Nysha of the Silent Shadows |

Nysha curses in her mind. Nysha have always considered that Losing total control over herself is unprofessional, and The beverage indeed seems strong. But she can't backtrack now or would not have a change with the soldiers
Fort save?: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

GM Infinity |

Virgil, 5 guards including the driver. 2 sitting on the barrels in back, 2 in front, and 1 walking next to it. They are going at a walking pace...meaning they will probably make it through the keep's murder hole in....
Time Clock Minutes: 1d10 ⇒ 3
...minutes. They are taking the southwest road.
Nysha, you manage to slam the beverage like a champ. What's next?
Garan she nods and grins mischievously "..oh..I've been preparing for a few weeks..." and hands you a few labeled bottles, and explains how to use each one.
Poisons
Malyss Root Paste: 1d3 ⇒ 3
Terinav Root: 1d3 ⇒ 3
Oil of Taggit: 1d3 ⇒ 2
Blue Whinnis: 1d3 ⇒ 3 doses

GM Infinity |

Hehe, fair enough. You could probably do a knowledge local to get a sense of what kind of threat they might pose, or just ask someone trusted. There are two main types of guards so it would be at least 2 rolls. They are almost always encountered in groups of 2 keep, 3 militia (ie, at their normal watchtower posts). Keep guard are a bit meaner looking than militia. Later there's lieutenants and sargents, and of course captain Blacklock...they would all be separate rolls.
To be blunt, don't feel too scared about going up against them from the perspective of your character going negative. The module assumes you guys will mess with them quite a bit ;) A much more likely consequence would be exposing yourself plot-wise, or getting incarcerated.

GM Infinity |

Nysha, would you like to ask questions or start some kind of spying in there before we advance the time?
Noya, would you like to further your air spores scheme tonight, before advancing time?
Garan/Virgil, anything else tonight?
Sorry guys after my last post my laptop battery died and I realized I left my charger in class... xD

Nysha of the Silent Shadows |

Nysha, would you like to ask questions or start some kind of spying in there before we advance the time?
Having had witnesses of her drinking skills, Nysha will spent time with the guards drinking, sharing stories and gaining the guards trusts.
Bluff for acting role?: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28

GM Infinity |

Nysha, most of the stories the guards share are innocuous or cliche, but one of the keep guard seems to let out a few important details: "...so there at the tower's front door I can see its Charlie, but I says to him I says...whats the password? Like he was a bloke off the street, just to rustle him a bit eh? Brick-brain curses me, forgetting the magics read the next words spoken, you know...lightning bolt through the arse, I mean straight through the arse!! Ha-ha-ha..." most of the keep guard join in laughter knowingly, while the militia seem to be out of the loop.

GM Infinity |

Noya, by the time you get back to the tavern, the guards which were pointed out to you earlier are already quite drunk. They are currently arguing quite sloppily over what is probably a fat whore. It seems Lucky Ben has done his part.
So, just explain how you deliver it. I assume you slip it into a drink? How do you deliver it? Etc, just a small description to bring it life and I'll figure out what to roll for success/fail

GM Infinity |

Wow, its been since Thursday. We can come back to Noya's plot sometime. How about we move on?
You all get a good nights rest at the Dead Well, but very early in the morning you hear the sounds of war. Rushing to the streets it is apparent that the Baron's forces are now armed with great machines, catapults, and are wheeling them steadily towards the central intersection. Surely they are targeting Dakovya's position.
You note the catapults are armed with the marked clay casks from the Alchemy Shoppe. Guards surround the 3 catapults in groups of 5, while others clear a wide area about the launch sites. They are quickly preparing to fire.

Virgil Geryon |

At a lost as to continue: looks as if the fighting may start. Would like to sabotage those catapults...
Virgil casts Message on each of the group prior to wandering over by the catapults.

GM Infinity |

Ok, on map, perimeter is red circle (moving within this circle undetected requires stealth). All guards are militia and shown on map. Sewer entrances are pink circles, rooftops are as shown.
Cart with ammo also labeled. Unless init is rolled, no keeping track of movement necessary.

