Hello gamers.

We need a Rogue, a Ranger, or an Assassin to round out our group.
Do you think you're up for the challenge? Here's the hook:

Background

Spoiler:
Our villains of the Ninth Knot are working for the last Cardinal of Asmodeus in all of Andoran. The Cardinal's long term plan is to overthrow the Andoran government.

Our villains are currently working on a 6 month ritual to release an archdaemon of pestilence from captivity. In this process, they are supported by a second group in the Cardinal's service: The Seventh Knot, led by Elise Zadaria, operating from a nearby town of Farholde.

Elise however, has been jealous of the Ninth Knot since day one; she feels she should've been the one doing the ritual. And, she intends to prove she can - by eliminating the Ninth Knot, eliminating our villains.

Fortunately, our Asmodean villains of the Ninth Knot have discovered Elise's plot, through clever trickery of their own!

Your Character:

Spoiler:

  • You are a member of the Seventh Knot.
  • You are loyal to the Cardinal and the greater goal; that's what got you this job in the first place
  • You've just found out about Elise's betrayal.
  • You were NOT in on the plan to betray the Ninth; Elise laid out this plan herself, with the help of one other member of the 7th Knot.
  • You do NOT agree with this plan – it goes against the wishes of the Cardinal.
  • You have decided to abandon the treacherous 7th Knot, and warn the 9th Knot about the plot.
  • You have tried to convince your brother/sister (also in the 7th knot) to come with you. If this succeeds, depends on if you choose to take the leadership feat: (S)He'll be your cohort.
  • Character building rules:

    Spoiler:

  • You're a L8 ranger or rogue and/or assassin. But you’ve got this awesome idea for <class X>! That’s great! But not in this game, sorry.
  • There are a bunch of character building rules that you can find in part 1 of this campaign
  • Lawful Evil alignment is required.
  • Leadership is recommended; see Masters of the Wicked in the Campaign Info tab.
  • If you think you’ve got what it takes...post here.
Tell us about yourself. What events from your past drove you to evil? Why do Cardinal Thorn's plans for taking over the country appeal so much to you?

    Impress us!

Just remember: the Prince of the Nessus does not like weakness.

Dotting for interest - how closely have you been following the AP?

    Dark Archive

That is quite an interesting question!
I'm the GM - I've been following the game quite intensely.
What about you, how closely have you been following us?

This game runs in Andoran instead of Talingarde. The campaign is quite awesome by itself so it doesn't need any sauce, except to make it work in Andoran. The more I can use from the adventures as written, the happier I am. I'm in no way lazy; but I am efficient.

    I'd be interested

I do have some questions though:
Is it ok to worship something other than Asmodeus, like one of the Whore Queens for instance?
How much leeway is there on the classes? Can I take some levels in something else as long as I keep true to the archetype? For instance, could I grab a level or 2 of Shadowdancer or turn the Rogue into an Arcane Trickster?

EDIT: Just realised the Arcane Trickster requires you to be non lawful, so that actually is out of the question unless you're ok with waving that requirement.

    EDIT2: The rolls
    Roll 1: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
    Roll 2: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
    Roll 3: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
    Roll 4: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16

What is focus and what is foible will depend on the answers to the questions so that also means which stat goes where will change, but this is the order.

    *Glides down on black wings*

Hello, potential fresh meat. I am Talon, the strix magus of our group. I look forward to...reviewing your credentials.

Hi guys! IB (our shortened name for the lovely/diabolical increddibelly) is a great DM, definitely one of the best I've had on or off the boards, and this is the most reliable and one of the funnest games I've ever been a part of.

I'll leave IB to answer any specific questions and to define the parameters as he wishes, but however your character comes they should have a large bundle of skills with them.

    1d10 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8=Wisdom
    1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16=Dexterity(+2 human)
    1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11=Intelligence
    1d10 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9=Consitution
    focue(strength)
    folible(charima)
    of course before attribute increases

Stats in cast I submit a character:
    a) 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
    b) 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
    c) 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
    d) 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17

Wow, now I really need to make a character with those rolls.

    Yeah I can't beat that

Considering submitting a Crimson Assassin. One of those PrC I have always looked at. Will decide what to use as the base class, rogue, ranger or some mix thereof.

