No not feats, just mindset. I would like to ask each of you to really evaluate the situation you're all in. Work with each other (either in the discussion, or ooc in the gameplay) to determine a better course of action. Don't forget to use skills, especially knowledge/spellcraft skills, in order for your characters to understand the situation better.

Is the hide armor hide shirt light armor or hide medium armor? Can't find a price for the ear rings and the poison needs to be identified.

I have to say this, I think we should either destroy the unholy symbols or entrust them to the church. Maria is for the loots but as a player, I want those things destroyed in case they might come back to bite us in the ass later.

In the meantime, I would like to congratulate you all on being the first group to ever successfully rescue Ameiko. My other groups never cared enough to bother rescuing her. I know that sounds ludicrous, but they were not into making connections with NPCs at all, and barely even knew who Ameiko was.
Shameful. Innkeepers are an adventure's best friend.

I haven't played Rise of the Runelords this far before (amazing as it may seem), but I find that really strange TreasureFox. Because even if you don't strive for connecting to NPCs, you are still supposed to be the good guys/gals, right?
This is the first time I have played Rise of the Runelords at all really. But even then, I love Ameiko as a character, always have. I have run Jade Regent so I am familiar with her.
What is the connection there? I saw her mentioned and was surprised to see it. And I don't get that, I mean, I understand being closer to the PCs, but not bothering to cultivate any type of relationship with the locals?
This also strangely enough not the first time I've played a game where we saved a character that the GM had never seen survive that module before.
Depends on the NPC I guess. Kind alike Council of Thieves, the whole 'rebel group' that is set up in Book 1 pretty much vanishes aside from the two leaders in book 2 unless everyone works with them.
Yeah in Jade Regent she's a very major character, practically a DMPC. I've never actually played/read through it though. Lol my group was essentially a walking mercenary group of absolute death and destruction. But anyways, I digress. I'm quite happy with our game, near-deaths included =P

so loot. If we still have a small masterwork studded leather armor from the goblins Cleo can use it. Storywise since she doesn't want to wear goblin armor she can use it to modify her own armor to masterwork. She'll happily carry any healing potions.
Other than just a share of what we end up selling. I'd say be fair about distribution, let people claim what they want and not worry about shares on anything other than what we sell. A strong group is more important than complete distribution.

In theory I agree but in practice what if someone isn't getting what they need to keep up with everybody else. Ans my 2 cents I'd rather handle the loot in character. Loot is one of the most ooc moments as everybody argues about what their character needs. I'd like to go against that and keep it ic as another chance to rp

As DM, it doesn't really matter to me what tactic you use as long as it works. As for IC, just try to play reasonably fairly so Cleo isn't lvl 8 without a penny to her name, and Maria is lvl 8 with an adamantine vorpal dagger.
