On my initiative (16), since Kemnebi asked me to swap Thoron instead of him, and the psicrystal should now be at the tunnel entrance, I will swap Thoron for the psicrystal. Since the crystal is a construct, it should be immune to some of the creature's abilities, and that'll get Thoron out of the grapple.

ok; the creature has no inherent spell disruption, or magic or psi resistance so this works; Thoronhen is now 40 ft from where he was unless he chooses to resist for some reason. it is cold in the tunnel; not not yet damaging. The Phantom waits its initiative....who is its next victim; only time will tell :)

"Shards & Shells" He whispers to June and his familiar. "I Know what those are,..."
"SHADES!!!" He all but screams through the mindlink. Swiftly he claps his hands together, his shoulders hunching with concentration. WHen he opens his eyes, they shine in the darkness with a silvery light. In an instant the silver light spreads to shine from his entire body, and the area is now brightly lit, revealing the 3 shadowy forms menacing the party.
"Strike now while they are revealed!" He commands through the link. "When I expend the spell to blast them, the light will be extinguished! Hurry!"
His voice through the link seems different somehow. Calmer, more sure of himself, as if for this one moment, he knows his purpose.
Cast Light of Lunia as Sorcerer. Bright illumination for 30', dim for another 30'. Next round I can fire 1 or 2 rays of light doing double dmg to undead. Each ray is half of the light. This is the spell I chose to tie into his background.

with my movement I drop my dagger free action and draw the lightning xbow. I then fire at the shadows 24=12+8+4 fystors spell 48% to overcome the incorporeal though so it does not hit. Through the mind link Wow that was interesting. I was getting sheeted on me then all of a sudden I was cold.

You do not need a magic weapon to affect incorporeal (I do not think.) You DO have a 50% miss chance unless your weapon/spell is Ghost Touched or a force effect though.
Magic weapons have a 50% chance, mundane ones miss outright.

it is partially substantial; you did do some damage, but it has no front or back or flank or body parts or anything like that.

This is fine; but your init will be the same as thiers; 12 as they are flying and wont land until 12; you can go first though with your charge at Kenembi area.
On the next round, full charge at one of the shadows.
Attack roll 1d20+12+2 charging+6 bonuses+2 flanking= 39, %roll 63, damage 1d8+9= 15 damage, (spear is both magic and cold iron)

'Nebibit?' Kemnebi mouths silently as the other feline humanoid's mental voice comes through the mindlink. A grin lights his face as he realizes the implication. His joyous response rings through the link.
'Nebibit! You're alright! Where ARE you? What's wrong? Wha,... NnGyaah! Overhead! Ladies! Above you! I made myself a target!'
Kemnebi's mental cry of joy turns to a shout of (not quite) panic in Nebibit's mind as he reacts to something she can't see.
Above, the mage puts out an arm to keep the lady June behind him as he backpedals away from the shadows' approach. Use my move action to move away from the shadows, if possible. Dragging June with me.
Seeing he isn't going to be able to keep out of their way, Kemnebi stops, crouches slightly, and flexes his gloved hands. With a barely audible 'snikt' his gloves extend into long claws. The mage's eyes eyes dart around the room as his mind races, looking for a way to escape the shadows.
"Now I understand what Master meant by 'NOT painting a target on your forehead'." He mutters to himself as he eyes the closest shadow.
"Come and get it," He snarls, "This cat has claws!"
OK, now have used a standard action to cast Light of Lunia, move action to put more distance between me (and June) and the shadows (if possible), and activated my gloves so I am not considered 'unarmed' if I get the chance to make an attack or AoO. I think that;s all I can sqweeze out of this round!

I'm a little confused about the layout. tunnel is 'behind' me, carts were to one side of me, and Namaste was to the other side, as she was examining the sand? Where is the pool again? Definitely AWAY from Namste/Jewel, probably not towards the carts as that is another battle, so, either the tunnel or pool, whichever has more 'open/safer' space near it. I know he can't outrun them, he's just trying to keep enough distance away so they can't attack him this round, giving others time to close and then next round he can cast or use his Light of Lunia Rays. So probably not the tunnel as that would be away from people that can help him. Let's say pool. Final answer. ;)

On my next initiative, I will try to swap out Jewel for the Psicrystal, if it is clear of the Sheet Phantom, or for Falco (ordering Falco to move to the ground during his last iniative, whatever it was - Val has his stats), so she doesn't end up plummeting from the ceiling) if it is not.
If I get attacked before I can manifest the power to Dimension Swap Jewel for the psicrystal or Falco, whichever one is in the clear, I will expend my psionic focus, which gives an automatic 15 on Concentration plus my regular Concentration bonus, which is 14, for a total Concentration check of 29. But that's only if the Shadow attacks me first.

If Namaste succesfully swaps Jewel with the Psi Crystal. My move action will be to put myself between Jewel and the Sheet Phantom. Otherwise I will hold my ground and keep fighting the thing.
