Now that the centipedes are dead, Cymric comes up to the front and looks around to the north and suggests, "since we have no idea what the layout of this place is, lets check out this room before moving to another location."

Moving west you get to B4

A rectangular stone building sits in the northwest corner of the estate. At each corner stand columns carved to resemble men and women with their arms crossed over their chests. A set of stone doors stands in the southern face of the building, carved with bas-relief faces of two men. Hieroglyphs are carved into the doors just beneath the faces.

The heiroglyphs identify the building as the "crypt of the House of Pentheru and warn 'May defilers be cursed by the gods until their day of judgement.'

Azwynn, you do not find anything of note. It appears that the doors are centuries old and open inwards.

Azwynn STR: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16

With a mighty heave Azwynn manages to push the door open. The door opens onto a set of stairs leading down. The stairs end in what appears to be an undershrine area.

A stone altar sits upon a raised stone platform in the centre of this square room. Caryatid columns carved in the likenesses of male and female figures with their arms crossed over their chests and khopeshes or ankhs in their hands stand at each corner of the platform. Empty torch holders are built in all four of the room's corners. A further stairway descends from this chamber to the north. On the altar appears to be a mummified body.

The insect locks its jaws around Seeker. The blow is mighty, but it allows Seeker to easily smash the creatures head with a stony fist. He grunts as the creature falls, but his life as a stoic monk takes over; he simply steps away from the body and continues the exploration with the others.

Seeker approaches the mummy alongside Cymric. It seems strange to him that the mummy would be left out like this an be undisturbed by grave robbers after so long.

Seeker, you recognise the spiral on the altar as that of Pharasma. You also think it is very unusual for a mummy to not be placed in a coffin or a casket. There is something off about the mummy too, its wrappings are not bandages but wisps of skin.
