I'm thinking Nova Roma, who is hiding out as far away as he can get from where he started.
That works the order of st christopher trains monks as well and has 'expert combat engineers' (rogues) either as lay brothers or appointed to knighthood if they are of one of the martial classes cleric or monks. It one make it easier if one of you was a member but it is not required.

For those that are interested I mentioned there are many different races. You can always ''re-skin" a crb race to fit a mythological race. For instance, nisse are reskinned halflings or gnomes, 'stick indians' a NW 'faery' creature from native american folklore can become a race of humans or elves. Just some examples so our inuit raised guy could have been rescued by billicans and given to inuit to be raised, that kind of things.
The worlds big and detailed because I've been using it for AD&D games for over 30 years.

Much as I appreciate DASLYN.'s comment about not needing precise shot, (and will be taking advantage of it for a couple of levels) if the party gets split up or something happens to her character we then have a bunch of people who can't fire effectively into melee. Sometimes redundancy is a necessary evil. By the way, putting her name in caps and then placing a period after it is the only way I could get the smartphone not to auto correct it into gibberish.

Hey wait a minute. This feels eerily familiar somehow...
By the way, this is not my attempt to submit interest to the game, and I'm sorry if it came off that way! I'm already in several games and opting for others. I was mostly just noting the interesting similarity in terms of timing and tone. :D
