The circling demon does not respond to Nadesico's request and strangely enough, it does not detect as evil.
Trenna eyes the demon as it circles above, as does Hedge. Dorian meanwhile inspects the numerous chests. Trenna finds the demon looks ominous and dangerous, yet it makes no move to approach. Dorian finds all of the chests locked, needing a key he does not possess.
"NOW!" A voice calls out from the opposite side of the roof. Turning behind you, you see a beautiful human woman from the waist up, but below her body is the tail of an immense snake. Three images illusory images surround her, making it difficult to determine which is the real snake-lady.
The snake-lady shouts "Strike them down, Nualia!" she calls out as the demon-clawed aasimar from Thistletop emerges from seemingly thin air, wielding a beautifully crafted Earthbreaker in her hands.
Turning to Nadesico from across the tower, she frowns a pouty face and mocks "Awww. I can't wait for you and your foolish friends to try and run away again. Why don't I help you off the side of this tower and see how many lives you have left?"
The snake-lady wields a beautiful darkwood longspear in her hands, its head is a thorn-like, wide-bladed barb. Nadesico's gets an up close and personal inspection of the barbed head as it is plunged into her chest. Twice. Nadesico damage: 1d8 + 8 + 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 + (8) + 8 = 26 + DC16 will save or become nauseated.
When the barbed weapons strikes Nadesico, a burst of despair washes over all of your. Everyone must succeed at DC 16 Will save or become overwhelmed with sadness and despair, taking –2 penalties on attack rolls, saving throws, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls for 6 minutes.

In between his griping Akivar manages to cast haste on the party. He slides over behind the bleeding cat lady, looking down at the wand in his wrist-sheath.

Hedge realizes what is bothering him about the demon - the lack of sound in its flight - a moment before his true foes appear and all hell breaks lose.
"The demon is an illusion!" he cries out. He is about to explain that the two women in the tower are the real enemy, but no words come after Nadesico is impaled before him.
Despite the wave of positive and negative enchantments that washes over him, Hedge maintains his focus and springs into action, leaping towards the wall and then bounding off, using his extra momentum to deliver fists of fury direct to the demon-clawed aasimar.

Akivar gets a question on the lamia matriarch.
Xanesha cackles at Nadesico words "Little pawn? Oh foolish child." she says, flicking aside the cat's attack as if it were nothing more than a sneeze. "It's a shame you won't get to learn your place in things." Nadesico's attack is so far off the mark that it does not remove one of Xanesha's images.
Hedge circles behind Nualia, setting up a potential flanking with Syrenna. He throws three punches and only connects with the last one, nearly critically so. Syrenna moves up, but she is overcome by despair and cannot focus enough to hit the aasimar. Dorian's glitterdust takes ahold of Nualia who's hands fly to her eyes as she screams "I can't see!". Since Nualia is unable to adequately defend herself, Trennape takes full advantage of this and lands two claws and a bite, drawing lots of blood from the demon-clawed adversary.
"My turn, kitty." Xanesa says and lays into Nadesico with three rapid-fire attacks. The first two strikes with the barbed weapon pierce Nadesico's chest and seem to leach something away from her other than her health. Nadesico damage: 1d8 + 8 + 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 + (8) + 8 = 30 +2 WIS DRAIN (1 was from last time, one from this time).

Dorian spun and saw Nadesico taking a huge amount of punishment. He looked at the grip the snake-lady held on her weapon. If he could rip it from her hands, then...that was chancy. He decided to focus on Nualia instead. The whip snapped sideways, wrapping around ht eblind woman's legs, and Dorian yanked her off feet.

Nadesico performs some healing on herself and the others while Akivar waits for the right moment to strike.
Dorian succeeds in wrapping his whip around the aasimar's feet and dragging her to the ground. Blinded, prone, bleeding and pissed off, the aasimar can do little more than to watch the party gang up on her.
SSyrenna, Hedge and Trenna all combine to quickly finish off the foe before she can once more channel negative energy across the roof.

Akivar prepares to boop Nadesico with a wand while gesturing grandly (in an overly demonstrative manner) as he again summons his buddy Hound Archon. During this time he looks fearfully up at the flying demon.

Akivar starts his spell to enlarge Syrenna as his hound successfully strikes Xanesha, though not critically so. Syrenna also sucessfully strikes the lamia matriarch, seeing through the images. Trenna does not however, her attack slicing away one of her images, leaving two.

Hound Archon apparently has an aura of menace (DC 16 Will). Aura of Menace (Su) A righteous aura surrounds archons that fight or get angry. Any hostile creature within a 20-foot radius of an archon must succeed on a Will save to resist its effects. The save DC varies with the type of archon, is Charisma-based, and includes a +2 racial bonus. Those who fail take a –2 penalty on attacks, AC, and saves for 24 hours or until they successfully hit the archon that generated the aura. A creature that has resisted or broken the effect cannot be affected again by the same archon’s aura for 24 hours.

Nadesico's eyes open to the sounds of flailing whips and swords, growls and hisses alike. Get up Nadesico" she thinks to herself
She looks around from her lower perspective to see more bloodshed, including her own great wounds.
Using all the strength she can she yells out "I won't let you down my friends!" as a burst of positive energy erupts from her position.
From the ground she then shouts out "Its not over yet! Through Torag's might, I shall smite you!" Nadesico's body begins to glow with more positive energy. She grabs her swords and shield as she takes a standing position.
