"Been asking around 'n 'eard that the weather's rainy lately. Ever since the ship crashed, so it'd seem." Ott informs the party. "Storms 'n such, mostly. Some floodin'. Animal's been actin' up too, so they say. Do you think this town'd have anythin' to deal with soggy weather or vexing critters?"
Looking through the CRB, I didn't spot much equipment we could use by way of preparation for us mundane folk.

As you prepare the wagon to leave, the weather takes a sharp turn for the worse. Where before it had been a slow drizzle, the rain is now steady, soaking the courtyard and making everything muddy. The wind has picked up as well, shaking the canvas cover on the wagon.
Mindartis and Brondulf are the first to notice the frogs splashing around in the puddles. There seem to be an unusually large number of them, and they're quite bold, hopping up onto the wagon and getting underfoot as you try to move around.
You have one round to act, based on the information presented. Please tell me what your exploration mode activity is right now as well.

Preferring the sounds of pouring taps to pounding rain, Ott looks to the Pathfinders more accustomed to dealing with nature and the elements, attempting to follow their cues on how to avoid getting the cart stuck in the mud or ending up with frog legs squirming round his nethers.
Follow the Expert (Nature) would seem to be appropriate.

"Guntram, where you be? What can we do about this weather and the... the frogs?"
Bron pulls his shield from his back and looks about, wondering what's next.
F!%&ing odd this frog thing is, he thinks.

Manny says good bye to the barmaid (imagining she blows a kiss back) and hops on the wagon. He plays a song or two about singing in the rain...
And his wish is granted. Be careful what you wish for.
"This rain is everywhere!" He continues to Follow the Expert, looking at the tracks. "Getting stuck in a mudhole would be terrible." Survival would be a good skill here.
He looks up and notices a lot of frogs. "Alright then! Time for Frog Squashin'! Come on, everyone!" Manny uses his Inspire Courage cantrip to help his allies. Page 386

Guntram waits with the wagon while the party gathers information. A small plant creature climbs up and settles on his shoulder.
When the group gathers and the rain and frogs start, Guntram starts laughing. Weel thes is interestin'! Ah haven’t seen thes mony frogs in weeks!

Suddenly, the frogs all surge toward the wagon, clumping up into a writhing, hopping mass of sticky green bodies, surging toward the wagon! The horses whinny and glance nervously at the approaching mass. Guntram recognizes that they are acting as a swarm, meaning it acts as one large creature that is resistant to physical damage. He also knows that these frogs are likely to stick to and distract anything they touch.

Guntram's grasping vine can't seem to get ahold of the slippery frogs. Ott, meanwhile, lashes out with a few quick stomps, squishing some frogs beneath his feet (your bludgeoning damage seems fully effective, and one of those is a crit). Mindartis fires an arrow into the swarm, and though he neatly skewers a single frog, it doesn't seem to have any effect on the swarm as a whole (like most swarms, it is immune to precision. It also seems resistant to piercing damage.) Similarly, Mialee gets itself a snack, but it seems to have little effect on the swarm overall (resists all of that piercing). Brondulf confidently strides over, bellowing at the frogs as he strikes at them with both hands. Both attacks are very effective, though the axe less so than it might normally be. Still, when he's done what's left of the frogs disperse and flee (both of those strikes are crits, though it resists some of the slashing).
Out of combat!

After a little cleanup and one last check of the wagon, you leave Otari and travel north into the Immenwood to join up with the main road heading east to Absalom. The road is well maintained and broad, with a 15-foot lane of muddy cobblestones lined by 10 feet of cleared area between the road and the tree line. The trees are mostly coniferous, with a tangle of interlocking branches and thick undergrowth making passage through the forest very difficult.
The road is still slick with mud, but the rain seems to have finally abated. The view of the sky is limited to a narrow strip above the road, lined with the spreading boughs of the Immenwood. Thunder still rumbles above the trees, and the sky looks as if it may continue the deluge at any moment. The normal sound of forest animals has been replaced by a cacophony of hoarse cries, growls, and screams. It is clear that the residents of the Immenwood are not happy to see visitors.

Prerequisites trained in Survival
You can study details in the wilderness to determine the presence of nearby creatures. You can spend 10 minutes assessing the area around you to find out what creatures are nearby, based on nests, scat, and marks on vegetation. Attempt a Survival check against a DC determined by the GM based on how obvious the signs are. On a success, you can attempt a Recall Knowledge check with a –2 penalty to learn more about the creatures just from these signs. If you’re a master in Survival, you don’t take the penalty
