By the Pythagorean Theorem (a 20’ hypotenuse and a 10’ “opposite” side length) the bridge is 17.32 feet long when looking top-down. GM discretion as to whether that would round up or down to the nearest 5 feet (Pathfinder always rounds down, but considering this is real-world trigonometry and not an abstraction of hit point damage, I generally leave it to GM discretion).

Hey guys - sorry for the delay! I was camping and racing this weekend. Walking is a bit of a challenge today, but on the bright side I came in 3rd (of 9) in my age group and 23rd (of 85) overall - not a bad showing! Fun race - Battle of Waterloo (at the Waterloo Recreational area, southwest michigan) is what it's called. Gives a person a new respect for swimming through questionable waters... At one point I was fairly certain the lily pads I was swimming through were trying to tangle me up and pull me under... Fun times :)
Heads up - I will be at a convention Friday through Sunday. As the sun doesn’t set up here in the summer, neither do the games stop. I will post when possible, but at a slower rate than usual. I’ll try to have my laptop with me so I can update games during breaks, but no promises.

Hey all, I'm going to be on a backpacking trip in the Grand Tetons from 8/21 (tomorrow) through 8/25. I won't be able to post again after today until Monday 8/26.
While we are posting it, I might as well add in that I will be out this weekend, through Monday. I'm good to post up until Friday afternoon.
Couple interesting tid-bits in that last post by the GM that I want to make sure we don't lose in the posting turnover...
"Big one as big as a dragon" - The girl makes it sound like Carlo is just exaggerating, but we shouldn't take that for granted.
They mentioned they were making tools and taking them away somewhere. We should try to figure out what that is all about.
Come to think of it, I should probably post this in character. I don't want to hog the spotlight though :)
I'm leaving for another backpacking trip (gotta get one more in before Summer's over!) Saturday morning 8/31 and will return Monday 9/2. Probably won't post again until Tuesday 9/3.
My profile is current. I have one 1st-level spell slot left, and besides that, I have a variety of scrolls. Otherwise, guidance is a staple.
My apologies for the lack of updates, everyone. Enough things piled up this weekend that this thread slipped away from me. I've set aside time to update this campaign later today.
Thank you for your patience with the slower rate of posting, everyone. The sudden influx of Gameday games has thrown my posting schedule out of whack and I'm still getting it back in order. We should be able to maintain our 1-post-per-day rate, but I may occasionally fall behind.
No worries. I am in a few games myself. Posting has been hot and heavy lately, but so far I've been able to keep up. I'll do everything I can to help keep things moving!
Hey y'all, it's my birthday today AND I have to work late because of some tight deadlines. I've got plans after work (when I can actually leave) so what I'm getting at is: I won't be able to make time to post today. I apologize, and I'll post tomorrow for sure.
I know I've been extra quiet in this campaign lately; I intend to change that ASAP.
I gotta keep my posts short and sweet this week because I'm flying out of town Thursday night for the weekend and I have a big project at work I have to have done before I leave. And I've got things going on every night after work this week as well.
I'll try to post Thursday day sometime (and Wednesday if applicable), then I probably won't post again until Monday.
I’m going to be at an all-day convention this coming Friday/Saturday, so I’m pretty sure that I’m not going to be able to post during that time.
Circumstances changed at my work. Several resources that were assigned to my project were moved to other projects this week. I've found myself with very little time to update games as I have to cover more of the tasks. I may need to step away from this game after we finish this chapter as I expect my workload will be heavy until the end of the year.

I'm so sorry, everyone - I'd THOUGHT that I'd posted something to get us moving, but APPARENTLY the forums decided they didn't like that post and ate it. So let's try this again.
All that being said, let's check in. We've been slowing down with our posting frequency, and the worst offender is myself. I'm sorry - I took on more than I could handle and let this game in particular take the brunt of that. I have more time to devote to this game now, and I would like to continue. However, I know that Tabin is having to let go of some PbP commitments due to work-related things, and I've heard from other folks that the game isn't as much fun as they'd hoped it would be.
So, I would like to ask everyone: Do you want to keep playing? We're close enough to the end of this section that I can pass out chronicle sheets and you can step out gracefully. If there's some folks who want to stay, I bet we could find some folks willing to jump in and fill any empty slots for the remainder of the module.
Again, I'm sorry for not holding up my end of the bargain.
The past 3 weeks have confirmed that I'm just not going to have time for much posting for the rest of the year. (This week has been particularly bad.) So I'm going to have to step away from the game.
I’ve already let you know my thoughts, which, put briefly, amount to “If I were to keep playing, it would require quite a bit of change from both the player and GM side of things.”
I am game to keep playing. I am enjoying this character quite a bit actually. I understand how hard it can be to post when you overcommit. Especially when you are a GM. GMing is very time consuming on PbP, and it isn't easy.
Don't keep the game going only on my account. Everyone needs to assess their own situation and ability to post. Kudos to you Tabin for recognizing that and not forcing it.
GM, if you are in and willing, then I am a willing player. No hard feelings though if you decide you can't.
Hey all, I've had a very busy last couple of workdays and I'm also feeling kinda queasy right now. I'll try to post later tonight when I get home but it might not be until tomorrow.

Definitely still interested in continuing this campaign if the GM wants to. I like this character a lot (never been the sneaky-traps-guy AND the divine full caster before) and his interplay with his "leader" Rolf.
I finally just got some time today to sit down and do my PbP games and ... I feel queasy from something I ate, and can't concentrate. I'm gonna see if a nap helps and hopefully post a bit later tonight.
On the odd chance that this isn't dead...
Just a heads up, I will be out of town starting tomorrow until this Saturday. I should be able to post from my phone, but if we get into some sort of combat I will probably need help with the map.
