"You missed a hook on the back," Juhi says. "And this one is crooked. I'll help."

Juhi straightens out Rajni's dress. "All better."

"Not a hassle at all," Theon says with a smile. "I did have younger sisters, you know."

Rajni lets out a breath and gives her little sister a smile as she grabs her dressier boots, "Thanks kiddo, I never was really good with those things. I think we better get downstairs before someone comes looking for us." She says with a good natured laugh, "Let me just grab this glossy stuff for my lips and.....there, I'm ready too." She smacks her lips dramatically and then laughs as they head down the stairs.

Arista smirks at him and sticks out her tongue, "Oh haha...yeah, yeah...I know." Giving him a warmer smile she says, "Thanks anyways, I really do appreciate both of you very much." She says, taking her husbands hand and giving it a light loving squeeze.

Having already been in trouble once today, Celine decides not to say anything about her mommy sticking out her tongue at her uncle.

Covering her mouth she giggles a little though and then looks up at her mommy before going to her. Holding her arms up she says, "Party now mommy? Honey stay home?"

Picking up her daughter she gives her cheek a kiss, "Yes, we're going to go the party now, and Honey is going to stay here at home. You're going to get to see Juhi, and Rajni, and have lots of fun...but, I want you to listen to mommy and daddy and be a good girl okay? Are you ready to go have lots of fun and listen to mommy and daddy?"

Celine nods her head excitedly, her curls bouncing everywhere. "Okay, I a big good girl. I wear my dress. See mommy?"

Theon smirks. "I'll make sure Honey is taken care of while you're gone."

Juhi follows after Rajni down the stairs. "Mama said that we should head straight to the temple after we got ready."

"Alright, I think that'll hold for a while. Try not to get too excited...I've not sewn for an hijra before. Breasts and buttocks I can adjust for..."

Kama chuckles in response. "I promise. I'll try not to think about.,.. afterwards until, well, afterwards." the hijra replies with a grin.

Priya lets out a small sigh. "Ah, to be young. Let me finish up your hair and then get going. I want to make sure that the three hanging around in the living room leave before we do."

Putting her daughter down she bends down and gives her a hug, "Yes, I see. You're a very big girl and very pretty in your dress. Let's get our coats on so we can go. Go get your coat, while we get ours. Hurry up now."

Celine nods again and runs off to fetch her coat.

Looking up at her brother she gives him an innocent smile, "Well, thank you again and if you happen to get bored, or...lonely, you can always take honey for a walk. I'm sure there's someone somewhere who wouldn't mind keeping you company while we're out." Arista tries so hard to contain the giggle that threatens to escape her.

Clearing her throat she says, "Well, my my...will you look at the time. I guess we had better be off." Grabbing up her heavy hooded cloak she heads for the door.

Rajni nods, "Okay, I just have to get downstairs so I can put these fancy boots on. I'm not used to them having these....things on the back." She says, trying to think of the name for the slightly raised heel on the back of the boot. She didn't need to be as tall as Dillon, but she wanted to try to be just a little bit taller and she couldn't resist the cute looking boots when she saw them at Halfpocket's.

Getting to the living room she sees Toni and gives her a smile as she sits down to put on the boots, "You look nice by the way."

"Alright." Kāma says siting and keeping as still as possible while Priya does her hair.

"Thanks," Toni says. "I usually don't dress up. You two look nice too."

"Thank you, Toni," Juhi says with a huge smile.

Alethiro follows after Arista as they leave the house, grabbing his warm cloak on the way out.

Rajni smiles as she looks over to make sure that her bag is packed and ready to go to Dillon's later. After getting her boots on she stands up, "Thanks Toni, I'm going to try not to trip in these new boots I got. We better get going to the Temple." Rajni says, wrapping her cloak about her.

Arista takes Celine's hand as they head to the temple.

Toni nods and takes Juhi's hand. "Ready to go?"

"Uh huh."

Rajni gets the door for them as they all head off to the Temple together.

Asha stands at the temple doors, greeting guests and gesturing toward their seats. She smiles as her family approaches. "You three look very beautiful tonight."

Toni smiles. "Thank you, Asha."

"Thank you, Mama."

