Good to know on crafting I will play it by ear tho. As I said basically I only need Arcane strike and quicken spell so 5th-9th feats are open and 13-finish are open so I have room for magic arms and armor and wondrous. Wands and Staves are a maybe but for the most part can be bought and potions are a waste. Hopefully I can pick up scribe scroll somewhere but I think we have good spell access between Wiz list, Bard and Cleric List and Druid list.

@Cinthiel: That's a good question, mate. Usually I'd say yes, but in this case probably I wouldn't.
@GM: So, would it be okay if I actually create a different/ranged character? Following the same rules, of course. I can send you background/sheet for approval.

not that it would be a game changer of any sort, but Azi was a game hunter and knows his way around a bow. Won't be taking any ranged feats, but not completely out of the question to pepper foes with some arrows.

            @Cin
It's definitely an AP where those feats come in handy, especially since RotR anticipates a pretty vanilla party. I'll adjust as best as I can, but some of the iconic items and weapons don't always fit an exact concept. Personally, I think that's part of the fun. But I know it can be frustrating when you can't find that one item you really want.
EDIT: I've made some updates to the loot sheet. I couldn't remember if Azi had plans to format it, but if so please disregard what I've done. Let me know what you think. Constructive criticism is very welcome.

@GM Wolfe: You did a magnificent job with the Loot Sheet Formats. Far superior than what I would have done. I am now thinking we need:
Present and Future Values Table (for time travel, of course)
Amortization Schedule (for castle financing)
Investment Portfolio (for our Commodity Futures; I hear corn, steel, and wheat are supposed to do real good this year)
I kid, of course. Really nice job! It looks so perty. Colorful and well organized!

GM Wolfe: I believe Azi is complete. The necessary stats are added, and I did some small pruning to his background. This is my first PF character. I am used to playing 3.5. I think I caught all of the subtle rules changes, but if something sticks out as error, please let me know.
A few notes for the GM:
- I did not take Orc as a given language. It just did not make sense due to his background. I am going with Azi understanding and speaking Common, but he cannot read or write.
- Azi's name (Azaersi) I took from a source book on purpose. Azi's parents' farm was located in the militaristic country of Molthune. They hated the government and gave Azi his full name as a secret slight and insult against the Molthune government. Azaersi was a Hobgoblin General who had a major defeat against the northern Molthune military. They called him Azi, so no one would pick up on the slight. (side note: not sure when this defeat took place compared to Azi's birth and the start of the RoTRL AP, it all could be out of timeline, but I though it sounded good when coming up with a name.) Azi is unaware of his full name.
- I had a bunch of gold left over, but I think I should only start with a few coppers given the background with most of Azi's possessions given to him.
- I left names out of my 'Background' on purpose in case you wanted to add little side quests and such for each character. If you would rather have more information, I could add more detail.
- Other thoughts:
Were Azi's parents attacked and either killed or taken prisoner? Did they burn their farm on purpose and seek asylum in Nirmathas?
Will Molthune soldiers come looking for Azi?
Will the surviving rogues that 'took him in' seek out revenge?
Just some thoughts.
Looking forward to the New Year and the start of play.
Happy Holidays everybody.

I try to incorporate as much of the player backstories as I can into the campaign. If y'all put something down, I try my darnedest to pick it up and do something with it. I appreciate your thoughts and character design.
Tomorrow's the first day of Hanukkah and my family's coming into town, so I will not be posting tomorrow. Just a heads up.
I hope everybody has a safe, peaceful, and joyful holiday season.

@GM Wolfe are we going to use XP or Milestone leveling? As a gm I like milestone as it means less math but as a player I like XP as it is a visual mark of progress.

I like Roll20 and it is nice for maps. RotR is actually available as a premade premium module on there for $60 and you get a discount if you already own the pdf through paizo and link the account.
I am not sure how I would manage combat in pbp with roll 20 without removing the players control of their tokens. Also although I like roll20 I think it has a learning curve.

I am not familiar with Roll20 or other online utilities, but if you think it will benefit the game then count me in. I am willing to learn and use.
If there is a cost involved, I do not mind sharing the cost. If agreed upon, we could send money-orders to the purchaser or utilize Pay-Pal or whatever new tech program is out there.

Roll20 does not work on phones, thus I found it a bit restrictive at times as I could not access while not at my PC.

Hi guys, GM, my apologies but I will step out of this one before we start. This holiday period had been fairly chaotic and with a relocation coming on the beginning of January, my time will be fairly limited. Good luck with the game, have fun, and thanks for the opportunity. I hope we get the chance to play together in the future!

Whew, what a week it’s been y’all. Sorry for not responding in a timely manner. Shouldn’t have any more issues for a while.
@Gareth
I’m sorry to see you go, but I understand. I’ll keep you on my list and I’ll message you when another opportunity comes up.
I’ll post a link to the roll20 game when I get home tonight. I’ll try to come up with a workaround for maps on mobile as well. I’ve got a short list for potential players that I’ll message tonight. Hopefully we can get back to 6 PCs before the 1st but if not, the show will go on!

Created an account for Roll20. Look forward to the game and learning to use it.
Not sure if either of these suggestions would help or just make things redundant:
The last game I was in the GM used something called 'SLIDES' that players could move icons around on a grid.
Another thought would be a shared Google Sheet.
Wishing you all a fun, safe, wonderful New Year. May all your rolls be '20'.
Cheers!

@GM Wolfe Better crop of the Splash page I use
I would Personally suggest to you that each player find and provide for you an image to represent their characters and than use a site like Token Stamp to make tokens you can put into the game and than link those tokens to journal entries. The question than becomes do you want us to be able to move the tokens or not since roll20 has no way to limit token movement to only once per turn or during initiative only or something. So assuming there are no doors or walls blocking we would be able to move our tokens around freely all the time. Which could be problematic because if you don't have walls set up or enemies hidden on the gm layer we could get advanced info. I guess the honor system or just only allowing us to see the view of our token but not have access to move it could work and we could use the draw tool to show how we want to move.

I have been checking in daily in hope that we hear something. I truly hope that she is ok and just realized this was not for her. Wish we would hear something just to put my mind at ease.
On another note, I started reading AP 1 of 'The Ruins o Azlant' and have been considering running a pbp. Would any of you be interested in playing? Probably would not start for a month or so, but would give time for pc creation.
