Yes, both groups of enemies are 20 feet from the door in different directions, so you may go in the direction of the Mongrelman guard (now defeated) and keep the other two out of range.

The magical darkness spreads 20ft out from their position to the door that the party came from. It is fully dark, and only those with Darkvision are able to see inside. Caliban and Sioned are inside while everyone else is outside.

Actually, darkness ignores all light sources but natural ambient light and magical light from spells 3rd level and higher. It is pitch black in that area right now. Here is the relevant F.A.Q. quote on how it works"
In such an area [an area of darkness], it automatically defaults to the ambient natural light level (the light level from natural sources, such as the sun, moon, and stars—not torches, campfires, light spells, and so on), and then reduces it one step.
The natural light level of this place is darkness (there are no windows or glowing fungus or anything), so the area is plunged into darkness. Feel free to adjust anything to your turn, if you want.

Sioned lends her healing powers to Suryani [Suryani -3HP], who waits at the door on the ready.
