I assumed everybody was wolfed up already, and in the hybrid form (which is the best for everybody because it keeps full access to your gear and allows spellcasting). Looking over shape shifting, it would be a standard action to change forms, not a full action like I originally thought. That also does mean that you can be making bite attacks. It's treated as a secondary attack when you're full attacking, so -5 attack penalty and half STR. Why's nobody biting?
I'm assuming you're using fervor to cast?
Theodorus sees the symbol of Abadar that Arbiscar has and cries out "Apostate! You will writh in the bowelsof the Abyss for selling your soul to such creatures of chaos and evil!". Arbiscar notices the humble brass emblem of Abadar poking out from under his shirt.

You are correct, it is a move action. I know we were also discussing this earlier and wondering what kind of action this was and thinking it would be a full round action.

The whole point of Kala taking the "shortcut" through the underbrush and spider web was to try to get to Theodorous so she could knock him out before anyone else feels compelled to kill him. And the bite is the one that hits!
The warrior squaring of against Finnius manages to pin his arms down with his shield when unexpectedly the Hellknight in training lunges over the shield with his jaws, biting down on his carotid artery. The pressure of the bite causes him to drop his weapons and slump to the ground helplessly.
Mun moves in and strikes Theodurus directly in the chest. The slayer's mail slows the spear point down but breaks several links apart as it slices through his armor and into his flesh. With a bloody grin, Theodurus grabs the shaft of the spear with a free hand and pulls the spear point out before Mun can push it in farther.

Between not wanting to hit his allies and the trees in the way, Eredur has trouble lining up a good shot with his wand.

Eredur puts his hand on the elf shoulder, as Lybna the weasel gets out of the dwarf shirt and starts licking the bear's muzzle
I think both of you are right. The man was clearly mad with hate, but if we can avoid killing him we should, if only to show him as much compassion and gentleness you give to Selune. No need to follow madmen down the path of hate. I'm glad Selune isn't dead, I don't know how I would react if Lybna was hurt. That would trigger my temper too, and I would be glad to be able to count on my friends to stop me doing anything foolish, or to show me support in my times of grief if needed.

"Whether he ultimately dies or not is of little concern to me, personally. A bandit and a scoundrel- turning him to the authorities would surely result in his hanging. It is only proper we do so if possible. But if we suspect he can provide us with information to aid in our goal, then we surely should make sure he lives long enough to provide that."

It doesn't really matter for the story if you want to finish Theodurus off or let him go at this point.
Theodorus and his men were clearly equiped to fight vampire's, as each is carrying a fire hardened wooden stake and each of the fighters have cloves of garlic in their belt pouches.
The fighters had masterwork long swords and chainmail, along with a potion of cure light wounds each. Theodurus is wearing a magical chainshirt and his longbow is exceptionally well made, albeit non magical. He has two quivers, one still containing 18 cold iron arrows and the other with 24 silver tipped arrows. The stake he has is also very well made and has glyphs representing protection and justice carved into the shaft, but is not magical. He also has a brass symbol of Abadar around his neck. The rest of their equipment is mundane and unexceptional.
Those who are in Ashava's blessed form can see a silvery trail of lights running along the edge of a pond and deep into a thick grove of trees. If anyone is still in humanoid form, they are unable to see the moonlit path.
