Ayita could see Blue a second ago. Suddenly not... there is fog here suddenly, and Blue is gone when the two start moving up that corridor. She and Yazhi want to attack Blue... I will start moving them up the corridor, they will attack as soon as they detect Blue.

Nasir moves up into the hallway expecting to run into the bandit, but is surprised that no one is there. He continues to slowly move forward expecting to see the bandit who is nowhere to be found.

Ayita stays in the corridor for a bit in case Blue is hiding here somehow. Invisible? She tries to move her hammer around in front of her, sweeping a path to catch anyone there -- looking a little odd most likely. She will move up half speed toward her friends. Readied to hit Blue if she detects him.

I was hasty in saying "he's dead." He's actually dying, at -1hp. I know you guys were considering a capture and interrogate strategy, so don't want to just jump to "he's dead."

Seeing that his enemy is done, Nasir sheathes his sword, grabs the collar of the bandit, and touches the teleportation sigil to return to the room he came from.
I don't think this one is worth saving, but the others may have different ideas. Need to hustle back as it sounded like one of the bandits got away, and we will need to prepare for reinforcements...

The dead Roadkeepers have 3 acid flasks and 4 tanglefoot bags, as well as 4 smokesticks.
The doorway opens into a room (F11). Three marble columns still support the roof of this room, but a fourth column has toppled into an ancient-looking collapse in the southeast corner of this roughly octagonal room, leaving a heap of rubble partially blocking a cave-like chamber to the east. A flight of stairs leads upward to the south.
The stairs lead up nearly 80 feet, switching back from landing to landing twice along the way.
Any further and you'd need to roll some Stealth.

"I'll hold here. Check the rest of the area to make sure it is secure. We don't want to get flanked."
Nasir will stow his shield, pull out his bow, and ready an arrow to fire at anyone coming down the stairs.

"Agreed. That's why we should make sure that we are clear down here. Getting surprised from behind when they know we are coming will, in all likelihood, get us killed. I am in no hurry to meet Sarenrae.
While we are searching, we may be lucky and find what we were looking for down here. That would save us from unnecessary danger."

"Yeah, if there are areas we haven't explored on this level, we should definitely finish exploring it," Roscoe says to Nasir.
As for the prisoner, Roscoe pokes him with his foot. "Up to you, Doc. I'd rather save our healing for us, but perhaps he knows something of their defenses."

The acrid stench of smoke hangs in the air now that the smokesticks have burnt themselves out. The torches flicker and gutter in the darkness of the hallways.
Something quietly rustles in the darkness far away. So far that you can't be sure. Wind? A rodent?

The north wall of this room seems to have suffered a recent collapse, leaving open bedrock where a northern wall once was. Four thick columns stretch up to support the ceiling fifteen feet above, likely preventing the collapse from being even larger.
Floating over the collapsed wall and rubble is a tangled cluster of debris and mechanical parts. A metal skull hovers above the clanging mess and two mechanical rasping arms emerge from just below the skull.
"Dolland, are you back?" whispers a chilling voice. It sounds confused. And metallic and dead at the same time. "Do you want to try again?"