Asha then turns her attention to Arista, Alethiro and Celine. "Good evening, please sit towards the front."

"I think it's all clear," Priya says after a moment. She finishes adorning Kama's hair with intricate gold jewelry. "Let's get you married off."

Rajni gives her mother a smile and nods as they head inside the Temple.

Arista gives Asha a smile, "Of course, and thank you for inviting us. All of your girls look lovely tonight." She says, before making her way into the Temple with her husband and Celine. Going to the front of the Temple. Arista finds a pew near the front to sit down with her family.

Practically radiating with the joy and excitement of the day,
Kāma takes a moment to let the words sink in. Today she and Elena would be married. Words could never describe what it meant to meet Elena, to become a part of her family, and for the hijra to have found other half of hir soul.

Taking a deep breath, she follows Priya in preparation for the ceremony.

Priya leads Kama to the temple with a sort of determination befitting a royal guard. She steps up to Asha. "Ready?"

Asha nods. "As much as we can be. Give me two minutes."

She turns and heads inside the temple.

"Tonight, Kama, you shall become my niece," Priya says, turning toward the hijra. "Any last thoughts before you leave the single life behind?"

"I could not have asked to become part of a better family. Truly, Ammanurata guided my steps to bring me here." Kama replies, eyes glistening with emotion.

Priya smiles. "That may well be true."

She looks up to see Yulia and Drago approaching. "You'd best hurry. The ceremony is about to start."

Yulia smiles. "Yes, thank you."

She takes Drago's hand and heads inside the temple. She points over to where Arista and Alethiro are sitting. "Would you mind sitting over there?"

With a brilliant smile, Kāma hurries into the temple.

"Of course not my Sweet."

Yulia sits down next to Arista. "Hope you don't mind us sitting here."

Arista gives Yulia a smile, "Not at all. Glad you could both make it." She says, giving Drago a nod of her head as Celine crawls into her lap. Arista holds Celine in her lap as they wait for the ceremony tyo start.

Elena stands at the altar in a peach and gold dress, a delicate veil of satin covering her face. She smiles as she sees Kama enter the temple.

Ashram takes his place at the pulpit, dressed in robes of white rimmed with red as a sign of respect to Amanurata. He beckons for Kama to approach the altar.

Her smile only brightening as she gazes to the altar, Kāma makes her way forward, her red and gold dress catching the light of the temple as she walks toward the altar, the edged veil framing the hijra's radiant face.

Asha puts a hand on Elena's shoulder, noticing her daughter slightly bouncing with excitement.

Ashram smiles as Kama takes her place across from Elena. "We come together under one roof, diverse in many ways, but united in our desire to see Kama Sundari and Elena Mehul joined in holy matrimony."

He glances at Elena and then Kama before continuing. "Marriage is the culmination of the journey each of you have made alone. From this day forward, you shall go with each other and create a life that is uniquely your own. There will be good times and there will be bad times, but your perseverance shall see you through them both."

The priest produces a set of two gold rings set with rubies and sapphires. "Kama, if you would place your ring upon Elena's finger and speak your vows."

Sitting next to Dillon, Rajni takes his hand in hers while she smiles as she watches her sister marry the other half of her soul. She had seen many people in the village that were in love, but she knew that Elena had been hurt badly in the past. Seeing strangers in love, was very different than watching someone you loved, made happy and loved by someone in such a way that their love radiates from within. She was so unbelievably happy for both of them, and watching them now....only made her that much more anxious for the day that she and Dillon could do the same.

Arista smiles up at the happy couple as she watches them. She lets Celine go to Alethiro for a little bit as the toddler starts to fidget in her lap.

Kāma lovingly takes Elena's handm holding the ring as she gazes into her beloved's eyes."जिस क्षण मैंने अपनी पहली प्रेम कहानी सुनी, मैं आपको चाहने लगा, खोज को साकार करना व्यर्थ नहीं था।

Elena smiles broadly, tears forming at the corners of her eyes. She is grateful for the veil that hides them from everyone but Kama (and Ashram).

"And you, Elena, take your ring and place it on Kama's finger. Speak your vows before her and those who witness your marriage," Ashram says.
