Catching up with the others after seeing to the injured and deceased, he greets them warmly.
"That was one of the tougher missions I have been on. Glad I have my back covered by all of you! I hate that we didn't bring everyone back... but that means we have more training to do. Here is my comm link so you can get a hold of me, no matter the reason! I know I will be back here as soon as they open up slots to get to the bottom of it." he says to his companions.
"Well, you can't be looking so sad all the time. How about you come with me? I got the comm links for your other friends and we can chat them from time to time!" Altorin says smiling at his new companion.

Zoom is very saddened by the loss of one of his Starfinder teammates. He chimes in on the crystals during the debriefing, but spends an extra several days at the Triaxian lodge, helping out with chores and spending meals eatings with others in the lodge. After several days, he chooses to focus on the positive: what the group learned, who they were able to save, and how they would do better going forward.
"Hmm, the other teams had run-ins with the strange, crystalline undead as well, though there were luckily no other casualties. I'm greatly worried about the power of these mysterious, infectious crystals and the risk they pose to Triaxus, and perhaps even to the entirety of the Pact Worlds"
