This is for Pathfinder 2E. And this is my 100th post as Frozen Frost.
After running games with a wonderful group of players for 2.25 years, we finally achieved our long-term goal of bringing everyone’s characters to level 5. It was a steady and committed journey, with no one leaving the campaign—save for one beloved player who sadly passed away this year.
Now that this campaign has concluded, I am looking to form a new group of six players for another adventure through a series of repeatable PFS scenarios. This new run will begin with fresh, level 1 (0 XP) PFS-legal characters. I’m seeking players whose characters can work well with others, so party composition and class synergy will be taken into account. Most importantly, I’m looking for players who can commit to the full progression up to level 5.
The following repeatable PFS scenarios will be run throughout the campaign:
Level 1
• S99-01 The Second Confirmation
• S99-02 United in Purpose
• S03-01 Intro: Year of Shattered Sanctuaries
Level 2
• S04-01 Intro: Year of Boundless Wonder
• S01-14 Lions of Katapesh
• S05-12 Mischief in the Maze
Level 3
• S05-01 Intro: Year of Unfettered Exploration
• S01-23 Star-Crossed Court
• S03-13 Guardian’s Covenant
Level 4
• S06-01 Intro: Year of Immortal Influence
• S01-06 Lost in the Spirit Road
• S06-05 Silver Bark, Golden Blades
We will utilize the following tools for various aspects of our campaign: RPGChronicles website as the platform for the Sign-Up Sheets; Google Sheets for managing Character Info and Macros; and Google Slides for displaying NPCs and Maps during gameplay.
If you’re interested, please answer the following questions in your posting below:
1. What is the ancestry and/or class of the character you plan to bring, and what can it mechanically contribute to the group?
2. Will you be able to post regularly, preferably at least once daily and once on weekends, and provide botting instructions when you’re away?
3. Are you amenable to using the block initiative system, in which PCs in the active block may post their actions, resolved in posting order; the GM rolls secret checks unless DCs are provided; players roll their own saving throws; and the following symbols are used in combat posts: ◆ (one action), ◆◆ (two actions), ◆◆◆ (three actions), ↺ (reaction), ◇ (free action)?
4. Most importantly, are you willing to commit to playing with the same group for the long term, barring unexpected personal events that may prevent you from continuing?
Recruitment will remain open until 30 November 2025. After that date, a post will announce the closing of recruitment. I will then review all applications over the following days and notify the selected players via private message. Once the selection is complete, a post will be made to announce that the players have been chosen.

1. What is the ancestry and/or class of the character you plan to bring, and what can it mechanically contribute to the group?
Planning to bring a Contemplative Investigator.
The intention would be a bit of an Int/Wis/Cha-focused skill monkey, with the added benefit of some non-physical ranged attacks (including a light dusting of spells)
2. Will you be able to post regularly, preferably at least once daily and once on weekends, and provide botting instructions when you’re away?
Yes.
I have no issues with that.
4. Most importantly, are you willing to commit to playing with the same group for the long term, barring unexpected personal events that may prevent you from continuing?
Having both run and played in several APs on the boards, I would have no issues with that.

1. I have flexibility here as I have multiple 1st-level characters who've never taken a mission.
- dwarf inventor (weapon innovation) who is built as a front-liner
- catfolk witch with many scholarly curiosities and often feels more like a wizard (a mage, supporter/field control/ranged striker).
- a conrasu animist (medium) who is an effective battle field control/area damager in addition to healer.
- a human (suli) merchant thaumaturge who's built for combat
- fetchling water kineticist who's also somewhat rogue'ish and has a breaking and entering history.
- elf druid whose discipline of nature is from a multidisciplinary magic school, and not from living in the wild (but studies, ventures into, understands nature). A druid who would function a bit more like a wizard with knowledge coverage.
- leshy alchemist who's concoctions are smoothies (but is still an effective bomber) - NOTE This character is meant to pair with one created by Warah, in the case that she applies and joins.
2. Yes.
3. Yes.
4. Yes.
Warah
|
1a: A fungus leshy undead sorcerer that was made to be the spouse of Moist Definitely's leshy alchemist. She loves his smoothies after they've "gone bad". She's more of an offense-focused caster and can do some healing.
1b: A jotunborn guardian who channels her maternal instincts into keeping her team safe and making sure they eat their vegetables. Obviously a frontliner tank, with a focus on mobility.
2. Yes
3. Yes
4. Definitely! I prefer playing with the same group of people over time. The RP is so much better that way.