Another question: Are you using the standard WotW 2 bonus skills ranks/level? Are there any other campaign bonuses or house rules that are being used? From the link in the first post, all I see is a link to the WotW Player's Guide. Just want to make sure that you are using all the rules/variations in there and not something else.

    Liberty's Edge

"Kaw! Well now, compliments from the blackbird?! Ans here I was thinking I'd seen it all...tsk, tsk... "

Meet Caladwhen's familiar. He's not nice.

We indeed have 2 extra skill points per level.
I'm sure I have forgotten soms other minor changes but to be honest, I'm more easily impressed by character than stats.

I am primarily a role player and make extremely detailed characters. I have a good track record for PbPs on these boards and I would like to think I can make a character you will find interesting. With that said, I have a few questions to see if either of my two concepts will fit your needs.

May we assume that you are looking for a rogue/assassin/ranger because of the skill points? A rogue will usually have 8/level, a ranger 6/level.

With that in mind, what would you think about a vivisectionist alchemist (4/level +3/level for Int), a gunslinger (4/level +1/level human +1/level Int) or a Ninja reskinned as a rogue (6/level).

All of those cover the same number of skill points and have similar class skills.

My backup concept is Agatha converted to a ninja. Agatha was made as a lunatic serial killer (CE) but can easily be reinivisioned as a cultist serial killer (LE).

Additionally, you mention us being able to take the Leadership feat and then mention a cohort. Are we required to take that cohort or can we make a different cohort?

My primary concept is a ratfolk assassin hired by the cardinal to kill his rival. I would want his cohort to either be a ratkin rogue/ninja or a rat ogre brute and would not be particularly interested in a human cohort.

No. Asmodeus, the nine layers of hell, devils and lawful contracts between them are key to this adventure path. The actions you're required to do between now and level 20 are of a kind that requires a clear devotion to the goal - you'll need the sort of methodical mind that aspires to join Asmodeus in hell as a reward for claiming Andoran in his name and plans his actions accordingly in order to achieve this goal.

    Cuàn wrote:

hell no. Whores are a distraction. Distraction is a weakness. Weakness is death.

    Cuàn wrote:

    even though I wrote:
That’s great! But not in this game, sorry.

To be honest, I dislike like min-maxing. If that's the reason, then no. There's a certain style in choosing a path and sticking to it, aspiring to become the best in what you are; that fits with the methodical theme of LE.

If you feel you cannot tell your character's story without a few levels of XYZ... well, better have a damn interesting character :)

Meet Tiadora, Our Cardinal's personal assistant. I think she's actually a devil of some kind, though, working for him for some unspeakable mutually beneficial contract.

"Deary, you may assume everything you want. But, usually, those that do, end up making an ass out of u and me."

The real reason is simply that we have no stealthy sneaky person in the group. We have lots of fire and lots of violent men, but no subtlety at all.

    Hilde wrote:
    a vivisectionist alchemist

No - we've already lost two alchemists. And CHA typically is their dump stat, so I don't think the third will be the charm either. ba-dum, tsshhh

    Hilde, about Leadership wrote:

No. It’s just a way to bring you and the cohort into the game in a way that makes sense. Go ahead and make up your own, just please run it by me first so we don’t break the world.

    Hilde wrote:

I’ll admit, that sounds very interesting. A bit ambitious though – the cardinal’s rivals are high in the double-digit levels. I don’t think he’d pick a level 8 assassin, he’d sooner summon a few Handmaidens into their bedroom.

Or - maybe you assassinated a rival many years ago, and you're still in his service now; ending up in the 7th knot? That would explain your loyalty to him as well.

    Hilde wrote:

I think that could indeed be a very interesting character, but I don’t see a Ninja work very well where we’re going. That class clashes with the infernal theme I’m aiming for; sort of like a weird Japanese cartoon trying to be too many things at once...

You do know the Whore Queens are servants of Asmodeus? They are all angels (and one psychopomp) who fell at the same time Asmodeus did. If anything, they are the epitome of ambition because they managed to claim their place in Hell despite the misogynous environment (because yes, Asmodeus thinks women are lesser beings) and they used deceit and manipulation to do so.

