1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Do I survive?

Well the keg can do max damage of 30, and since the game uses Max roll on HD x 1.5 to get the hp, so unles you got 7 Con, D6 hitdice and -2 racial to Con, boom or no boom you will survive :P
