I take it that low is good?
Good for whom? Percentile dice are rolled for the value given. It is a miss chance, so if you make it, you miss. Now if you take the miss chance in Dim Light which is 20%, then it is easy to conclude what is what. 1-20 Miss, 21-100 hit. At least that's my memory hook for the rules. So in our current case with 50% the good attack is a miss and the one that didn't hit anyway would have been a hit.
Briggi hits the undead abomination, but the big ugly can take more of it. The dreeo is unaffected by Narciso's attempt to hurt it with magic.

Should I send the angel anywhere?
Tisha asks as she listens to the area around her to make sure nothing is sneaking up behind.
keep concentration in angel. Then step over to hall way back out and ready action to stab any sound of movement from down that hall since all her allies are in the room already. Sorry can’t think of anything else to do since I’m blind.

"I think it's fine where it is." Ernhild takes a step back, reaches for her wand, and activates it.
A golden warhammer appears out of thin air, flies past Briggi and the undead abomination, and strikes directly at the derro spellcaster's face. Use Wand of Spiritual Weapon

@Ernhild, I moved you up 10' on the map, so that you're actually within range of the undead with your channelling...
Narciso steps up behind Ernhild and pitches a spell, coating the area the undead are standing in with slippery grease...
move - 10'
standard - cast grease, green box. Reflex DC 15 or fall, also "A creature can walk within or through the area of grease at half normal speed with a DC 10 Acrobatics check. Failure means it can't move that round (and must then make a Reflex save or fall), while failure by 5 or more means it falls (see the Acrobatics skill for details). Creatures that do not move on their turn do not need to make this check and are not considered flat-footed."
@Briggi, remember that standing up from prone draws an AoO. Also you get +4 to hit prone targets in melee, and attack rolls from prone are at -4 to hit.

A man’s torso, the chest bearing numerous tribal tattoos, lies on this bench. The right arm is still attached, and periodically thrashed and clutched at the air as if it were alive. It stopped though when Ernhild used the divine energy on eth undead.

Blindness - That is a permanent spell? Ridiculous. I thought it would be instantaneous. Especially as remove blindness/beafness works on natural blindness/deafness too.

"Yes, it is a necromancy. The spell is permanent, it will not fade with time... If we cannot break it, I could bring you to the college. Some of the faculty will have enough magical strength to break this dweomer, although that will leave us in debt."
Remove Blindness is a 3rd lvl spell...
I'm guessing we will level up after completing this little quest. If not, we will have to purchase spellcasting services or buy a scroll.

That would be nastier; the permanent version can be removed with dispel magic.

Narciso offers a compromise: "Split the difference. If my mental map is good, there are perhaps two chambers we haven't searched down here, and they are both on the way back to the entrance. We can look in them on the way back."
We haven't been in D10 and D8, but if we come back the way we came, we pass both of them. So search them as we go by. I don't think we are going to find Rolth in here at all; this felt like a boss fit for this mini-dungeon.

The books and scrolls are mostly treatises on necromancy or the art of crafting golems, but there’s also a surprisingly large number of books about diseases and plagues here as well.
Of more portable interest are two magic scrolls wedged between the pages of a thick picture book on humanoid anatomy - these are a scroll of identify and a scroll of command undead

As they are about to be walking back through the rooms, Tisha calls on her natural magic to see if she can feel any magic auras.
Cast Detect magic from racial abilities and try to detect for any magic auras they missed as she slowly makes her way back with the others to the last room.
No clue if that will work being blin or if there is anything to find, but worth a shot just to see if we missed anything

"We're making at least one more trip back here. And we're bringing more than one wheelbarrow. This library needs either to be put under lock and key - say at Theumanxes college - or burned."
Narciso grabs a couple of choice volumes as samples (as well as the scrolls), before joining the others as we head back the way we came, to the boarded off room adjacent to the alchemy lab...
(Off to D7, where we need to get into D8). Also, those secret doors to get into the little passageways (D2) are apparently really well hidden...
