Bjorkus |

Bjorkus looked to the little Opal in confusion and then back to Plugg.
"Let me have a drink first..."
"What are you planning? You got some magic that'll put them to sleep or something?" he whispered.

Bjorkus |

Bjorkus glanced at the strange bottle and studied the contents. Drinking things handed to him by strangers had gotten him into this mess. Maybe drinking things from strangers could get him out.
The bull minotaur tips the contents into his maw and belched loudly.
"Alright Plugg, you have a deal. I'll play with your boy."

Bjorkus |

Init: 1d20 ⇒ 14
Bjorkus roared and threw himself at the big pirate.
He followed up his jab with a sweeping clubbing from his horns.

Unarmed: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
Damage: 1d3 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Nonlethal Horns: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (11) - 2 = 9
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

DM Amazing Red |

Everyone but Bjorkus actually.
You notice he is blind in his left eye and he is easily telegraphed. You can make a DC 10 Bluff check to distract him from his clumsy attacks.
Opal moves through the crowd and gets Owlbear's attention. She briefly flashes the brute which gets a chorus of cheers from the crowd. "Nice t~$@!" He is now distracted, -2 to attacks basically.

Bjorkus |

The bull minotaur reared back as the Owlbear hit him surprisingly hard.
After spitting up a gob of blood, he pressed the attack.
Unarmed: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Damage: 1d3 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Nonlethal Horns: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (11) - 2 = 9
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
"What the hell are they feeding this guy? He hits like an ox."

DM Amazing Red |

As Bjorkus comes in for his second strike, Owlbear retaliates with his own punch.
AOO: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Nonlethal: 1d3 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Seeing his man losing though, Mr. Plugg gets fed up and tosses him a cutlass.
Owlbear catches the weapon, shrugs, and strikes at Bjorkus.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Lethal: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Bjorkus |

Bjorkus roared in pain as the cutlass opened a gash in the fur along his chest.
"You cheating bloody sod!" he growled.
Realizing that the big pirate's blade was quicker than his own fists, the bull minotaur lowered his horns and gored him.
Nonlethal Horns: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Damage: 1d6 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15

Kal Aldhemark |

Kal walks over to Bjorkus and holds out his hand. He speaks a little louder than is strictly necessary, and meets the minotaur's gaze meaningfully as he speaks. "I'd rather not stay on your bad side. You can have my rum whenever you want it... just... I don't like the idea of ending up needing as much healing as that guy. Truce?"
Cast CLW on the minotaur.
CLW: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

Bjorkus |

"F%#&ing pirates..."
Bjorkus raised an arm in victory as the crowd cheered and then picked up the large sack of coins.
He offered half the sum to Opal.
"Thanks. I couldn't have done it without that red stuff you gave me. What was it? For a minute, I swear I had wings."

Bjorkus |

Kal walks over to Bjorkus and holds out his hand. He speaks a little louder than is strictly necessary, and meets the minotaur's gaze as he speaks. "I'd rather not stay on your bad side. You can have my rum whenever you want it... just... I don't like the idea of ending up needing as much healing as that guy. Truce?"
Bjorkus studied the human and snorted even as the gash on his chest mended under the spell.
"You're a skinny furless piece of meat but you got a deal", the bull minotaur said with a rumble.

Opal Windsong |

With a shot in each hand, Opal decides to down one in order to free up a hand to take the offered money.
"Thanks Bjorkus. Though I don't know when we'll get much of a chance to buy any nice stuff. That stuff was just a little pick-me-up for when a person's drunk too much is all. You know, I bet they will think twice before messing you again."

Bjorkus |

"Yeah, I think that's the last time Fipps and his goons will try anything like this morning. Unfortunately, I think I pissed off Plugg. I thought I was getting on his good side."
Was Sandara around to watch the fight?

Bjorkus |

Bjorkus tied the pouch with the remaining coin to his waist.
"I'll see you lot in the morning. I'm off for some evening prayer."
The bull minotaur quickly found his way to Sandara.
"What did you think?" he asked boldly. "You probably knew Plugg was going to hand his boy a weapon."

Opal Windsong |

Basically picking someone at random, Opal moves over to one of the crew to talk to.
"Hi there, I was kinda looking for someone who's been on the ship for a while. The other's I've been talking to are new recruits like me. Just looking for some general advice on how to get by on this ship, I get the feeling at least one person doesn't really like me already and I'm wondering how bad that is for a person."
diplomacy on Peppery Longfarthing 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16

Bjorkus |

"I thought he'd have some honor", the minotaur rumbled. "Now I know what to expect from him at least."
"That blade Owlbear carved me up with was sharp - I think I'm still bleeding. We should find an open cabin so you can examine it", he said with a chuckle.

Bjorkus |

Bjorkus put a massive furry arm around both women.
"I don't think the priestess would mind a helper", he said with a soft rumble.
He lead both women below decks as he began to describe his injury in great detail.

DM Amazing Red |

"No I would not." She slyly answers.
As Bjorkus celebrates his victory, Opal tries to get some advice from a veteran crew member. She randomly picks the sailing master a woman named Peppery Longfarthing, an old friend of the captain. "Well, if you mean Plugg, he doesn't like anybody. He's the most paranoid sod I've ever met. Stick with your little friends, especially that big bull. He is impressive. If I was ten years younger.." She shakes her head out of her daydream. "I would avoid Patch and Kipper. They both be bootlickers of Pluggs. And I wouldn't flirt with the captain, not openly, unless you want to piss off Pluggs even more."

Chubwart |

Chubs kicks and punches the air while watching Bjorkus fight. He calls out instructions throughout the fight. Duck...Hands up...Move away from power...!
After the victory, he runs and jumps on Bjorkus. Bjorkus make gobgobs everywhere proud!! Chubwart proud!

Opal Windsong |

To Peppery: "Yes, he definitely impressive and not one you'd want to fight. Apparently a couple other women think so too. Check that out."
Opal waves over to where Bjorkus is heading below decks with each arm around a different woman and gives a little chuckle.
"Thanks for the advice and I will be watching my back."
Later as Kal asks if she's had enough rum. "Not at all. This is only my third shot." Opal giggles as if something is funny.
Did I still need to make a fort save again
