if Keila can reach the head priest priest with a charge:

Keila, realizing that the boy's time is running short, charges the heap priest to break his hold on the boy.
attack/combat manuver: 1d20 ⇒ 15 +5 power attack/combat manuver, +7 charge+power attack/disarm, +6 dirty trick
damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6(+2 (if power attack))

use attack/whatever combat manuver is best suited to make the head priest lose his hold on the boy
if AoOs are provoked, Keila will click the heals of her Daredevil Boots before charging/moving ( if possible I would like to reflavor them from boots to kung-fu shoes (still bright orange with flame motive ;) ))

acrobatics(if needed): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16

else if a good shot at the Head priest is posible:

Keila, realizing that the boy's time is running short, takes her sling out and unleashes a bullet at the heap priest to break his hold on the boy

sling attack(reach +10 ft.) at head priest, attack -> first spoiler, move before attacking if necessary (only do if I end up closer to the head priest) else move as close to head priest as possible

else if Keila can reach a priest with a 5-foot step:

Male Human (Rashemi) Occultist 3

I'll attack the next closest priest/pirate next to me (assuming there is one within my 10-ft reach; if not, I'll move first and attack second), then I'll attempt to position myself within striking distance of as many as possible, taking advantage of attacks of opportunity as often as possible (3 total with Combat Reflexes), doing so using acrobatics to avoid incurring any such attacks myself.

Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Damage: 3d6 + 4 ⇒ (5, 6, 3) + 4 = 18
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20

"You will suffer for your deeds!"

Male Vishkanya Vivisectionist Trap-Breaker Alchemist/3rd Level

I will stab the upper back of the head priest with my kukri. The sleep poison on the kukri is DC 13 Fortitude save, initial Staggered for 1d4 rounds, secondary Unconcious for 1 minute, frequency 1/round, cure is 1 save. I assume I would be using my previous attack and damage roll, unless you want another.

If the priest is dead or unconcious, I will attempt to drag the child away and begin to resuscitate him. Knowledge Nature-Heal: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

if the priest is alive, I will continue to attack him and stay close so I can take advantage of the silence spell.

With the methodical stroke of a trained killer, Captain Ventra cuts deep into his victim.

missing Semban

Male Human (Rashemi) Occultist 3

It's a 5. Ha... not last.

male human 1 crossblooded sorcerer

The look the high priest has could chill the very blood in your veins. Sheer outrage at this intrusion. Only to be replaced by utter surprise as two giant sized men wielding huge weapons begin to cut a swath through his men. He starts to wave his hands and tries to begin a chant, only to realize he cannot speak. Panicked he tries to jump down from the stage to join his men, but instead he feels a sharp pain in his back as a kukri stabs down.
you got a attack of opportunity.

Fort save. : 1d20 ⇒ 18

The priest then stumbles down into the midst of the priests and draws one of his disciples dagger from their belt. Keila continues on with her onslaught with a tripped priest ahead of her and one in front of him, she first stomps down, knocking the first unconscious, then stepping forward punches the next priest in the face, leaving it caved in and him bleeding out.

The pirate captain closest to the end of the pews and next to the last two priests in the row on the right pulls a rapier and deftly moves over the pews to keilas side, being careful to avoid the two hulking men. He then stabs forward

rapier attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Missing widely as Kiela twists with the attack. Seeing the of thier companions being decimated the remaining 4 priests begin casting. Anyone with spellcraft can try to identify what they are casting.

They then all draws Thier daggers, except for the one on the back left who's dagger was previously taken by the head priest.

The rest of the pirates then rally to their captains aid and pile out of the pews and around to confront Robert and Semban, provoking two attacks from Semban and three from Robert.

Semban attack 1: 1d20 ⇒ 4 Semban attack 2: 1d20 ⇒ 14 Robert attack 1: 1d20 ⇒ 12

Semban damage : 3d6 + 7 ⇒ (5, 4, 4) + 7 = 20
Robert attack 2: 1d20 ⇒ 4Robert attack 3: 1d20 ⇒ 9
Robert damage 1: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Robert damage 2: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Robert connects with two, looping off one's head and gravely wounding another. Semban follows suit and cuts down another Pirate.

Nadabs missile then flies forth slamming into the head priest, further infuriating the man.

Xanos moves closer to the captain around the flank and uses fortune on him.

ugh now I can't post from my new gm alias. We need to wait for Robert's next attack.

Durp....totally forgot you were enlarged as far as damage went, just pretend that didn't happen lol. Also keep in mind I do A LOT of this from my phone and sometimes auto correct really screws up what I am trying to say, so please don'd hold things like that against me. However I recently got a hotspot for my laptop and I will be posting more from that so I should be able to do combats like this a little smoother.

sorry I had my B-day yesterday and was unavailable.

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18

Xanos will use his Storm Burst ability on the head priest.

Storm Burst:
Storm Burst (Su): As a standard action, the shaman causes a small storm of swirling wind and rain to form around one creature within 30 feet. This storm causes the target to treat all foes as if they had concealment, suffering a 20% miss chance for 1 round plus 1 round for every 4 shaman levels she possesses. The shaman can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Charisma modifier. At 11th level, any weapon she wields is treated as a thundering weapon.

That should help mess with his ability to target us. Chompy will remain with Xanos, action readied to attack the first enemy that comes after Xanos.

