As Jean-Pierre arrives in town, bolt after bolt of lightning strike down into Monument Circle, with the strikes hitting the tops and sides of the water towers that surround the area again and again. However, thanks to the numerous lightning rods, these blasts cause no damage.
However, just as Jean-Pierre arrives on the scene, three columns of coruscating flame touch down on the ground, coalescing into three more of the skeletal dragon-things!

At this juncture, lightning, followed by a terrifying hailstorm (with stones that really should be called small boulders) slams into the Temple of Desna, causing it to collapse!
As Jean-Pierre nears it, he sees that a portion of the southeastern wing has been destroyed, and that many citizens, priests, and are acolytes working to rescue those trapped beneath the rubble, but without significant aid, most of those who are trapped within are doomed to perish from further collapse, suffocation, or acid burns as acid rain continues to seep down through the rubble toward those buried below...

Jean-Pierre's patient and clever leadership is a resounding success in this trying time, and there are no fatalities.
This act not only earns the gratitude of the local priest, Kellen Carondil (who performs a minor miracle, granting you +5' to your land speed until the current town-defense situation is resolved), but also attracts the favor of Desna herself!