The one I think of is Eiseth, Whore Queen of Wrath and Vengeance and the original Erinye.

As for my character, I had two idea but one is impossible due to the alignment restriction on Arcane Trickster (idea was a Gnomish Illusionist/Assassin who gets his thrill from the kill).

The other idea is for a fallen Aasimar of the Plumekith variant who feels wronged by the society she originally chose to protect and has come to the conclusion they are not worthy of her. Now she hunts them for sport and to release her anger. That character would be a Ranger with Assassin levels who specialises in bow and arrow combat and uses poisons. Not quite sure how many Assassin levels as I'd like the animal companion to actually be useful.

I have another idea for a skill-monkey and party face type character, which you seem to want, but it's not a full Rogue or Ranger.

The basic idea is for a human man who descends from one of the noble houses that got displaced by the Andoran democracy. Originally he got by as a thief but he eventually found his calling in the church of Asmodeus and his been a fervent follower ever since, though he still employs his old tricks. Part of the reason he follows Asmodeus is that he hopes to have his house restored to it's former glory.

Basic idea is for 1 or 2 levels of Rogue, representing his old life, and the rest Cleric. With the skill access provided by the rogue, the human bonus, Fast Learner feat and high int he should be pretty good on the skill front and he has enough Charisma and skill (and knowledge of etiquette) to charm his way into an official banquet.

    That is the basic concept.

    Dark Archive

Cuàn - Both ideas seem more Chaotic Evil than Lawful Evil. Killing for the sake of killing doesn't seem that worthy a goal?

[edit] oh wait, something just happened. let me catch up.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but the party wants a rogue.
We already have a party face (green, ugly as heck, but he does the trick).
We already have magic types and violent types (in Talon's case, both) but We do NOT have a trap detector, a locksmith, a sneak and a scout.
    We'd like one, though.

The second concept I mentioned would actually fulfil all the requested roles, he'd just have magic to increase his ability. He is a trap detector, a locksmith, a sneak and a scout. Basically he'd be Rogue+ and if he doesn't have to aid in social situations that only means he can focus more on traps and the such. He could do everything a Rogue can and more.

Think of him as a rogue who can actually cast invisibility on himself (via Trickery domain) and create diversions to escape if things turn sour. His magic is there to support his role as a scout and a sneak, not the other way around.

Any issues with going the vampire feat chain? Thinking about a Weapon Master/Ranger/Red Mantiss Assassin.. Or Ranger/Rogue/RmA.. Or Rogue/RmA.. Any problems with any of these? Any of these builds would be sneaky and able to disarm etc..

You do realize that other than the vampire question, that is exactly the build I proposed about 10 posts up. I just call it a Crimson Assassin as that is what it is called on the d20 site because the actual PrC name is not open source.

Is there a problem with someone submitting a character with similar build as yours? The op has asked for a rogueish/assassin type character to apply.. Are you claiming rights to the RmA suggesting that noone else is allowed to use it? In all seriousness while our classes may be close, their backstories will be completely different.. From what i gather the fluff will be more important than class makeup for being selected..

I need an yay or nay on vampire feats before i build anyways.. Ill have to go back to the drawing board if its not..

I have no problem with it, just not sure you realized that there would be two similar builds.

    Str: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
    Focus Dex
    Con: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
    Int: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
    Foible Wis
    Cha: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Of course there are going to be similar builds, we're asking for a skillmonkey. We have enough party members who like to measure whose is longer (primarily me).

We don't want an optimized killing machine. In combat our party is terrifying and we have magic well under control. We need somebody who shines when there's not a single blade to be seen, somebody whose skill list is longer than the wizards spell list.

Gonna look into a different build until i here something on the vamp feats..

FOr now ill roll my stats though..

    1d10 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12 Con
    1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 Int
    1d10 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17 Wis
    1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 Cha

    18 Dex
    8 Str

I think ive decided to go away from vamp stuff and try this other build as it has grown on me developing it..

Question: Are we using WBL for 8th as starting gold or?

