Frogger immediately recognize the medium creature as a Grimstalker, a powerful fey creature with several natural spell earthbind, wall of thorns, entangle, pass without trace, tree shape, tanglefoot . Their claws are poisonous but they have a weakness against cold iron.
The other smaller creatures, are Jinkins, far less powerful fey than the Grimstalker, able to use to do some precision damages like a rogue.

Lydia also nods, raises her last mutagen, and drinks it as a toast. She smiles as the drakeheart mutagen once again quickly begins running through her body. She draws her second sword and steps forward, remaining close to her teammates. Her crimson armor once again starts emitting smoke as her skin scorches and becomes scaly. With her hands, neck and face exposed, they begin to visibly show the scales forming. She feels the searing heat inside of her and she becomes more aware of her surroundings; her eyes develop an ever-intense look to them.
"If this is it, let's make it a good one!" she roars with the last of the smoke expelling from her body. Her smile turns to a smirk as she anticipates the battle. And make it count

Wow, 60 damage, 2 crits. And I thought that the times when my PC was taken down from full to dying in one round are long past Hopper.
Hopper was laughing like a mad man when the first blow came. It was fast as lightning and the sheer strength almost took him off, Wolfie. Maybe it was the runes on his armor that stoped the blow from splitting him in half. Just as the realization that he underestimated the foe broke through the urge to burn, he got hit for the second time. The blow was equally strong and fast.
Hopper did not have a chance to respond. He just fell to the ground, with his eyes wide open.

Kazikli takes some time during the break to refocus his energy, but is quickly ready to get back into it. Still, he's taken aback at the new arrivals. "Gorillas. I didn't expect that. Mundane ones, do you think?" He carefully studies their mannerisms as he closes in to fire an opening shot.
◆ Recall Knowledge (Nature +7)
◆ Stride
◆ Elemental Toss: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17 Bludgeoning: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (4, 6) + 2 = 12
| GM Ilmakis |
Kazikli recognizes the creatures as mundane Gorillas able to make frightening display of their strength make you frightened and flat-footed to them.
But too shocked to find mundane creatures, he miss his toss.
Natesh Dawnseeker

If able, Natesh will spend the 10 minutes using his Spell Substitution thesis to replace spider climb with acid arrow.
Natesh only has used one of the mutagens he was given for this day. Natesh will give the Drakeheart Mutagen (which was from Hopper) to Lydia since Natesh can retreat if necessary.

GM: Do we retain any of the temporary hit points we got at the start of the previous fight? I'm fine in any case, but wanted to make sure my hit points were accurate.
Natesh gloats a bit as he helps bring down the sulking menace before his scales fall off. Even as he responds a bit more sheepishly to his antics, he does take note of the battle raging around the area. "I... I think I should look to rearranging my spell preparations. I was prepared for climbing, but I don't think that would help here or offer any easy escape if the other preperations fell through." He grants the remaining mutagen as he dives into his spellbook for the remaining bit of rest as the quickly tries to cram the arcane sigils into his mind.
When faced with the apes Natesh murmurs to Kazili, "you ... you are certain they are mundane? For a time I thought that of the horse and that ... turned out poorly."
Natesh glances behind himself for hidden attackers before declaring, "I shall take prudence over anything else this time and not rush to approach them."
With an wave and a draw of his hand he conjures a mystical shimmers bolt of caustic energy. Then he releases it like a bow sting and sends the energy flying at one of the charging gorillas.
◆ Cast True Strike ◆◆ Cast Acid Arrow
Rolls in the Spoiler Below. Let me know if I wasn't able to reprepare in time and I'll change out my turn to make a trio of thrown hammer strikes instead.
True Strike, Roll Twice using the better
Acid Arrow Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16
Acid Arrow Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
I can't recall if there was any restriction on this with true strike, but if that 16 missed I would use a Hero Point to reroll
Acid Arrow Attack - Hero Point Reroll: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
Acid Damage on Hit: 3d8 ⇒ (3, 8, 5) = 16 Plus 1d6 persistent acid

@Natesh yes you had 10 mn to rest and yes, you keep your Temporary HP.
Unfortunately, True Strike has the fortune tag (as the use of a HP) and you can't reroll that type :'(
Natesh calls for his magic to be more accurate, but, certainly twisted by the Thorns Monarch's own magic, the ray misses!

"Well at least I don't expect to see these guys hiding in the brush."
He ponders his statement then chuckles. "Well... I suppose if they were good at hiding I wouldn't see them anyways. Poor choice of words."
◆ Inspire Courage +1 ◆◆ Telekinetic Projectile
Telekinetic Projectile vs Green: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 9 + 1 = 13
Damage: 2d6 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (1, 6) + 4 + 1 = 12
He sends a rock into left-field and shrugs sheepishly.