I was thinking Human Bard, but I see that's already out there, so let me offer:
1) A half-elf (aiuvarin) Outwit Ranger / Butterfly Blade, focusing on Recall Knowledge. He'll be assisting the party with Recall Knowledge.
2) Yes.
3) Yes.
4) Yes. This is my preferred way of playing. It offers a chance to develop relationships between the characters.

1. Dwarf Inventor (Construct Innovation) - a utility PC that can do decent melee damage/tanking/healing in the frontline and provide additional ranged damage from the back. Effective in scenarios and circumstances wherein crafting is heavily utilized. He is also resistant to fire/hot environments.
2. Yes
3. Yes
4. Yes
I'm quite new to the game and this would be a great opportunity to familiarize myself with the different mechanics and fun adventures pathfinder has to offer. I also like the idea of committing to playing with the same group for a long time. It gives us the chance to witness the character development of each other's PCs.
I'll do my best in creatively roleplaying my character's personality and background which will add more depth during the scenarios.

I'm seeing:
1) Seven Coppers the Bard (Blake's Tiger)
2) Dwarf Paladin of Torag (Mr Nevets)
3) a Contemplative Investigator (Luke_Parry)
4) awakened animal Commander or contemplative Magus (Super Zero)
5) 7 different characters (PaleDim)
6) Tengu Elemental metal Sorcerer (infomatic)
7) A fungus leshy undead sorcerer or A jotunborn guardian (Warah)
8) A half-elf Outwit Ranger / Butterfly Blade (Tarandor)
9) Inhin Yero a Dwarf Inventor w/ Construct Innovation (KEMIKO)
10) "Maddegan", Chirurgeon Alchemist / Barbarian

"Interesting"
Straigtening her glasses, the scholarly looking woman who appears to be in exceptional health herself examines the bounty board "I just finished two years in med school - sure could use a sabbatical" she looks around at the multiple 'test subjects' also considering making the two-year commitment, and smiles not without some malevolence, her darker nature, much concealed below the surface of her cordial face-forward personality, relishing the opportunity to test a few new compounds on the 'willing' without so much as a mediating institution able to intervene on the 'research'...
...writing "healer" down on the "qualifying skills" section of the application, she twists her nose "Close enough" she estimates, threading the fine needle of meeting her scientific needs while pupporting to meet the entrance requirements of the endeavor itself.
Musing to the next player to sign "I wonder when they'll be announcing the lucky selectants" chuckling to herself.
ΩΩΩ ΩΩΩ ΩΩΩ ΩΩΩ ΩΩΩ
Chirurgeon Alchemist who will take Barbarian Dedication. She will contribute to healing, frontline-fighting, and INT skills. I can post daily, near-always use ◆◇↺ to communicate game mechanics, am down with block initiative, and in it for the long haul. Thanks for the consideration!

Wow, a big list already. I am posting this under my name since the character I would like to submit was made last week on HeroLab Online and I have not posted onto the website yet.
(1): Esskele is a Bakuwa Lizardfolk Fury Instinct Barbarian withe the Trailblazer background. In addition to his obvious combat capability, he has balanced Attributes and is skilled in Cartography and Warfare Lore, should they come to be utilized.
(2): I am retired so I log in/out to check on progress every few hours EST, but I also sleep funny ours so almost anytime night and day post are possible every day.
(3): I have taken to posting my actions with the (1-action/2-action/2- action) breakdowns.
(4): I do not see a problem playing with others for a long period of time. However, I do acknowledge that others may have a problem with me. I have had a few problems with in the past due to my strong opinions and slightly sarcastic nature at times. If there is such a problem I will respectfully withdraw from the game to maintain group harmony and an enjoyable game for everyone.

1. Miel Archembault. Human Guardian. Tanking and taunting.
2. Yes.
3. Yes.
4. Yes. I've been looking for a long-term group so I can focus on building and fleshing out one character, so if considered, this group will help me achieve that.Inhin Yero. I see what you did there. Ang witty ng name!
HAHAHA! Uy! Thanks for the compliment. Crossing my fingers na mapili tayo.

