exam beds and supply cabinets though they are in poor condition and the the supplies seem to have deteriorated long ago.
