I think Mistress Izabella is also there?

Ardran looks around at the group of fellow escapees.

This will be both hair-raising and entertaining.

He did use Isabella with an s. But I'm okay if you meant the other Izabella. I know how crazy that can be.

There were indeed 2 who bore this name, one of them being another half demon, the other one The half Demon Pauses, eyeing Isabella Brighteyes without any hostility and with curious interest
being you. You seem to be a rather, unique existence? Part Demons like me are relatively frequent in the Caer Bryr, at least in the lands of our tribe, as the Abyss is rather fecund, and having the Lady in Shadows as your main patron certainly works to improve tribal birth rates. Thankfully without the issues of associated with her near-peer-competitor Lamashtu.

He pauses

Precisely where does thee hail from? He asks formally and politely in a cultured deep Bariton, sipping some wine via a mage handed wineglass.

Sense motive DC15:

You get a sense that he is polite to a fault, likely because his culture is exceedingly quick to take offense and feel compelled to avenge insults, real or imagined.

Congratulations to those who got in! I got caught up and did not finish Izabella. Have a good game.

Stuff the party would have picked up while escaping the prison with Ardran:

Personality:
--He is quite circumspect and highly polite
--Has a sense of humor that is about as black as midnight
--He was judged guilty of desecration, specifically profaning a Mithran altar and sacrificing a Mithran priest on it. He jokes that sadly he didnt manage to summon anything when doing that.

Appearance:
--He looks far more demonic when he Bloodrages, and definitly does not pass for human when he does so.
--When he does not rage, his skin color, eyes, fangs and claws are the most notably non human feature, these could be covered up.

Capabilities:
--You noted with some concern that, when accepting his raging performance, you grow horns, while fueling you with a degree of lust for battle, it does not shut down spell casting or using skills.
--He is a fearsome combatant, easily capable of tearing grown armored men to shreds. He prefer to strike from ambush, keeping fights short and one sided.
--He is intelligent and has a fairly significant knowledge or planar affairs in particular.

Stuff the party would have picked up while escaping and on the road with Opal:

Personality:
--She is fueled by vengeance. You definitely don't want to be on her bad side, even a little. Many people appease her out of fear that she turns on them.
--She is cute, funny, and downright personable to those she likes, or people who she wants something from (usually of a carnal nature).
--She was judged guilty of desecration as well. Her tale of her crime is under her trait section.
--Opal is a shifter of appearances. She was somehow caught, but in the escape, she showed unusual promise mimicking guards, or taking the form of other more notable people to gain access to certain areas. It would have been hinted that she may have done a myriad of other crimes in her past, but used this ability to hide.
--She has a torturous streak to her, like a cat, playing with something it knows it can kill. By all means, she appears weak and vulnerable, but then in a terrifying display, has pinned foes much stronger than she is and forced them to endure great pain (which she seemed to get off on).

Appearance:
--She often takes the form of a young Ghasten who, somehow, is stunningly beautiful. Opal's current form is alluring in the sense that when you look at her, you want to look again. Her features inspire curiosity, and then upon study, lust. Just looking at her often makes the most faithful of men wish to engage in their sins (and often do). It is not how beautiful you are, but how you use it.
--Her appearance shifts from time to time, based on the need of the moment. She is not beyond taking the form of whatever she needs to get what she wants.

Capabilities:
--Not a frontliner, of course, she can still manage to fight and protect herself.
--She is mostly a utility mage, but is a specialist in evocation. She may be a specialist in evocation and knowing the ins and outs of that school, but enchantment and necromancy are her second favorite schools, and probably what she most often casts from.
--She is covert, often casting spells without anyone noticing her gestures and words themselves are woven with arcane magic.
--Any class abilities or feats she sees, she shows an uncanny ability to mimic them.

In terms of joinkable class abilities half her level, Ardran currently has:
--Fast movement
--uncanny dodge (he also has improved, but we need to get some more levels before you can joink that)
--well versed (joinking that if we are about to fight like, choral angels, is a good idea)
--Urban Bloodrage (not too bad, +4 dex, shuts down your magic unless you grab mad magic, which ardran currently doesnt have, or get raging spell, probably not a great use).
--Improved counterspell, which Ardran is unliekly to use himself.

Isabella's crime was desecration. Sacrificing herself on an alter to be reborn. Taking poison and stealing enough life force to keep her going long enough to perform the ritual.

While she is young, she is far from innocent. She sees souls and life force as resources she can play with and manipulate. She chose to stop living biologically because everything that lives eventually rots. Avoiding that while she is still young prevents her from ever becoming decrepit. Her father waited too long and suffered for it. She won't make that mistake. She'll have centuries to grow more powerful.

She's quite tricky. She will usually try to conceal using her magic as long as possible in hopes that foes don't see her as a threat. Or even to be alive in some cases.

She doesn't have particularly powerful attacks. The damaging ones mostly do single digit damage, but she can make people bleed or tired or steal few hit points and heal an ally. With her ghost strike, she can mark them and raise them as weak undead when they drop. It's always fun to watch Mitrans deal with their friends rising from the dead. She can't yet maintain undead for long, but it's a fn trick.

Where she shines is healing. She can heal both the living and the dead. She can form a psychic collective within 130 feet which gives telepathy (always good for sneaky missions) and lets her redirect healing from one person to another. If I heal you too much, I can transfer the rest to somebody else. She has lots of channel energy, both positive and negative, and can deal with basic conditions and ability damage.

If people split up further, she can implant you with a pretty green beetle that lets her know where you are and what condition you are in, so long as you are on the same plane. She can also use this to track enemies, though she usually needs a distraction to implant it.

So overall, she's mostly about healing and utility. With a few fun tricks she can pull when needed.

Ok guys, if your name is below please post here. Still a few things to get done regarding tempalates and if you haven't finished adjusting character sheets, don't stress as we won't be in combat for a little bit still.