'this whole thing could be fun after all'
Keila seizes up the pirate captain, trying to determine his most likely fighting style based on his stace, choice of weapon and all the other tells a experienced fighter can read.

perception/sense motiv: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

'he is using a rapier, that means his style is either based on precision or on speed, his main talent is close combat, or he wouldn't have engaged me in melee'

if nobody (conscious) is behind her:

Keila, guessing that he is a weapon reliant fighter, attempts to disarm the pirate captain by slapping the blade of his weapon aside and leashing out with a kick at the pommel and the hand holding it.
disarm pirtate captain; treat as two disarm atempts if the first fails

if succesfull

the Martial Artist attacks her enemy with a vicious elbow strike and catches the flying weapon with her left hand.

else:

Keila, unwilling to be bothered by the small frys while battling a dangerous opponent (the captain is ususaly the most danerous member of a pirate crew), lashes out with a devastating back kick at whoever was stupid enough to try to attack her from behind.

attack enemy behind Keila ; if he survives attack again (roundhouse kick) else disarm pirate captain(first spoiler)

on my next available action, I will attempt to revive the child using my knowledge nature in lieu of heal

Captain Ventra grabs the chil out of the sacrificial pool, and begins to breathe life into his waterlogged lungs. Live, damn you, or this nonsense will be for nothing... Ventra puts more effort into resuscitating the child.

I assume I would use my 20 from earlier, unless you want a reroll.

male human 1 crossblooded sorcerer

No the 20 from earlier is still good. And Xanos and nadab can tell the priests were casting sanctuary.

Robert moving 5 ft to the right cuts down another pirate.

Captain Ventra, pounding on the boys chest and breathing into his lungs manages to bring the boy back, although he is unconscious at this point.

The head priest goes back into casting, roll another spellcraft to know what it is.

Keila deftly disarms the Pirate captain however misses her next strike. you can tell he is a very agile sort by the way he moves and uses only a rapier.

The Pirate Captain, now lacking a weapon and seeing that enguaging this lot any further in melee is a foolhardy task, moves back, flipping over one of his crew and moving to the back of the church.

The priests now try to retreat provoking a attack of opportunity while moving through the exstended reach of Robert and Semban.

both of you roll will saves. You also both get one attack of opportunity.

If Hal notices all the pirates running to escape, he will run back to the docks ahead of them. His intent is not to engage them but to note what ship they board looking like a bystander. He feels like he is not abandoning his crew because they are mopping the floor with evil clerics and pirates.

The strike interrupts his spell and with a look of defeat he goes to his knees as you withdraw your kukri from his back.

he has surrendered at this point. You can pursue the remaining priests and pirates if you all would like. If not we are out of combat. If so we will continue initiative.

if the head priest has surrendered, Keila will charge the pirate captain(or a pirate between them)

Idea for charge attack:
if the attack is strong enough to knock the target out, Keila could do a "charge-jump-and-grab-targets-head-to-smash-it-into-the-floor"-move, followed by taking a step back(to stand were she's spposed to be after a charge), dust herself of and grin at her next victim enemy

Still planning to position myself between the door to prevent anyone from escaping. But I assume this has already happened, since my initiative order has come and gone, lol.

Male Undine Shaman 3; Init +1; darkvision 60 ft.; Perception +4; AC 14, T 11, FF 13; 26 HP; Fort +3, Ref +2, Will +7;

Crap I've not prepared any restoration spells.

Beyond just letting the boy rest and protecting him there isn't much to do for him.

The head pirate scrambles past the priests , pushing them out of the way, heading into a door in the back of the room. The door closes and the rest of your opponents bang on the door spitting curses. Keila charges another pirate Slamming his head into the floor, after which the rest surrender and the priests follow suit. You are all out of combat.

Male Human Fighter 1| AC 18 T 12 FF 16 CMD 16 (18 v Trip and disarm)|5/12 HP | F +4 R +2 W +3 | Init +2 | Perc +6

Was the pirate captain within my reach for me to get an AoO when he ran?

Male Human (Rashemi) Occultist 3

So, to be clear, I had planned to block off the door on my turn, which should have happened prior to Ventra's turn, which you already resolved. Do, then, I get any opportunity to prevent the enemy captain's flight?

male human 1 crossblooded sorcerer

you are correct sir I should have let you attack, that was my bad. However there is a door in the back of the room and there would be no way for you to get over there without provoking a lot of attacks. Also the Pirate captain stayed out of both yours and Robert's reach. Aside from that the only door you were aware of at the time was the one you came in. If you would like however you may say you slayed another priest or pirate retroactively, however it doesn't really effect the outcome much. You wouldn't of had the movement to intercept anyone had you even known of the back room. I will try to be more vigilant about keeping track of initiative order. Further if anyone else thinks I may have made a mistake at some point feel free to address it. I will be sure to either fix it or exsplain why something happened the way it did. Any who the Pirate Captain positioning and escape were within the description as well as why it was difficult to chase him relative to your positions. Keila was the only one in relatively the same position to chase.

-Posted with Wayfinder

Male Human (Rashemi) Occultist 3

My apologies, I didn't see that it was through a back door. How far from me is it? I did make a pretty decent acrobatics check earlier, and movement permitting, I'd like to reposition in that direction instead. My impression was that there was just the one exit to block, so this changes things. Here, I'll even make a retroactive perception check to have seen the door earlier (I'm 10 feet tall and all ATM, so there probably isn't anybody obstructing my view of it).

excellent! Remember I never showed my face to those in the evil church. Also remember I have retreated to the docks to identify any others trying to make a play for their ship. Assuming it is the buttcrack of dawn and not too many people out I should be able to spot the captain as he enters the docks. Hal will just do a nondescript action and keep an eye out, like looking like a drunk that found a place to sleep it off.
