My initiative was: 26
I'll repost my first turn when we get the go-ahead.
I moved Mandoo’s token back where he started. Could we get the Maps link added to this campaign? It will make it easier to access. Thx

It says we're gonna die and then does nothing?! Either he's bluffing or we're about to be obliterated! Nal's survival instinct kicks in, but it's not only for herself this time. Without being able to spare a moment to marvel at her choices or reasons, she strides right up to the dragon's face, sneering at it tauntingly. With her short sword, she feints a low jab, only to angle her wrist at the last moment to shove it into the beast's chin.
Deception (feint): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Short Sword: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 221d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Sneak Attack damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Nal has Nimble Dodge, so +2 AC to a single attack as a reaction.

Nal fakes out the Dragon and takes another chunk out of the Dragon's other arm.
The Dragon smiles as you are surrounding it. It does Gelid breath on Noravia. fort save dc 15 all or none dmg: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 5) = 9 cold damage and be clumsy 1. Just Clumsy 1 if you succeed.
Then attacks twice with claw at Noravia hit: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16 dmg: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
hit: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16 dmg: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
All heroes are up

Fort Save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
Luckily, Noravia manages to fend off the worst of the cold and all of the dragon’s talons. Thank you raised shield!
I will leave any flanking bonuses for the GM to calculate
Dagger Attack 1: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Deadly simplicity damage if hit: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Dagger Attack 2: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Deadly simplicity damage if hit: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Final action raise shield again.

It's *smiling*! Dread wells up in Nal. She shouts to the group warningly: "We have to finish this! Hurry!" Good as her word, she slashes, feints, and slashes again.
Short Sword: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 201d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Sneak Attack: 1d6 ⇒ 4
Deception (feint): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Short Sword: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 91d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Sneak Attack: 1d6 ⇒ 1

Since it appears that Mandoo's first turn took place as previously posted, I just moved him to where he should have been at the end of that turn.
In his last attack, Mandoo hit the dragon with one of his flurry strikes, so the Stunning Fist feat should have come into effect requiring a Fortitude save from the dragon to avoid being stunned. It wouldn't have made a difference inthis case, but I just wanted to point it out for the future.
Mandoo looks around the corner to see the breath attack on Noravia. He'd half expected something like that, after all, it was a dragon. Once the dragon's attacks are done, Mandoo quietly moves back to where he was when he previously attacked the dragon.
Action 3: Stride (Speed: 25 feet)
Mandoo will move SE, S, and ends up back at the square two north of the dragon.
Once within range of the creature, he again lets his bo staff do the talking. Mandoo spins the staff in a complicated sequence of motions faster than the eye can follow, lashing out at the dragon several times. Nal is in front of him, but he times his attacks against the dragon perfectly to avoid striking her in the process.
Attacking through an occupied square (Nal) apparently provides the dragon with lesser cover from Mandoo, and vice-versa. This gives both the dragon and Mandoo a +1 circumstance bonus to AC from one another (as long as Nal stays in place). As a payback, Mandoo gets to flank the dragon with Noravia's help, so the dragon gets a -2 circumstance penalty to AC for a net -1 circumstance adjustment to AC. Sorry if this was obvious, but this is my first time in this situation, so I want to make sure I read all the rules correctly.
Action 2: Strike (Bo Staff) + Flurry of Blows, Stunning Fist
Action 3: Strike (Bo Staff)
Bo Staff 1: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21 vs flat-footed and with lesser cover
Bo Staff 1 Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10 bludgeoning damage
Bo Staff 2: 1d20 + 7 - 5 ⇒ (17) + 7 - 5 = 19 vs flat-footed and with lesser cover
Bo Staff 2 Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 bludgeoning damage
Stunning Fist: If either [Flurry of Blows] Strike hits and deals damage, the target must succeed at a Fortitude save against a DC of 17 or be stunned 1 (or stunned 3 on a critical failure).
Bo Staff 3: 1d20 + 7 - 10 ⇒ (10) + 7 - 10 = 7 vs flat-footed and with lesser cover
Bo Staff 3 Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 bludgeoning damage

"Wow, you hit him so hard with your staff you took his head clean off!
Mandoo nods to Noravia. "Noravia distract dragon. Make it easier for Nal and Mandoo." Then, looking on his work with satisfaction, adds, "When dragon not move, dragon have no chance." Though he feels a twinge of regret at killing such a magnificent looking creature, his many years of living in the desolate foothills of the Kodar Mountains with his master Ajit had taught him that in this type of situation, you were either the slayer or the slayed. Showing any mercy just made it more likely you'd end up as the latter.
After making sure the dragon wasn't just feigning death, he puts his staff away. Mandoo then bends down, gets a good grip on the carcass, and drags it back to the sleighs where he secures it for the trip back to Aaminiut.

"Huh. That was easy. Usually when someone says 'dragon' I think 'instant death'." After helping remove the head, Nal cleans her blades and slinks out to make sure the dog sled is still where they left it.

Mandoo nods and says, "This one small. We be lucky"
