the oracle might be a druid instead he said. still thinking but most likely a divine caster.

A white blur enters the room, hovers briefly, and comes to perch on the back of an upright chair. The creature appears to be a miniature dragon with all white scales. Its deep pink eyes whirl around a few times as it scans the room. Nothing some sardines on the table, it leans its neck down and gobbles them up quickly. Finally, a high pitched voice comes out, "did I hear there was to be an expedition? And that there might be wealth to be had? All of the epic tales of adventure involve a dragon. If there's not already a dragon signed up, then I, Zinnath the Scary, would be most pleased to fill that role."

Silver Crusade

Currently working on statting out my healer shaman. I have the choices made, just need to put it in the format. Should be done in about 1 or 2 hours. The background I'd like to expand on a bit further, but that'll probably have to wait until tomorrow night.

I sent you a message Herkymr about my character idea. It is definitely a noble-born cavalier.

Hitpoints: 2d10 ⇒ (6, 1) = 7
Reroll 3rd Level: 1d10 ⇒ 7

This is my (Trevor86's) submission, though the backstory is still unfinished and will be worked more on tomorrow. I had a very rough day in which my wife felt ill and the entire household and care for our infants fell to me. Thus, I wasn't able to fully complete the Alias yet. My apologies, Herkymr.

hp rolls: 2d8 ⇒ (7, 1) = 8

reroll 1's: 1d8 ⇒ 6

I think these are all of the others. the rest of the party is helping me chose the last players. This helps give some ability to guide where they want as well. It might be advantage to "talk" with the players in character to advance your cause.
I'm having them help because I am having a difficult time choosing.

hope the missus gets better and you dont over stress with kids. I have 4 and one on the way besides so I totally get that.

So to the people that are already selected, what kind of character are you guys looking to have join in? I was thinking a Cavalier but any archetype I'm considering will add more animal companions to the group.

I'm not a big fan of most arcane classes but I could give them a whirl as well. I only got to play a wizard for a few sessions really.

What do you think/suggest?

Gruingar has massive arcane might to destroy all enemies! Body not massive yet. However, one day will be bigger of biggest dragons. So all should make friends now.

The avatar isn't updated. Go by the crunch on the previous page.

Final selections will be out today. decided we want a party of 6 total

Finishing the backstory and party role descriptions for my submission now, should be up in an hour or so.

...And then I'm going to catch some sleep!

The netherlands, so CET. It's around 19:45 here now. Not that late, but I haven't had a lot of sleep these last two days. Time to catch up!

...Though watching the SGDQ speedrunning marathon on Twitch is tempting...

All right, my submission is now fully complete! Backstory, appeareance, personality and party role have been added in.

Eagerly awaiting the results. Good luck to the other submissions too!

Alright, I haven't heard anything here so I am going to stat up the Cavalier as quickly as I can and get it in here. I'm going huntmaster so he'll have a dog companion. Not as skilled likely as some of the other nature characters but that is okay, he'll rock a high AC and a surprisingly low armor check penalty.

Eastern here.

Alrighty, I have a rough draft of Garen Sigismund made for the perusal of everyone involved. He is basically finished, though there are a few things I want to ask before I switch him over from a Mythweaver sheet to a profile here on the boards.

For his background, he is a nobleman that is 6th in the line to inherite from his father, a Count within Davrun. Knowing that very little will end up in his pocket and he'd have to rely on the kindness of his elder siblings to survive, he has since struck out on his own in the pursuit of glory, riches, titles, and adventure. An expert huntsman along with his dog, Rufus, he now has joined a group of roughriders to explore the jungles of Anderia.

He is a member of the Order of the Dragon and is very protective of his allies and comrades. While Lawful Good, he isn't a prude or a spoilsport and will get happily wasted with the comrades that wish to with him. In combat, him and Rufus work together as a frighteningly effective team to take down and eliminate enemies.

As for Rufus, I'm going to be taking the Bodyguard archetype for him. He is super protective of Garen and is by his side almost constantly. It is a rare sight to see the two of them apart from one another.

If you guys will have me, the only real question I have is rewording some of the prerequisites for the teamwork feat called "Pack Flanking". It basically makes it impossible for the animal companion to get it until waaaaaaay later and I'd rather get it now.

Anywhos, here is the link to Garen Sigismund

Looks pretty complete and one. I will confer with the rest of the players and give an answer soon.

Do I still have time to put in a submission? This seems interesting.

Pack Flanking is the teamwork feat I want. I can easily get it but my companion can only get it via a super expensive magical item or way down the line with intelligent boosting items and companion advancements.

I'd like to be able to pick it up now, get the most out of the bodyguard abilities for my dog.

The expected way to get Pack Flanking on your animal companion is through the Hunter class.

I know, I just hate the idea that there is a feat that is really only for one class. If the DM wants to work with me on it, awesome. If not, there are others I'll grab.

Hit Points: 1d8 ⇒ 8

Hit Points: 1d8 ⇒ 4

There are the HP rolls. Daphne is done and ready for consideration.

Out of curiosity, how important is that feat to you? There is one easy way to get it to the entire party through my shaman wandering spirit at level 4, for effectively 20 rounds per day:

Tribe Spirit compation benefit:

Tribal Cooperation (Su): The shaman gains a teamwork feat as a bonus feat. She must meet the feat’s prerequisites. As a standard action, the shaman can grant one of her teamwork feats to all allies within 30 feet who can see and hear her. Allies retain the use of this bonus feat for 3 rounds plus 1 round for every 2 levels the shaman has. Allies do not need to meet the prerequisites of this bonus feat. The shaman can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Charisma modifier.

Since combat expertise isn't used due to being a feat tax and my familiar can eventually turn into an animal companion, I would meet the feat prequisite and can then share it with the party.

Edit: Never mind, that seems like a poor use of wandering spirit since only the companion would get any benefit from the teamwork feat. Should have read that better :')

Sorogar Twintusk was chosen by the team. We have one slot that may need filled still as we have one player that is "trying it out" and may not stay around long. If that happens I have the list of others still and will reach out. Thanks for the great and hard options for the game

"Best of luck heroes!"

Doesn't matter now though! Good luck those chosen!
