Arrrrrrr, walk the plank, scallywag and all that. This be pirates and so do ye be.
Impositions:
Disgraceful Impositions:
Yes, Sir!: For the next hour, the PCs’ crew completes any mundane tasks they’re assigned in half the expected time. This typically relates to Craft and Profession (sailor) checks made to prepare, maintain, or repair the ship, and cannot be applied to combat or more complex deeds like crafting magic items. Costs 2 Disrepute.
Captain’s Orders!: As a standard action, a PC on board her ship can cast fog cloud, heroism, make whole, quench, or whispering wind with a caster level equal to her character level. Costs 5 Disrepute.
Walk the Plank!: The PCs may sacrifice one crew member or prisoner to grant themselves and their crew one of two bonuses: either a +2 bonus on all skill checks or a +2 bonus on attack rolls. These bonuses only apply while on board the PCs’ ship and last until either the next day or when the captain leaves the ship. If a sacrificed character is returned to life, the PCs and their crew members take a –2 penalty on both skill checks and attack rolls for 1 day. Costs 5 Disrepute.
Get Up, You Dogs!: Every PC and allied character on the deck of the PCs’ ship is affected as per the spell cure light wounds, as if cast by a cleric of the PCs’ average party level. This imposition can only be used once per week. Costs 10 Disrepute.
Despicable Impositions:
5: Lashings!: Your ship's speed doubles for 1 day.
5: Shiver Me Timbers!: While on board their ship, the PCs and their entire crew can reroll initiative or roll initiative in what would otherwise be a surprise round. The benefit of this imposition can be used immediately, but only once per week.
10: Besmara’s Blessings!: As a standard action, a PC on board her ship can cast animate rope, control water, remove curse, remove disease, or water breathing with a caster level equal to her character level.
10: Dead Men Tell No Tales!: While on board their ship, the PCs can use this imposition to automatically confirm a threatened critical hit.

Fishpork is a Marsh Giant, though some kind of variant with more spell-likes, as the standard Marsh Giant does not have the ability he just used on Lucy.
They are your typical giant *Large size, high Str, throws rocks) except they can make Fog Clouds, Bestow Curses, use Augury to tell the future, and can speak with all animals.
Unlike some giant-kin, like trolls, Marsh Giants have above average intelligence, and are very perceptive and charismatic.

"Jrahk, Lucy, rage! He'll pelt us with boulders - close and kill!"This command would technically be given the instant Ixrul sees him - Knowledge checks, speaking, and raging are all free actions - adjusting Lucy's save modifier as appropriate.
"He can bestow curse and make fog clouds - and presumably fight in them better than we can. Don't give him the chance - and if he throws a cloud up, fall back!"
Additionally, Ixrul's tiger would act before the giant.
It pounces Fishpork, easily clearing the distance.

Lucy and Jrahk cannot Rage when it's not their turn. And your Tiger cannot charge, as he'd have to leap downward from the ship (you're 30 feet up, and you can't summon a creature in mid-air unless it can fly, so it'd have to be on the deck of the ship).
Also, he DOES have Combat reflexes. =)
AoO:1d20 + 16 ⇒ (17) + 16 = 33
Damage:2d8 + 27 ⇒ (4, 3) + 27 = 34
How much health does the Tiger have?
The tiger chomps down on the giant, but doesn't grab on.

It was more a matter of "Are you taking the -4 for being smaller than him?". So he is Shaken. I think a 31 still hits that tiger and a 20 still passes your Lightning Bolt, Ace.

Okay. Though I'm going to nix the Flatfooted thing...if you've all acted at least once, it's not the first round of combat. He acted to come out of the cage if nothing else.
Not that it matters, all the hits that would have hit still hit.

Jrahk - you have a move action. Use it. We're not gonna beat this guy at a distance, and he has rock throwing. Lucy, Ace, do the same - I'll fly and haste ya'll before he gets his next action.

Ace moves towards the giant, but keeping a distance from his friends.

I was planning to just move in slightly closer, then fire off another lightning, then toasting him with fire or something

Well, I assume you can prepare more if you have a high INT score, so would a headband of +int help?

Depends on what your current score is.
Wait. Just looked at your sheet. You're not wearing any INT headband at all - and we looted one from the transmuter we fought. ASDF. Put it on as soon as this fight is over.
And I think Lucy is just gonna pass her turn - things could go really badly if she attacks Jrahk or something while confused.

Ixrul flies or shifts to wherever would be the best location to do so, and Hastes Jrahk and the Tiger (I know I can get both of them in the Haste, since Jrahk moved), as well as himself, Ace, and Lucy if possible.
I think that last Grab may have succeeded (even though Giants have crazy CMD) so have some rakes. Rake:1d20 + 12 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 12 + 1 = 28 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16

I'm not 100% sure how it works (creatures acting as cover, that is), but if it's necessary for Jrahk to attack without penalty, the tiger would 5-foot-step to the side.

You're still on the boat. Move left or right and hit him from an angle. If you fry the tiger, you damage Jrahk as well - and he gets a cover bonus on his reflex saves.

Male Orc Bloodrager (Primalist) 9 | Dead, essentially.
Jrahk gets back on his ship, placing himself 15 feet away from Lucy and facing the closest side of the ship, and readies to bull rush her if she runs out of undead to kill.

She won't. There's more crappy undead then there are rounds of confusion. No romantic bull rush hugs into the ocean to be attacked by my shark for you.
