"Wait, is that a 'dretch'? Why are you friends with a dretch? Those are, like, very bad! Oh Grumpy, are you a bad guy? Have you been tricking me the whole time? I thought we were friends." Something in the bard snaps. Those that have come to know Dimple seem to understand that her usual pacifism may not apply to Grumpy. The motto of Do no harm seems to be momentarily suspended. "Stupid boys, always being tricksy. Well, yer gonna get what's comin' to you."

Vie correctly identifies the spell and prepares an attempt to time his own attack to interrupt a second casting (I moved you up 5 ft to be in range of that spell).

The half-orc's flesh bubbles from the negative energy.
The jerk merchant attempts to cast the same spell again. But this time, Vie is ready for him! He flips a blob of acid, lobbing it over his allies and connecting with the corpulent body. He clearly sees it hit and flesh is sizzling, but it doesn't seem to have hurt the merchant!
You may as a move action, attempt to discern with a perception check, why an apparently normal human isn't being hurt by acid. Fair warning, the DC is high.

Dimple easily resists the damage, though she feels like she just got a really strong sunburn (3 damage taken). She begins casting a spell, ready to summon the biggest meanest dolphin out there!
Liet-Gar does not, taking the full brunt of the spell. He waits a second and then begins to grow mightily, almost bumping his head into the ceiling. But he takes a mighty slash with the last bit of his angry strength, easily hacking a deep gouge into the human's gut.
Fromagalli, it's a move action to put a weapon away. To do what you wish I'm going to assume you drop the dagger as a free, move forward while drawing the weapon and slash at the enemy. Since you acted before Kasvot I'll adjust positioning so that both of you can still get in your attacks. This will have large benefits to you both, which I did take into consideration.
The now much smaller half-elf moves forward, hacking away with his fancy magic sword. He also slashes deep into the human, but can clearly tell that there is more to this person than there appears as his regular steel blade only harms it a little.
Kasvot fails to resist the spell and feels his internal organs begin to shut down. But he battles through the pain and focuses on casting a spell, sending force bolts at the target. The orbs slam into the creature, snapping bones.

He summons a giggling fairy into his hand and moves up next to Fromagalli, easily reaching around the doorway to deposit the fairy into a position where it begins attempting to tickle the human. The fairy attempts to touch the gross merchant but then screeches in pain and poofs out of existence.

This is a male variant Vermlek, a Chaotic Evil Medium Outsider. It can crawl into the body of any dead Medium humanoid, consuming and replacing
the bulk of the humanoid’s skeleton and internal organs as he does so. This is unlikely to happen in combat though.
However, as you just saw it do, it can also abandon an inhabited body, crawling hideously out of his host and leaving behind an empty sack of skin and bits of gristle. In so doing, he absorbs much of the body’s flesh to heal himself, regaining 2d6+3 hit points. It cannot later reclaim this body with his inhabit body ability.
Lastly, you can recognize that it is healed by negative energy and harmed by positive energy, exactly as if he were an undead creature.

Anyway, the bites and claws all seem to connect without any issue, but it finds itself unable to penetrate the thick demonic skin. It must have some sort of damage resistance.

Not according to anything I've found while researching templates on the rules boards. It only grants a bonus to hit and damage vs evil creatures. The ability also wasn't indicated or activated by the summoner. Would you all prefer that I assume Smite Evil is used against the first target every time any celestial summons occur? That seems allowable. It would have gotten one damage through that way.

Ha! I always forget about that particular element. Oops...
Kasvot, with his spell fizzling in the demonic mind, watches helplessly as the door slams shut. "Fromagalli!" His eyes dart around amongst the remaining Pathfinders. "What are we going to do; he's alone in there!!! Quick, cut the webbing! Cold iron weapons!"
As Kasvot himself lacks any such weapons, he stands there watching, anxious.

Liet-Gar haphazardly attempts to open the door and then also hack away at it, missing everything in the process but almost clipping Vie on the backswing. The half-elf seems like he just wants to take a nap. Being large is nice, but apparently tiring!
Kasvot tries a couple things, then encourages his allies to hack away at the fiendish infused webbing on the door, hoping that will help.
Round 7: Bless is up (3 rds remain), IC is up (Last Round!).
Red Human (-11 HP)
Dimple (-3 HP)
Celestial Eagle of DOOM (for demons at least, 1 rd remains)
Niza (-4 HP, Shaken 5 rds remain) & Albis
Liet-Gar (-6 HP, Shaken 4 rds remain, Fatigued 5 rds remain, Enlarged 28 rds remain)
Fromagalli (-4 HP, Prot Evil 24 rds remain, Shaken 5 rds remain, Blind from Total Darkness in Room)
Kasvot (-13 HP)
Vie (Shaken 4 rds remain) & Chuckles
Bold is up!
Correction on HP, Fromagalli was not hit last round. I had not added Protection from Evil which then made the bite a miss. He is back to -4 HP. The Celestial Eagle does have darkvision and is getting an extra +1 damage from smite evil for its last round of attacks.

Not according to anything I've found while researching templates on the rules boards. It only grants a bonus to hit and damage vs evil creatures. The ability also wasn't indicated or activated by the summoner.
I was not really certain how it worked as I could not find anything definitive either. If it does have Smite Evil, AND knowing it is only here for two rounds, then yes please to Smiting the first target it attacks.
EDIT: Aw poop, here it is. Technically, it says 'may smite'. If I had found that yesterday, I would have been more specific. If we can retcon, great. If we can't, I totally get it. **Slowly nudges pebbles around with her foot** "If someone has to die so I can learn my lesson for next time...I understand.**sigh** Dimple sneaks a look up to the heavens to see if anyone is buying this guilt trip.

Takes a swing at where the lay attack came from
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
damage: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
1to50 miss: 1d100 ⇒ 39
thedarkness won’t save you
well maybe not next time

Fromagalli slashes the air, very hard. But his sword does not connect with anything. The demon has found a valuable ally in the darkness.

I gave the celestial hawk the smite (got 1 damage through last round due to it), you may roll its attacks this round assuming that the smite is up.
