Ivris-mu distracts the guard Duncan had tried to shoot a few moments before, so Duncan activates a different device that creates a hologram that lookd like a blob of plasma suddenly shooting toward this guard. Duncan Sangster |

Did both taclash attacks hit?
The rules on the Operative trick attack ability are a little vague, but I've always interpreted it as the damage associated with the check only applies if the actual attack hits. It is described as "additional damage." If the attack misses, there is not damage for which the trick attack damage is added to.
That said, the energy attack should have targeted the guard's EAC with a -2 AC due to being flat-footed. Maybe double check that you applied the flat-footed penalty, and did so against the EAC, not KAC.
I'm going to wait to post Duncan's next round actions until we see if Ivris-Mu applies a Get 'em bonus to either of the guards.

Ivris-mu |

This time, the gadget around Duncan's neck pulses with holographic light, with the appearance of something powering up. It draws the guard's attention again. Remember some of the damage done to guard 1 was non-lethal, so he may not be dead yet.

Ivris-mu |

”This one is already injured due to Enslig!” Ivris-mu calls out. ”We can take him out quicker! Duncan do you need help freeing the prisoner?”

Seeing the fight end, Jahn raises his knife in the air.
"BLOOD FOR FREEDOM!" he yells before turning to help Duncan and Jellic.

Ivris-mu |

That was my intention.
Ivris-mu reloads while checking the area for additional Azlanti soldiers. ”Who was injured?” it calls out while its eyes scan the area. ”Does anyone need treatment?”
The android looks at the citizens. ”I hope our actions do not impact you negatively.” It nods as way of farewell.
”Enslig, do you want to lead?”

Duncan Sangster |

Duncan leaves Jellic in the hands of those who can help him deal with his wounds and turns back to the guards. He checks to see if either one is possibly still alive.
Some of the damage to guard 1 was nonlethal. Let us know if he is alive. If so Duncan will recommend taking him to a secure location to keep as a hostage.

Rubbing her side gently Nuri steps over to the others. "The one guard got me a couple times with his taclash. Hurts a bit, but I'll recover."
I've taken a total of 13 points of nonlethal damage from the two attacks that hit.
She carefully sheathes her knives and holsters her pistols. "Jellic, did they hurt you at all?"
Bending down, Nuri begins patting down the bodies of the executioners, searching for any weapons they might have.
With a start she looks around the square. "We should regroup to safety. Get Jellic back to the scrapyard as quickly as possible."