    Dark Archive

    Thanks, Talon :)

The characters are quite poor, at level 8 they have gear at around wbl 6, around 16k worth.
They have about 40k in cash, and skilled crafters in their service, so I expect they will resolve this soon; but you should aim for 12-16k as well.

    Ashe wrote:

Hey, I like this already ^_^

I must say that I really like that I would start at 8th because I'm a bit tired of doing levels 1-3 over and over. I also take it that the game is pretty stable because you've been playing so long and I'm very envious of that.

With that said, I think I'm going to have to take a pass on this one. Your group sounds like they've got a great dynamic going and while I'd love to join them, I like to have more room to create my own vision instead of trying to pigeonhole myself into a specific need.

You sound like a great GM and I'm impressed by the players I've seen so far. I wish you the absolute best in your game because you all seem so cool.

    Best wishes!

    Backstory:

Cole was born in the NE of Talingarde. His mother a beautiful woman and his father a loyal soldier and follower of Mitra. Cole was raised to believe in Mitra as well, but in his love of history he found out about how Talingarde used to be with temples to Asmodeous across the lands. He learned of the great purge the kingdom lead against these temples smiting them from the lands. Still curious of what Asmodeous was and meant he talked to his mother and father. Cole’s father comes from a long line of loyal servants of Mitra and the Kingdome, like his father before him and his father before him. He told stories to Cole of the triumph over these temples by his great grandfather, and to not speak of Asmodeous outside of the telling of these stories. His mother simply would smile and speak to how her family had nothing to do with either side really and Cole would be better focused on studying Mitra. Cole knew she was hiding something but couldn’t put his finger on it and she seemed adamant in keeping whatever it was hidden. To reinforce this Cole was sent to a monastic temple dedicated to Mitra.

Cole accepted the training but never fully bought into the belief of Mitra. It was here in his time of meditation and reflection that he received a vision. He shook it off at first thinking his mind was just playing tricks on him. The next week he was plagued with these visions in his sleep. Each one becoming more clear than the next. He saw men fall around him bearing the holy crest of Mitra, as he kneeled before a great horned demon receiving it would seem a blessing. He still didn’t know exactly what this meant, but it had seemed to open up the latent wickedness in his heart. He returned from the temple both bitter and resentful. He now felt contempt for his father and the others that blindly followed the Sun God. His father forced him into service upon his return. He was put under his father’s command. Now more curious than ever he tried to press his mother for more information on what she was hiding. He went as far as of accusing her of worshiping Asmodeous. She became very defensive and called upon his father to intervene. His father beat him into inches of his life, daring the boy to threaten his mother again. This was the final push the darkness in his heart needed.

Cole recovered and pretended to be the good boy his parents wanted. His father was quick to buy in and promoted Cole under his leadership. Cole used his new position to gather information on the patrols. It seemed an order had come down to his father to take his unit to aid a neighboring town that had fallen under raids from the goblinoids. Cole asked that he be allowed to go ahead and scout a day or two ahead. His father proud of the initiative allowed it. Cole went ahead, but he did so not as a scout. He had managed to steal a small supply of weapons and some light armor. He rode out with this in tow. He then arranged a meeting with a small raiding party. He offered up the weapons and armor and the time when the reinforcement would be coming. He even assisted in coming up with the ambush plan. All he wanted in return was to be alive and able to leave with his father who he wanted alive but bloodied and beaten. The deal was accepted and executed. The goblins did turn on Cole as well, but he expected this and was able to escape with his nearly dead father in tow. He showed up at home dropping the body in front of his mother.

Now you will tell me what I want to know or you will watch him die.
His mother now in tears dropped before him begging for her husband’s life.

I will tell you, just please don’t kill him. Not even your father knew of this. My grandfather was a high priest of Asmodeous. He passed the teachings to my father. He was killed in the purge and my father kept his worship hidden, trying to pass it to me. I am a follower of Mitra and turned against my father’s teachings. Are you happy now is that what you wanted to know?

Yes mother that will do. How dare you turn your back on the teachings. I will take up the rightful mantle.