1. Vine Leshy Barbarian: maximum offense, out-of-combat healing, philosophical wisdom checks, ludicrously incorrect advice
2. Certainly! I usually go on a couple long vacations each year, but I’ll always provide advance notice and botting instructions.
3. Definitely!
4. Indubitably! One can develop more meaningful character relationships with the same group than in a one-shot.

1. I want to play through this with my brand new wayang psychic.so better not the frontline for him but the dark shadows. He can help with his social skills and his spells.
2. Yes
3. Yes
4. Yes, that’s what I research the most. I already had this chance sometimes for some months and once for 2 years.

1. What is the ancestry and/or class of the character you plan to bring, and what can it mechanically contribute to the group?
I'd bring a Duskwalker Human Commander. He'd bring damage soaking (with plant banner), reach melee fighting (with a guisarme) and a ton of skills. He'd be somewhat of a scholar knight of sorts.
2. Will you be able to post regularly, preferably at least once daily and once on weekends, and provide botting instructions when you’re away?
Yes, no problem.
Yes.
4. Most importantly, are you willing to commit to playing with the same group for the long term, barring unexpected personal events that may prevent you from continuing?
Absolutely, our first run was a blast and I'd love to give it another go.

1. I'd bring a cinder rat (ratfolk, cindersoul ifrit, phoenix sorcerer. for phoenix bloodline i have the boon which is for all my PFS characters, so it still can start at lvl 1 with 0 xp).
Mechanically would offer the party:
- some magic (primarily offensive, but some buffs like guidance and runic body/runic weapon depending on what the party needs),
- high CHA for diplomacy,
- very minor healing (1d4 area healing every 10 minutes via bloodline),
- and blood magic will give my PC temp hp
In general I can be pretty flexible and I don't mind rolefilling if needed either.
2. Yes
3. Yes
4. Yes, I really enjoyed doing something similar with bounties and seeing the stories built together. And in this case also because I haven't played almost half of those (S05-12, S05-01, S03-13, S06-01, S06-05)

1. Just created a character with the Automaton Ancestry and Gun Slinger class (profile to be added soon). At second level, I'm considering adding a cleric multi-class to reflect the character's devotion to the construct deity Brigh. So the character brings both ranged and melee capabilities and will eventually be able to do a little cleric support.
2. Yes. I'm retired, so I usually check posts two times a day, every day.
3. All good.
4. Yes. I'm a GM of a PF 1E Reign of the Righteous AP that has been running since 2017. I've participated in a number of other long running campaigns.
| GM Star Drake |
1. Yes. Interested to bring a Kobold Fighter or Guardian. He will take the front line and help protect members of the party while adding damage. Its based on a mini I picked up recently which is basically a stocky kobold in a barrel.
2. Yes. I might have more limited interactions when I travel but will still be able to post.
3. Yes.
4. Yes, definitely would like to play with the same group and build deeper relationships and RPing.

1) I am thinking of a Centaur/Guardian. It will provide protection to the group, and, if there is a Commander in the group, a mount and special protection to the Commander.
2) Most days I post multiple times (except for Saturday). Occasionally I must take two (at most three) days, but, I will give fair warning for that. I will also include BOT instructions.
3) Block initiative is fine. I'm actually a fan of the GM rolling saving throws if that will speed along the action. (Though, I only rarely use it in the two campaigns I'm running.)
4) I prefer long-running campaigns. One of the campaigns I'm currently running is in it's second year. A prior campaign I was in, sort of faded out after five years (we weren't able to encourage a replacement GM).
I've got a spreadsheet of a path to seventh level using only repeatable PFS scenarios. Here's the link. I need to update it for the seventh season.

...I'm a GM of a PF 1E Reign of the Righteous AP that has been running since 2017. I've participated in a number of other long running campaigns.
Got a little mixed up on that. I've run both a Wrath of the Righteous and Reign of Winter AP on PBP boards here. The ROW is still going in the 4th AP book now.
Also, I decided my gunslinger's deity will be Casandalee, as a goddess of artificial intelligence, that makes more sense, although ze still reveres Brigh.

And now:
1) "Seven Coppers" the Bard (Blake's Tiger)
