Menrozzar's flail bashes the hobgoblin's head in, spraying blood and bones to the ground as the lifeless body of the creature slumps to the ground.
As the hobgoblin on the branch turns to look at his dead mate Gavin's arrow strikes his side making him lose his footing and fall to the ground. Unfortunately for the party the fall barely hurts him.

Suddenly Kyli was in a fight for her life. Feeling feint from the loss of blood, she tried a wild slash against the leg of her enemy.

The hobgoblin fighting Kyli sees his mate fall down and attacks with renewed vigor, but the half-elf avoids the sword easily.
The two facing Malachi keep moving to have him flanked and strike simultaneously, the aasimar manages to deflect one of the swords but the other strikes his leg.
Menrozzar's enemy stares wide-eyed at the crushed head of his mate barely regaining composure before trying to strike the Chessenthan and failing.
The one that fell from the tree stands up and moves towards the caravan as he draws his sword.

Kleth removes a dagger from his hip sheathe.
He releases it and it flies at the foe that bedevils Malachi!

Though it does little damage, the weapon flies right back to the hand of the mage and he holds it at the ready before the hobgoblin that vexes he and Kyli.

However the one facing Malachi still feels he can defeat the paladin and makes a last desperate attack, the aasimar can't avoid it and, unable to stand his wounds, falls to the ground.