With these words he embraced his mother and strangled her. He then slit the throat of his father. He covered the scene by hanging his mother with some rope from the rafters with a kicked over chair bellow her. She was clutching a bloody dagger. He then wrote out a note of confession of her secret worship of Asmodeous and how she finally was fed up of living with a follower of Mitra. She took advantage of him returning in his weakened state. She was then overwhelmed with remorse and decided to end her own life as well. Cole now had everything in place and was packed and ready to leave the next morning. What he didn’t know was his father’s unit survived and bested the goblins when the town militia came to their aid. The found the weapons and armor and got some of the goblins to confess in exchange for not being put to death. Cole was met that morning. He managed to convince the guards that he came home and went for a drink, his father still alive when he left. He returned to find the same scene. They bought this but he was taken in on the capital crime of desertion and supplying the enemy with weapons and information. He now has been taken to Brandiscar where he awaits his death, but he knows now it is his duty to bring the worship of Asmodeous back and follow in his great grandfathers path, though he knows not how yet.

I will do an alias and finish out the little details if selected. I didn't even bother with selecting spells yet. I think this may be what you guys are looking for.

Edit: Didn't see the wealth stuff till after I posted so judge based on background and character make up will adjust if selected thanks.

Similar to Hilde, I'm bowing out.

It sounds more like you want a glorified cohort instead of an actual party member.

Would an archaeologist bard fit the bill for your skill monkey needs?

Not bad Ashe. Love the backstory, but instead of Mitra the deity we work against is Sarenrae.

Also, IMHO, it might be better to spread out your skill points a little so you cover a few more things instead of just maxing a few skills.

The way you described it you want someone to do the traps and other menial tasks and stand back to let the big boys play when combat starts.

The silly part is that you have a wizard, who can do most things a rogue can already and the things he can't do he'll be able to do in a few more levels.

@hilde, sorry to see you go. You sounded like you could fit well with the group.

@Ashe, cool, good post. Thanks! (YES it's cool even though it's not a rogue)

@Cuàn, sorry you see it that way. Please don't get upset when people disagree with you. We're not going to discuss it any further though.

@born, yeah, it could work - but unfortunately Ashe snuck Cole in just before you... Would you consider an alternative?

Yeah sorry the background was for another WoTW I applied for I didn't change the little things. I can divide things up no problem. I didn't look to see what you all had covered so I just went focused for now. I think perception, stealth and DD are then only ones that need to be maxed the other 4 can be divided up. How are you guys on Knowleges or just let me know where your lacking.

Disclaimer I played this AP in RL to the end of book 2 so through the ritual you guys are doing. Our group then fell apart and I have really been wondering what happens after. I have avoided spoilers so I can experience it first hand. I also and an avid poster. I post many times a day while at work from the hours of 7am-4pm eastern time M-F I check in on the weekends and post as needed as well.

I understand. Sorry for disturbing the thread with my rant, I probably shouldn't have done that.

I wish you best of luck with the game and the best of luck to all applicants.

I am as well. I will join IB in not discussing it further, good day Cuàn.

@Ashe. Yeah we do things a little differently, no worries. Yes some of the skills you did invest in are certainly some of the major ones we are worried about, so good choice on that. There are different stances on how to distribute skill points: some believe it's better to max out a few skills, others believe in getting a broader but shallower skill base. I typically max out if plying a caster type, but on others I keep things broad.

If you want to see what skills are not covered you should hop over to the players tab and take a glance at the profiles. Here are our active members:

She' an infiltrator, a seed sower, designed to tear society apart from within.. And she's good with a lock or 2..

Eh, Ashe's submission looks solid and I've prolly got enough on my plate as it is. My barchaeologist already exists so I would have just modified her to fit your campaign and she is unfortunately the only skill monkey I have more or less ready to go; I tend to favour divine characters, got plenty of those hehe.

Thanks for the quick reply but I think I will take a pass on this one--too bad because I haven't played any mid-level toons in PF yet. Hope you find what you're looking for to complete your group.

