'the queen of what?' Angus blinks his mouth agap, then cocks his head as the reptile seems to smile, he looks from the twelve legged monstrocity to Miss Von Der Ahe. Shrugging his shouders, [he returns his gaze to the beast, speaking in Sankskrit. "Killing mah superior is an odd wey tae tae introduce yersel'."
He gestures, pointing at the headless corpse. "Ye hae nae murdurred us yit, sae whit's it that yer wanting?"

The hideous creature again parts its several row of tightly imbricated, sharlike incissors, foregrounding once again the disembodied head of the late Director. The droaning voice, stronger than a thrashing monsoon wind and louder than a thunderclap, shakes the entire study.
"This one trafficked with a traveler of the Makers of Thought, and not an appointed representative upon whose shoulders had been laid the blessed hands of the Eternal Queen."
"The brahmins of the Queen of Infinite Light do not abide such umbrage."

It was all too much, she felt like she was in a dream. This must be a dream. Was she ill in her cot, some desert sickness racking her? But she could see then thing hear it and smell it. If this was a drug-induced illusion? why Angus, just too much. And the think talked, talked of queens and trafficking, just nonsense. She must be going mad, this is what it felt like to lose your mind.

LOL, I just realized he's speaking sankskrit with a scottish accent, not sure it will harm anything, but I may change it to only using the accent when he's speaking english, Any opinons?
'Trafficked with a traveler? not an appointed representative? The brahmins of the queen of Infinite Light? well this is a bloody mess, how do we get out of it a live and get this thing out of my compound' Breathing a sign, "Weel coudnae ye hae juist given him a warnin?"
'I don't think this will do any good.' Looking at the creatures armored plates, Angus holsters his revolver, and asks, " Weel, water under th' bridge sae tae speak, Ah see masell as a practical man: sae how dae we convince ye tae lea th' rest o' th' camp alive 'n' let us be aboot oor business?"

A mellifluous voice breaks in upon the conversation,
"I believe that you shall discover, dear Captain, that the Templar Chirag Khagan's k'thaogaon will not be so easily put aside."
Angus quickly discovers the supposedly dispatched advisor of the late Director entering through the door to the study, though his voice is strikingly altered.
He speaks in the same garbled Hindi as the frightening creature,
"Mind you, he's dissembling by more than a small measure here. For one, only the Templars of Raam's Queen refer to themselves by the titulature of the ancient Desi ritualists -- I guarantee you none outside the Temujin accept this identification or employ that vocabulary. They may consider themselves as to brahmins, but no one else does."
"Secondarily, he is overstating the matter of the claimed trespass. Indeed, the Templar Chirag is merely annoyed that he was cut out of a skillful negotiation which I effected at with the caretaker of the Oasis of Jahaladhpur. I assure you that his tyrannical liege has no knowledge of his activities or direct concern with the any of the immediate proceedings."

Looking from the huge monster to the advisor, Angus rolls his eyes "Didnae ah post a guard oan yer tent?"
Ezana chuckles, his laughter peeling with the same alien cadence with which he has just spoken,
"You shall find, I believe, captain, that I am far more difficult to contain than by some pedestrian measures. My people are famed for their far, and unencumbered journeys throughout many worlds."

'Is this man insane?'' Shaking his head gesturing at the giant beast, "Sae though unable tae dae anythin' tae halt this beast, ye follaed alang anyway?"
Shaking his head in disbelief Angus turned from the 'advisor' to the reptile, pointing to the advisor, then gesturing towards the body. "Is th' 'advisor' 'ere th' yin wha git th' archeologist murdurred?"
| Helena Conradina Von Der Ahe |
She was losing her mind, that must be it. She wanted to run, scream but she stood rooted to the spot. The SS has a group, she was part of it, and they sort the adult. Well here it was I've and in the flesh.
She gritted her teeth and made herself calm down.

Ezana produces another sinister chuckle,
"Oh, I didn't say that I was without any defense against this puppet of the meddlesome Templar Cirag Khagan, just that you were unlikely to be able to shoo it from the premises with your present abilities and stratagems."
The beast now swallows air in a massive torrent through its pair of gigantic flared nostrils, the swift action producing a tremendous clamor louder than a monsoon. Then, it bellows with a force greater than the roar of a lion.
Angus and Helena both need to roll a fortitude check to see if they take minor damage from their eardrums bleeding.
After a moment, it continues,
"QUIET meddler! I tire of your prattle. Your unsanctioned perambulations beyond the Moon Gate are at an end."
Ezana almost chokes on his laughter,
"Gah! None of your pitiable ilk will silence either my own person or that of any of my confederate travelers. Nay, I shall come and go as I please, like the desert winds, and you shall be forced to endure it."
