Alright, Benedict is out for the week so let's see the results of our survey:
1) Bracers of divine range No Bid
2) Clockwork statue of Brigh 1,000 gp
3) Phylactery of faithfulness 500 gp
4) Kelksiomedes’s grape trellis No Bid
5) Staff of healing, minor - No Bid
6) Eldas’s platinum drafting tools 2,000 gp
7) Incense of meditation 1,650 gp
8) Golden statue of Ra - No Bid
9) Shard of the Shattered Shield of Arnisant 7,500 gp
We have 12,650 gp spoken for, which leaves us 1,350 gp in discretionary funds. So if an item is offered within our discretionary funds, we should bid on it. Otherwise, leave it be. As soon as an item comes up to the block, the funds we had earmarked for it become part of the discretionary funds pool.
That means that as things stand, we won't bid on the bracers unless the price drops. If we don't bid on the bracers, the 1,000 gp we have earmarked for the next item (clockwork statue) then become part of our discretionary fund pool for a total of 2,350 gp we could spend on the statue. Anything we don't spend will continue to roll forward.
Does that make sense and sound good to everyone?

Sounds good, thank you!

Great solution for a tough thing on PbP!

Note to self, let the Skald go first in combat.
It's just so tricky to line those things up in PbP without slowing everything down to a crawl to wait for one player to post. We could try having "I wait until X happens" in our posts, but what if that never happens? Perhaps more along the lines of "I wait until X has a turn"? Love to hear some ideas of how to address that aspect of party synergy in this medium.

Hey guys, I've been travelling and haven't had good Internet access. So, I'm sorry if my absence slowed things down, but I am back now.

Sorry to do this, but I’ll be away from tomorrow (Friday) through Monday with very limited internet. Please bot as needed.

Bask, what's you character number?
Also, can those with day jobs roll them, please?
Also, also: Can Waze, Bask, and Barrabas PM me your email for OSP boon rolls? (Sorry if you sent it to me already at some point.)

Perform (oratory): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21

Email sent. No day job. Instead I will check a case of a boon.
