I think we may have got them all with Kai yet to act. Zo! is probably the most iffy with the penalty for multiple attempts, if Kai wants to focus his energies there with an independent acro roll (no penalties there yet) or an aid another on athletics.

I'm all for kick in the door, as soon as we make sure the door isn't going to kick back. It does look like there might be a back door on the map, and it might be a good idea to have someone (or two) cover it. Grenades are thrown weapons so yes to the strength modifier. (A change from PF I'm not sure I exactly agree with but there it is.)

But also take note that the DC for grenades' effects are based on Dex. And since for grenades you would be targeting a grid intersection, it is only AC5 which is quite easy to hit even with poor strength.
Looks like they wanted to make grenades primarily for Dex users, but wanted to keep the same attacking rules as thrown weapons.

Ah, missed that about the DCs, that's fair I guess. I honestly hadn't looked at grenades too closely since they aren't operative weapons. Trick Attack!

Nicknick, I just noticed that you only indicated 2 x 1st level spells per day. I think you are missing the bonus spells from your intelligence, so it should be 3, not 2.

I am new to Starfinder and pbp in general. Yet the way how I read it, screamer grenade has 15ft explosive area. Which means that everyone who is 15ft from the place where the grenade is will be hurt. Next, to the map, I draw a circle with radius equal to 15ft (assuming that each square is 5ft wide). I don't see a way to position the circle in such a way that it hits 2 enemies and not you two.
Did I misunderstand something?

It's not TECHNICALLY a circle. Check out the shape on page 269 for what it will actually look like. That being said, I don't see anywhere it can be positioned to get both enemies and not me or Stewart (since we're on either side of one of them.) But, someone could hit the intersection where that blue cylinder to the top right of the orange one is and just miss me and Kai.

If you look closely at the map I drew the shape, but it is difficult to see. The thing you need to keep in mind though is the intersection at the center of the radius in this case is right next to the wall, so it is only a semi-circle. It does encompass Azara's current location, but unless I am mistaken he moved to that square after the grenade was thrown.

Well, that's all folks! Hope you enjoyed it. I must admit that I took a bit of liberty at the end. The dead man switch was my own addition to the scenario. Otherwise, I felt that would have been one major flaw to an otherwise quite good scenario. Otherwise, the team could just have ganged up on the assassin and not bother with the explosives at all, negating the need to split the team. But if you not dealt with the explosives in time after that, I would still have awarded the full rewards.

Funny story...when I found out that 2E was coming out, I had made up 3 characters that I never played for 1E Pathfinder. I decided to focus on what I HAD played so just scrapped 2 of them. It seemed like a waste to have slots I couldn't use so I asked tech support to convert the last 2 to SFS.
They did but didn't change the numbering system. So...my first 2 Starfinder characters are numbered as though they were my last 2 Pathfinder characters.
Ok...it's not THAT funny, I guess.

Look at the bottom of the sub tier 3-4 box. I'm guessing so we can fill out the reputation box ourselves with the correct new totals, at least that's how I did it.