After looking you guys are pretty coverd in skills besides for Disable Device and Stealth. You don't have a good K. Local. So I will change the 8 points from Escape artist and the 8 from UMD and put 1 point in all Knowleges and have 7 ranks in local. That will make local a +13 and all others will be at +7 and I will be able to take 10 with loremaster on all to aid someone and once a day I can take 20. This still leaves bluff, disguise, stealth, perception and DD maxed for the infiltrator/spy abilities and with the rogue tallent trap finder I get an auto roll withing 10'

being a bard will also let me cast Haste freeing up the wizard to do other things and everyones favorite, except for undead, good hope for that shiny +2 moral bonus to stuff :)

So you guys have explored the horn and are starting the Ritual? is that where your at?

Yeah, more haste! I picked up that spell myself, but as a magus I never have enough actions in combat to do everything I can.

Yeah we're partway through the ritual, but we're taking the initiative against the 7th knot so we might be straying a bit from the strait AP.

A more updated version on her.. There may be a minor tweak here and there, but she's pretty much finished.. Ill get a backstory up in her profile latter today or tm..

    --------------------
    Special Abilities
    --------------------
Art of Deception (Ex): A master spy adds her class level to all Bluff, Disguise, and Sense Motive checks.
Bardic Knowledge (Ex): A bard adds half his class level (minimum 1) on all Knowledge skill checks and may make all Knowledge skill checks untrained.
    Bardic Performance: See Spoiler..
Death Attack(Ex): See spoiler.. (DC 17)
Dreamspeaker: Elves with this racial trait add +1 to the saving throw DCs of spells of the divination school and sleep effects they cast. In addition, elves with Charisma scores of 15 or higher may use dream once per day as a spell-like ability (caster level is equal to the elf's character level).
Master of Disguise (Ex): A master spy can create a disguise in half the time normally required. In addition, any penalties from assuming a disguise of a different gender, race, age, or size are reduced by 1.
Poison Use: Assassins are trained in the use of poison and cannot accidentally poison themselves when applying poison to a blade (see Poison).
Save Bonus against Poison: At 2nd level, the assassin gains a +1 saving throw bonus against poisons. This bonus increase by +1 every two levels.
Silent Hunter: Elves with this racial trait reduce the penalty for using Stealth while moving by 5 and can make Stealth checks while running at a –20 penalty (this number includes the penalty reduction from this racial trait).
Uncanny Dodge (Ex): At 2nd level, an assassin cannot be caught flat-footed, even if the attacker is invisible. He still loses his Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. An assassin with this ability can still lose his Dexterity bonus to AC if an opponent successfully uses the feint action against him.
Improved Uncanny Dodge (Ex): An assassin can no longer be flanked. This defense denies a rogue the ability to sneak attack the assassin by flanking him, unless the attacker has at least four more rogue levels than the target has assassin levels. Equvalent Level = 6th

She has 108 skill ranks covering basically everything in the book besides a couple..

I also have to create her a level 6 cohort.. Any suggestions on that one? A cleric for more heals? A sorcerer for more arcane spells? A barbarian?

Enter the ice princess, fashionably late as ever...

Some good ideas and submissions so far, looking forward to reading these in more detail!

As to some of the discussion from earlier, I won't belay the issue any further except to say that we had a skilled/stealthy operative character in the initial recruitment group whom we lost awhile back; we had been hoping to fill that gap, hence the somewhat more focused attention to classes like Rogues/Bards/Rangers/Assassin's etc.

@Were Cala's cohort is a Cleric of Urgathoa, so don't feel limited in creating a cohort with the express purpose of healing unless you want too.

Here's my proposed character.. Crunch isnt complete yet, but you get the idea where im going..

    hahaha, wuh-wait-what? can-see-where-you're-going? Honey, you're Everywhere! Excellent.

Meet our resident poltergeist, by the way:
"Another Elf? mwahahaa... Be prepared to deal with a vengeful witch who seems to feel she is elegance embodied. Oh, look, here she is now."
    *points to above post*

Feels that she is elegance embodied? No no my dear, she is elegance embodied (though I won't deny the witch part).

    ;)

Well then. they'll be 2 peas in a pod.. Bestest of friends for sure!

My initial plan was to go with the vampire feats and head towards red mantis assassin, but getting no feedback of whether the feat chain was allowed to decided this route.. A bit less combat effective, but equally as good socially, if not better.. I plan on flip-flopping Master Spy and Assassin the rest of the way.. Considering working into twfing over the next few levels for more combat effectiveness..
