Before leaving Absolom Station, Kat ponders her Armour choice. Before disembarking on another cross-system journey, Kat slips off from the team to hunt down a set of Clearweave 1 she's had her eye on. Over the course of the travel to Castrovel, she folds away her old purple second skin armour. Visible now is the artwork that completely covers her arms and legs. She is very pleased.

Purchasing Clearweave 1 for 1350, bringing her AC to 16 each. I will update header when I have time later today.

Clearweave1:
The formfitting fabric of clearweave light armor is completely transparent to better display the fashion choices beneath it. Discrete force field generators along each side resemble intricate tattoos as much as they resemble circuitry. Clearweave darkens automatically when exposed to harmful solar radiation or laser fire.

When Kat leaves the ship with the crew, she squints against the bright jungle sun. Reaching into her jacket, she produces a pair of aviator sunglasses purchased long ago on Akiton and puts them on.
"Never could get used to natural light" She remarks to the crew. "My occular settings as set for lower Absolom standard lighting."

Kat is ready to move out when the crew is. She will use the environmental protections of her new armour in the jungle.

For music videos, we use them all the time - non-sharpened blades, blank round. I wouldn't want to accidentally hurt Zoey, you know. You could just use the flat of a blade, but it doesn't look nearly as cool, and it's a lot harder to get right.

Momo demonstrates a non-lethal swing with her curved blade, but it looks kind of awkward.

I'm sure you're aware, but any lethal weapon can make a non-lethal attack with a -4 penalty

Momo fidgets nervously, and answers What I said: a devil's pact between finance and advertising. If you agree to collaborate with Yulan, the two of you are completely unstoppable. Do you think anybody will count on you two working together? You will have HR and Risk down in no time! Just imagine pulling this one off, people will talk for years about 'that one time finance and advertising pulled us one over the head'. It's a great example for your juniors too, showing the power of collaboration!

These very specifically set-up booby traps are for some reason hazards in the scenario and don't even have a perception DC to notice them. Let's just say that with your trap spotting and knowing what to look for now you manage to spot and avoid them from now on
