With the undead banished, the cenotaph now stands as a monument to those who have passed away. A religious study with the monument could offer a great boon of sorts.
Spend 10 minutes and make a DC 15 Knowledge(Religion) check. Upon success, you gain a +1 bonus to Fortitude Saves for the rest of this scenario. If you beat DC 25 the bonus increases to +2. Remember, only the most recent boon you accept will be effective. Candlejack has a boon from the Founder's Flame, I believe.

Agirran spends the next 10 minutes cursing the gods for not telling him that 'religion' was a skill he should have invested in.

She frowns and attempts to dislodge it. "It must be what caused the corruption here! We should take it with us as evidence - and so whoever placed it can't do their little ritual again."

Agirran begins cursing the gods.
As you leave, you find the Pharasmin priests are much more relaxed. ”Well, whatever you did, you did it well.” The half-orc leader chuckles. ”A few minutes ago the spirits here calmed down.”
Arthlo mentions how many spirits you calmed down, and she grins even wider. ”Wow, you guys are really good at this. Please, accept these gifts. I’m not sure we could have cleaned things up so quickly.”

Thror has 3 damage remaining.
As you return to the Mistress of Angels, the streets are empty. The sun has just set, but the almost full moon and street lamps provide full light. Ordellia waves from the windows of her townhouse, hurredly inviting you inside. Her anxious face indicates trouble inside.
You stand outside the front door, ready to open.
What will you do now?

Agirran smashes the nearest window with his axe and climbs inside (after seeing if he could see anything through it of course).

The Sentinel finds the door unlocked, as it usually is. The rest of you decide to follow in one way or another.
This centuries-old room is clean and well kept despite its antiquity and lack of inhabitants, a luxury afforded by the love and care of the town’s citizens. An old fireplace in the room lies cold and bare, and dozens of knickknacks and baubles lay on display. A stately grand piano decorates the room’s eastern wall.
A mass of bodies lie about the room. Most of them are haggard humanoids, with pale skin, red eyes full of unlife and their long fangs broken. Another body is Davorge, alive yet unconscious, the shirt collar torn. You also see a bruised blue skinned humanoid. His robes, dark hair and butterfly wings are ruined and he lies unconscious. His knife lies atop the seat on the piano, next to Davorge’s holy symbol of Ashava.
Two of the haggard humanoids argue amongst themselves. ”I say we eat him.” The red cloaked creature laughs. ”No, our master wants them. We bring them back.” The purple cloaked creature snarls. ”Wait- who are they? Let’s eat them instead.” Red looks at Purple and they both agree. Saliva drips off of their fangs, hungry for your blood.