Virgil Geryon |

Who's up for some fun! Anyone care to destroy/sabotage the ammunition cart?, Virgil whispers.
The gentlemanly 1/2 orc sauters over and around toward the cart.
Once concealed behind some cover, the Mesmerist uses Fearsome Guise trick on himself, looking like a guard.
He then comes from the North (?) heading toward the cart.

Nysha of the Silent Shadows |

@ The night before
The tower's front door seems to be magically protected, a password is needed to avoid it's magic.
@ At the present
Whispering: I can go unseen and do some sabotage, but I need to do it quickly, so I first need to know exactly where to go.

Noya Yuuki Aiba |

----
For the egg plan Noya prepares the eggs such that they taste and are the same, just that she added air spores to add to it's gassy aftermath.
Noya asks Ben to get one of the barmaids to serve the men the special pickled eggs so as to make sure everything appears as normal.
And to keep up the story give to Viaran she also bakes some cakes using less yeast and some airspores to make it a true.

GM Infinity |

Ok, you set the DC at 15 with the take 10. I'll add +5 for your details and +5 for them being wasted.
vs 25: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
vs 25: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
The undercover guards barely take a second thought before gobbling down the sour little eggs instantly, belching absurdly loudly and falling asleep shortly thereafter. It will probably take a few hours for the hidden spores to reach deeply into their digestive tracts.
hours: 1d10 ⇒ 6

Virgil Geryon |

Perfect, actually.
Virgil approaches the lone guard.
Stepping right up to him, the disguised 1/2 orc claps the man hard on the shoulder.
You look like you could use a drink! No worries, I come on duty in a few any ways. I can relieve ya, mate.
bluff nonchalant thuggery: 1d20 + 12 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 12 + 4 = 26

GM Infinity |

Virgil,
"What? What was the point of me training all night if I was just going to be relieved?"
SenseMotive: 1d20 ⇒ 12 +5 unlikely mod
He takes off his helmet and rubs his sweaty hair back "Screw it, have fun. I'm going to bed..."
All,
A ways ahead of the catapults, you can hear a commotion as the palisade watchtowers taunt Dakovya's army with any number of insults.

Virgil Geryon |

Virgil whispers, Ok, one guard gone and an easy wagon of ammunition alone and wanting someone to disable it's contents...I will further distract these guards.

Virgil Geryon |

Virgil casually approaches the closest guard to the wagon.
Punching him in the arm, the disguised 1/2 orc smiles and snickers.
Must be nice not having to stand here all night fer nuttn! Betcha dem boys out dere are mighty scared now.
Looking around, Virgil whispers in the guard's ear.
Say whatcha thinking. Want to get in on the scaring dem Noble-kissers? I will watch, but after a few; you switch.
bluff nonchalant thuggery: 1d20 + 12 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 12 + 4 = 18

Nysha of the Silent Shadows |

It isn't covered with cloth, but the barrels are stacked high and dense enough to make your stealth check possible. I just wasn't sure if you meant you moved towards it or if you actually got onto it.
I got onto it since I guess they give me more cover than being outside

GM Infinity |

Virgil,
SensMot: 1d20 ⇒ 17 +5 unlikely=22
"Huh? And have Blacklock on my ass for 3 weeks? I've got a scheduled duty...wait, who are you anyways? I don't remember you from the engineering training."
Virgil, he raises an eyebrow at you but you're not completely exposed.
A guard pulls the tension pin on the lower left catapult, releasing the payload into the morning sky. You hear a large combustion and cheering from the gates.

GM Infinity |

Nysha,
For sure, only the roof tops would offer better cover in this little open area. Of course that wouldn't be as close as you are now,
though.
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
None of the 3 nearby guards seems to notice you slip into the ammunition wagon.

Garan Swiftblade |

Garan drops the things he was carrying and approaches a guard near the rear of the column. He tries to be louder than needed, hopefully keeping attention focused his way.
He affects a slight stagger, and slurs his words:
"So, this is it, eh? Seige finally beginning. Nothing for a stray man-at-arms like me to do but sit here and drink. Say, buddy. Buddy... Could you do a fellow soldier a favor? Maybe help me get a good spot on the wall? If I can't have some sport, I might as well watch!"
Bluff to appear drunk and believable: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
